My mother has gone here for 4 years and has NEVER been happy with their service but is unable to do much about it unfortunately. Its taken this long for them to FINALLY get the papers signed for me to help her get the care she needs through them due to the fact they dont listen to the issues and concerns of their clients and when they feel threatened by a worker, they keep them with that same person they are in fear of! On tip of that, everytime I try to call to help my mother tell them her issues, they are rude and nasty with you but if you get rude right back, they hang up. Not the place I would want my loved one served from and will be making formal recipient rights complaints about said situation.

I was very dissatisfied with the phone experience I had today. I was trying to get some services for some suppressed issues and I asked if they were still open and rudely the receptionist answered we are doing outpatient services that’s what that meant when I said outpatient. I honestly did not understand what she meant I thought she meant for people who were already in the program or somebody else with a diagnosed condition I did not know she met for everyone . It really rubbed me wrong as it has taken me a while to finally seek services. But sure enough I guess I’ll continue my search for another place.

I scheduled an appointment last week for this morning, specifically at 11 am on Wednesday March 9th. Ive been having a pretty hard time, and there arent many therapists available that have worked with my issues before. So, first of all, the place is not wheelchair friendly. The automatic doors open but immediately close without pause. It took me 5 minutes to find the up ramp. The lobby isnt organised for wheelchairs to go through. The receptionists area window is so high up, I couldnt see anything. While there, the receptionist spent 5 minutes doing what I could only describe as whining about how someone put me on one list, but not the other, so the therapist I was supposed to see was never informed. I call it whining because it took the lady 5 minutes to do anything other than repeatedly say to herself that this didnt make sense and other such laments. Once she called back to the therapist, finally taking action, the therapist wasnt seeing patients at that time. So, instead of taking control of the situation again, she reminded me of a flustered teenager who had no experience. Also, this entire time, she refused to speak to me, instead directing the entire conversation to my roommate who had brought me in, and had none of the answers. My privacy was violated, I was spoken about as if I wasnt even in the room, and I wasnt consulted at all. This is literally the most ridiculous situation anyone in crisis could have been put in. I still have no idea how Im going to handle everything, and Ive been left with zero options due to their incompetence.Do not choose this place for your therapy.
