I cracked the computer screen on my laptop and came in for service. Really appreciated how the staff took time to present me all the options across price ranges so I could make the best choice.

This business knows customer service. They want to help you with your electronic issue and get your phone or computer back to “better than fixed.” Most importantly, I was treated like a person, not a number. Be mindful though, Jackson is a circus during high tourist season, so give the employees some breathing room because they do get swamped with walk-ins. I’d give this business 10 stars compared to other computer/phone places I’ve used. They did a Great job fixing both my phone and computer. Thank you!

My MacBook Pro was facing a battery charging issue. I stopped by the shop and Jack quickly tried and couple things and was able to identify and service the issue. The best thing was, no need to buy a new power adapter. Great service at this place!

I recommend this place 99 out of 10 times (yes ten), these guys saved me and at an honest price with incredibly timely work. I was passing through the area for a day when my iPhone X became unresponsive. Some I’m in Wyoming with hundreds of miles to travel and no longer have my GPS, addresses, etc. in short I’m f’d and thinking I’ll need a new phone. I contact these guys at 9am, get them the phone by 11am, it’s working and ready by 2pm. The deal was a new battery and with eval, labor, parts, etc cost about $85. I BEGAN THE DAY THINKING I WOULD NEED A NEW PHONE. They saved me and they’re honest, cannot recommend highly enough.

Joe was amazing! I was from out of town traveling and working when I started having issues with the battery in my MacBook. I knew that it needed to be replaced but it started to affect the keypad which made working on it impossible. We were only going to be in town for a few days and he somehow fixed the battery and returned the computer in lightening speed so that I could continue working the same day that I had dropped it off. Him and his team are miracle workers and I am forever grateful.

I had an issue with my iPhone 10 while on vacation in the area. I dropped into the store and they were able to fix my issue in under 30 minutes while I waited. Super nice and great service.

They did such a great job fixing my old laptop. It runs faster than it did when it was brand new seven years ago. On top of that these guys were incredibly nice and I would definitely go back to them with my computer needs.

Great customer service! Had bad water damage in my phone. They worked fast and kept me updated. When I went to pick up my phone, they threw in a tempered glass screen protector and put it on for me. Cheap and quick repair!

A question. My fiancé dropped his phone in hot curry sauce and now the speaker wont work but with headphones in, it does. Can that still be fixed? If so, how long does it take you to fix a something like that? And how much would you charge for it.

I took the company iPad in after I got told by another store that wed need to buy a whole new one! I wasnt optimistic that theyd be able to help me, but much to my surprise I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a fully functioning iPad, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME. I was so impressed; 10/10 would recommend and will visit them again if we have any more problems.

I had the hard drive in my Macbook Pro upgraded to the new Solid State Drive and wow what a difference! Ive got more speed than I thought my laptop could handle! Plus Juraj was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything I wanted to know. When you find your computer in difficulties, the Computer Clinic is the best place in Jackson. They are very promt and professional. They will solve any problem you have with your PC and give you other useful information. They approach customers individually and they are willing to answer any question you have. Slow service. They gave me no word on the status of my laptop for 2 complete business days. I wouldn’t recommend this company for transient costumer, over 48 hours of servicing time with no results.

Having been here on two separate occasions over the past 5 years for very different problems, Ive received the same terrible customer service by the same rep (possibly the owner). Most recently, I had a question about replacing individual laptop keys and received the blunt response that it wasnt worth his time (understandably so but at least frame the response appropriately). Five years ago I purchased a faulty power cord that gave in after two days and tried to return it and was accused of trying to scam the store (not exactly sure how) by the same individual that sold it to me two days earlier. Stay away from this business if at all possible.

Contacted Jackson Hole Computer Clinic yesterday morning inquiring about the availability of a MacBook Pro charger. Left them a voicemail message and was promptly called back by Clara. Went in and Anthony took the time to check both the charging cable and power adaptor that I had the issue with to verify that I did in fact need both. I was prepared to buy both, but he wanted to make sure that he wasnt selling me something additional that I didnt need. Highly recommend this business. They are very trustworthy and thorough.
