Let me start off by saying Ms. Aretha and Ms. Shannon were the absolute sweetest!! Ms. Aretha helped us pick out our wedding bands and was so kind and patient. My engagement ring was purchased at Reeds as well so Ms. Shannon offered to clean my ring while we waited. She did a great job making it look brand new!! I honestly cant say enough about these ladies. Thank you both ❤️

Bought a Pandora Bracelet here 4 months ago, last week the clasp broke. Took it by to see if they can repair or replace it and was told they could send it off but it would cost me as much as a new one.. no warranty, no nothing? She said you didn’t purchase the extended warranty(mind you it’s only been 4 months) so they wouldn’t cover it. I’ve never heard of a jewelry store not standing behind their products for at least a year. Needless to say I will never purchase jewelry from them again!!

They deserve a 10 star in my opinion. The staff and manager are the kindest people you will ever meet in a working establishment. They really listen to your needs and are willing to go the extra mile to find a solution that will meet your goal. Never have I been made to feel like someone really cares and they did just that. I left that store with wanting to pass on that kindness to someone else. They are genuine and have excellent customer service which can be hard to find in todays world. I think if Im having a down moment, I just need to go in that store, LOL. Kudos to to you girls and thanks for all you do!

The person in the store which is Shannon Green, this person is rude and disrespectful. Had the nerve to call her husband up to the store for a fight with my husband. Never have I seen such GHETO behavior from a person who states thats shes in management. Unbelievable and unacceptable. This person should not ever be allowed to deal with the public. I ran to the mall today to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. I was greeted with the best service I have received in a long time. Aretha Brown was fantastic! She greeted me the second I stepped into the shop and she did the same for every customer that came in while I was there. Such a warm Hello! Even behind the masks we have to wear these days, she was smiling and was so incredibly friendly and helpful! She knew all about the Pandora collections and was able to help me design the perfect bracelet. She gave me a lot of options and explained how everything works. She was very informative and it was helpful to have that understanding so I could make the right choices. I can’t wait to see the look on my daughter’s face when she gets to open the bracelet, and I am so grateful that Ms. Brown helped me choose beads that would provide an added security feature so they won’t fall off! I learned a lot and I look forward to taking my daughter to choose beads in the future. Oh! I almost forgot, the manager was also amazingly friendly and helpful. She inspected my wedding ring while we were working on choosing the beads and then she came and found me to return my sparkling clean ring while I was finishing up. She even complimented my wedding ring which always makes you feel a little extra special. Thank you so much for all you ladies do!! It means a lot to experience such great service when you go somewhere! Haha I’m broke now, but it was totally worth it! I cant say enough about the quality of the employees and their merchandise! A bracelet was broken, and Reeds was the only establishment, which was able to repair it. Something else needed to be done to the same piece, and they didnt hesitate to tackle the issue. I have visited this jewelry store several times, and they have always treated me with the utmost respect and concern....whether I purchased an item or not. I highly recommend this establishment.

I went into Reeds today to look for a sapphire ring for my 60th birthday. Even though there were other customers, I was welcomed. Chris waited on me and was so professional. He showed me rings in various price ranges and explained that the ring I chose would need to be left for sizing. Never once did I feel pressured. I did not buy today because there were so many beautiful choices I will need to rethink exactly what I want. Thank you Chris for showing me so many beautiful options and for being such a pleasure to work with. I definitely will be back and I think I will be leaving with more than the sapphire ring.

Chris Carlton is a true assets to REEDS jewellers, I want to say that I shopped at Macys and they gave me the mean mug, so I walked to REEDS and Chris greeted me and showed me some fabulous rings, picked out three, narrowed it down to the one I like the most and walked out with it in hand that evening. I went to find a morganite ( fashion) ring for Valentines day and couldnt find what I was looking for. I decided on a whim to stop by pandora and see what they have.
