I had 2 appointments. I was called back in a 20-30 min span,told the counselor I had an appointment with had misplaced my info. I had buried my sister the day before and rescheduled to be with family rather than wait. On 2nd visit after waiting 1hr 15min, I told receptionist I was leaving,she apologized (Im she felt bad but not her fault) My counselor had misplaced paperwork again. I dont plan to return

I think that everyone should be made aware of how unstable this business operates. First of all, I used to see a a great therapist who told me she was leaving because of ethical issues going on in the facility and since she has been gone, Ive been tossed around to 3 different therapist. Ive had to suppress all of my pain and no one has actually helped me. They just apologize for the inconvenience. I dont think anyone there actually realizes how important a relationship is to a therapist and its extremely difficult to just be tossed around when dealing with difficult emotions or chronic pain. I know that a lot of people have stopped coming back to them because of all of the unstable changes. I just think everyone should be made aware that you might walk in for your scheduled appointment that day and be told that you are scheduled to see someone new and that they are sorry. Ive actually told my doctor about this place and he stopped sending referrals because he said that a lot of patients have complained about this exact same thing. Its just not right. I am never returning there, just like many others have decided to do about this place.
