I love all of their jewelry in there, great pieces at reasonable prices. I bought a beautiful Lapis Lazuli pendant for my Mom and a Tetons silver pendant for myself. The lady behind the counter was a little cold at first, but she warmed up to me and helped me find the right pieces. I believe she owns the place and makes the jewelry too. I figured she is probably there 24/7, and talks to soo many people, so I didnt take it personally.

My experience was horrible. The lady behind the counter was very rude, not friendly and had a poor attitude when we asked questions. Needless to say, we left without buying anything and went next door where we were treated great! She lost 3 customers with her bad attitude and poor customer service skills.

This place is great! Even in the slow season when most businesss close for a month, the owner contacted me after receiving my voicemail in order to make a purchase.I live in Colorado and this store is sending me a piece for my mom since Mothers Day is nearing. I have found that many women love their necklaces (I especially like the petrified wood necklace pieces)Since the owners were out of town I spoke with their employee and she was amazing to work with. She shipped same day and was extremely knowledgeable. Even texted me pictures of their stock items. Support local business!

While the jewelry was beautiful and we wanted to buy, the employee (lady) was so unbelievably condescending as we were asking specifics about products we were really turned off. Ultimately 2 of us decided not to make our purchase. We have to agree with previous post to hire a new employee.

2 days ago, I stopped in to buy jewelry.. the clerk was not welcoming, pushy, busy playing on her computer, downright rude. I walked out. Management may want to fire and hire someone else to greet patrons.
