I want to give a special thank you to Kerry for taking the time to help my mother in law completely set up her new iPhone. I’m not in Mississippi and hated I couldn’t take the time to explain how to set it up herself and personalize it. Kerry was so patient and even took the extra step of writing different things on a piece of paper so she wouldn’t forget when she got home. Thank you Kerry it means a lot!!

He was very aware of his products and customized them to fit my needs. I am a older woman and I was afraid of trying the newest phones, i didn’t feel like i would be able to adapt. But he not only went over the phone parts, but he assisted me with transferring my stored information. I am highly pleased with his service, great job👌

My experience at Verizon in Jackson, MS was very pleasant. My retail agent was very knowledgeable and very fast with my services. I was on my lunch break trying to start up new service, and I was in and out in time to grab hibachi! Will return to this location for any future Verizon needs.

False promises and offers just to lure the customers. Did not honor the guaranteed plan on new iPhone 11 Pro they offered. They even took my old phone for trade in. Total malpractice. Stay away from this trustworthy vendor. Better go online or to Verizon store directly or switch to other vendor.

I had a perfect experience there with Victra Jackson & her staff. I was very concerned about my iPhone not capturing all of my incoming texts & calls & photos. (Most of my photos are of my 2 new NYC & NOLA grandbabies!) I had assumed I would have to buy a new phone but Victra assured me that she could take care of my overloaded current phone. She arranged for it to have more space with adjustments to my current plan which included other family members. ... I highly recommend her to all.

Spoke to associate Chris and purchased phones, but he failed to mention activation fees. We were told one price and our bill is showing another one. We feel as if he was trying to make a sale and lied to my family just to get one. We were also in the store for over 4hrs. It’s suspicious when he didn’t return our call about this. Very unprofessional! I no longer want to do business with Verizon! Be honest!

Don’t bother. Go to an actual Verizon store or just pay in the app. Not friendly Or welcoming at all. Acted like I was bothering them by coming in to pay my bill with cash. People wonder why storefronts are disappearing? This is a perfect example.

This place is a joke. I did not realize this place was an authorized dealer and not a corporate Verizon location until they charged me an extra $20.00 just for setting up my phone. I asked what the up front costs would be and the girl behind the counter eating chicken told me about $80 well it was over $100 and now my bill is all screwed up too. Ps never get a “free” tablet from this place or even go here!!!! Go to the corporate locations in Flowood or Madison!
