Honest & Fast. I took my wifes laptop up to see if it was worth even fixing. Not only did they fix it within a couple days... he upgraded the windows & put in a new hard drive. Now it works as well if not better then it did brand new. Not going to lie... The inside leaves a lot to be desired(low key)... But the guy I worked with was honest & easy to talk to. Would recommend them to anyone in need of computer repair.
