The office is just fine, its the dam Company that sucks. Gets my bill wrong almost every month. 10 out of 12 months, completely over charged me. Then I have to waste an hour a month fixing it. They just think you will accept it and give up. Horrible company, cant wait till I have a choice to leave. Only Internet access I have

Comast/Xfinity is the best decision as far as, internet, TV, house phone, and most importantly cell phone service that I made. I have nothing but good to say about this company. I usually deal with them by phone, but on this particular day I was setting up a mobile account and the customer service was excellent. Note: Treat your representatives with respect to get it in return and be understanding that they deal with a lot of rude inconsiderate people, so be that smile on there face. I highly recommend Comcast and they have went above and beyond for any questions or concerns I have had. One more thing to put a smile on your face my first cell phone bill was $24.50 with 2 people on a plan paying by the gigs. How great?!!

Clean and comfortable place..Can see from the freeway. Pay bills and exchange or pick up cable boxes,etc.

The service is fine, but they will lock you into a contract and then when the promotions that you received by signing on with them start to expire you will be forced to pay much higher prices than you agreed to. You will have to pay the new higher price or face early termination fees of $200+.

Horrible customer service, if you can get someone on the phone. My bill keeps going up for additional charges even after Ive been repeatedly told that it wouldnt happen anymore. I was originally going to be paying 40 a month for unlimited internet yeah right. Xfinity is a joke.

I hate Comcast。once i tell them lower down the price，They said will be cheaper，but its more expensive！！！ and I have already returned the modle， they still charge u！！

How is this company still in business? How can the employees responsible for making the service work sleep with themselves at night?

Last year, I went to Comcast to cancel my Internet,after few mins they told me they canceled it. Actually they did not, and they charged my money for 6 MONTHS, each month 72$, I just find it last week, Tuesday I called them they promised they would call back and deal with that. They DID NOT. I gonna complain to BBB.

This location does not exist. Please dont waste your time going downtown as I did.

Liars, had problems years ago and disconnected them. I went went them again then I remembered why I hated this company so much. SO LONG AND NEVER AGAIN,
