Terrible customer service, they sold a car to me with ants, scratch paint. Took them wks to get me my car, they rushed me to sign the papers without letting me see my car. The car salesman didn’t even show up in time half of them time, just terrible customer service.

Ive been looking around at shopping for a Tacoma and dont recall looking at vehicles on this lot. JONATHON BISHOP who is in online sales for my understanding contacts Me and leaves a voice-mail. When I return call he said it mustve been a misdial and hung up when I asked whats going on. When I called him back on a dealership line he had a different tone but I told him he lost a potential customer for hanging up and if I did decide to come to Jackson I wouldnt ask for him.

I come to the dealership to purchase a specific car, that had just been purchased right before I walked in, and Ben asked me if he could walk me around and show me some other options. I told him yes, and he was very patient and stayed very late, and sold me a car that was more expensive than the car I was originally looking interested in buying, although I was very pleased with my purchase. I strongly feel I got a better car for a better deal due to Ben. If it was not for his tireless effort I would have left as soon as they told me the original car was sold.

I had a horrible experience and Toyota of Jackson. I was told to apply online and my salesman never reached out. Then I was told 3 times that someone would reach out to me and no one did. The next morning I got a call and found out they had sold the vehicle out from under me, but they had some that had just come in. I told them to run the numbers and no one ever got back with me after 7 hours. I’ll be going to Gray-Daniels from now on.

I will never Take My Truck back to them for anything, They Overfilled my Oil by (2) gallons!!! Because they didnt drain my oil they just Added (2) gallons which is what it takes.. Simple Routine Warranty Maintenance. My New Tire had a slow leak, asked if them to Fix it, Well they Destroyed that as well, Everyone that looks @ these Pics Blow them up so you can really See everything !!! This all was on 6/2/2018 ( Saturday) Called them and was told there was Nothing they Could Do today because the Service Center Closed @2pm . Was told by Manager he could send a rollback Monday not Today , so I had to go buy oil drain pan and drain the oil My self and a Friend so I could Drive my truck to work Monday morning !!! Thats when the Tire that was Repaired on the 2nd went flat on me on I-55 Monday morning 6/04/2018 , Had to leave Work took my tire to Gateway Tire for repair and Decoverd that they ground all the Rubber off the Patch area to the Cords and the Patch wasnt even on the Hole in the Tire !!! Gateway could not Guaranteed there repair because of this.. So I called talked to manager told him this so he said he would have to order me a Tire.. Told him I would be there 06/10/2018 @ 8am when they opened, was there there and They acted as if I was there Best Friend, Made them Change my Oil,Oil Filter, PCV, which was Stopped Up with Oil from Blowback from being Overfilled, Put it on Computer Scan to make sure any Sensors was not Destroyed and they gave me a clean bill of health on that , Replaced my New Tire with another New Tire, Ask about my Warranty on my Engine from being Overfilled and was Told by Manager that there was Sensors that would Shut the Engine Down to Prevent that from Acouring (Blowing Gaskets) etc , Ask him to Provide me Proof of that he said it was in Manufacturer Warranty and he Couldnt Provide me with this.. (Print out) so Im still not 100% Satisfied with All, I told him that if I have any Oil Leaks before my Warranty period Ends that I was going to Hold Them Responsible for All .. So they got my truck completed, and Manager told me he would Mail me my copies for Todays Service.. I did in fact receive them.. With no refund of my original Oil change , no Coupons for future Services Nothing !!!! I had to take time off work, my Personal Life Schedule, Money out of Pocket just Because I Chose them to Service my Truck!!

Booked an online appt for Friday, July 3 at 915AM for an oil change and showed up at 918. Vehicle was ready at 1106 AM. They’re overbooked, understaffed and when they tried to up sell me an engine air filter and cabin air filter I declined. On my way home I notice my engine sounding rougher and popped the hood to find that the mechanic couldn’t even be bothered to close the engine air filter box after removing the filter for an attempted sale. I immediately call the service advisor who processed my oil change who transferred me to her boss where the phone simply rang and rang for at least 5 minutes with no voicemail option. Will not be returning here. Was no problem to close air filter box back up myself but why? Why should I have to do diagnose this dealer created problem after taking my van to this certified Toyota place? To top it off an hour after I leave I receive an email summary of the oil change visit with links for the invoice and status of the service performed that don’t even work! I receive errors when trying to select either link to review summary info on my visit.

Lucy Leatherwood was my salesperson, she helped to get the car that I wanted. She handled my sale from the first inquiry on thier site all the way to the end of the sale. I drove a couple of Camrys and after the test drive she asked me and my wife what we wanted in our next car. She listen and said i will be right back, went to the back and brought me out a 2020 Camry which I have today. 5 STAR VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

Service reps have been above average but the service itself has been underwhelming. Brought my Prius in after 3 months of it sounding like a B-17 on the highway. After an hour I was told the tech ran diagnostics and he just couldnt replicate the problem. I then took it to Goodyear and after a quick test drive the noise was correctly diagnosed as a failing wheel bearing . Clearly the Toyota tech didnt bother driving it and relied on the ODB. Pretty disappointed as this seems like a fundamental of being a mechanic. Anyway, I wont be returning to the dealership for my Toyotas in future and would say if youre outside of your warranty, dont waste the extra money...

Ask for David, Mr. C, and Twain and they will take care of you! Best service in the metro area hands down.
