Although they do decent work, their staff isnt well-trained in communicating to customers. Theyre over-priced and take far too long to complete the tasks requested of them. I had a laptop that lost power and I asked the cost to get it working or to transfer over the information to my external hard drive and they quoted me $50. After the tech called to confirm my computer wouldnt work and I indeed wanted the information transferred over, there was suddenly $27 more dollars on my bill that no one notified me of and I never approved. Im glad they got the job done, but it took 6 days and $77 to transfer over documents to a provided external drive. Disappointing to say the least
