Mazda of Jackson was excellent in serving my needs for a vehicle. The sales representative was very friendly and informative on the vehicle I was choosing. He answered all of my questions that I had about the vehicle, the Mazda 3. The sales manager was kind and answered all of my questions though out the process. The sales manager and the sales representative was transparent regarding the financing part of the transaction. I would recommend this dealership, when in search of a new vehicle. I am loving the Mazda 3 more than ever!

The owner and sales staff were so helpful when we decided to trade in and down size our vehicles. They have also been wonderful in providing assistance with scheduling maintenance after our purchase, and very efficient and responsive every time we’ve contacted them with questions and provided excellent customer service!

This was my first over-the-horizon car purchase. I was fortunate to deal with Grady, who went out to the car in which I was interested and showed me everything I wanted to see via video, walked me through the buying process, and picked me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up my car.The pre-owned car I bought was exactly as described, except for a couple of extra goodies Grady had saved to surprise me. And it wasnt just Grady. The entire team at Mazda of Jackson is friendly and helpful. Overall, I couldnt be more satisfied.

Mazda did a great job on the 25,000 mile scheduled maintenance on my CX-9. The price was reasonable, and they were able to complete the job the same day I brought the car in for my 4pm appointment. I was not expecting the car to be finished the same day.

The staff was very professional and they all spoke when they passed me. The wait area was clean and free coffee was offered. When I got to my car, I noticed they had washed and vacuumed the carpet. I would highly recommend.

I get my vehicle serviced here regularly and would say that the quality of service is high. The wifi, coffee, and air conditioning allow me to get work done when I choose to wait. The service manager gives regular updates on how far along the technicians are, and the one time there was a delay in completing my car servicing, he made sure that I was taken care of. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 12 pm. I arrived at 11:40 am for it. Somehow I dont drive out of the place until 2:15 pm. I then find a coupon for the service Im getting done during my massive wait. I present it to the guy at the check out desk and he gives me an attitude and goes on to tell me I should have this when I check the car in so it saves him and me time. Okay buddy yall didnt just waste over 2 and a half hours of my life on something that should take an hour tops. It would be different if I just drove in for a service. But this was scheduled. Never again.

As usual everyone was super nice. The issue I had was my appointment was at 12:00 & I didn’t get checked in until 12:45..... the app would not allow me to sign in once I arrived. Also was a full service appointment and it took until almost 6:00 to get finished. Not sure why but of course I wasn’t sitting all that time because I had someone pick me up. Jonathan & Bones were exceptional to work with but I still think this was a little long to service especially with an appointment... maybe I won’t choose a Friday again!! I come from South if Florence as you you know dealing with 49 is a hassle anyway!!😱I still appreciate the service department... thanks Robin Pennington

Service greeter friendly and facilities were clean. Was not shown air filters when changed. Considered new tires but out of stock. Techs did vacum driver side but not passenger side.

I have never owned a Mazda but decided to take a look at them since they had extremely good reviews in terms of reliability and affordability. I recently purchased a Mazda CX 5 and am very pleased with it. It drives like a dream. It has the features and then some that I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was very reasonably priced and within my budget.The sale went through without a hitch and I was delighted with the service I received. It is refreshing to go to a dealership where the sales team doesn’t harass you. I will definitely purchase from Mazda of Jackson again. On my bill there Was acharge for the service I received, and there was a charge next to the service department employees name. This also happened the last time I was in there. I’ve been around the car industry my whole life my dad used to manage lefluer Cadillacs services dept. And my uncle owns Clinton body shop and I’ve never seen something like this. I’ve never seen a bill that has a service department employees name with the dollar amount and then the services I received with another dollar amount. I was very hesitant coming back this time because of this same situation my prior visit, and now I’m really wondering if y’all should get any of my business because it seems like somebody’s paddling their pockets.

Service is always great here and the folks at MOJ are always super friendly and eager to make sure you are taken care of and happy with everything . I always use the online appointment option and it works out great. They take my vehicle on time and perform the maintenance needed in a timely manner. They also give you full details of where your vehicle stands on all important parts like brakes, tires and battery health. They don’t pressure you or try to up sell you on unnecessary things like other places do. They even wash and vacuum your vehicle free of charge. I’m giving my car to my son soon to drive and I will definitely be buying another one from MOJ.

Carry my truck Mazda to see what was wrong with my truck. All they could do is guess it might be servral things which was wrong carried to another mechanic shop they figure it out which was something minor in 15 mins. But I do have a 2018 Mazda and the dealer ship could figure it out

Terrible service! My wife went to test drive a vehicle at this dealership when it was time to deal she sat there waiting for them to give her a price for over an hour. When they came back to her with a figure it was the same as sticker price! They weren’t interested in the least bit to try and sell her a vehicle! Then the salesman text her a couple days later saying I got great news the manager will call you tomorrow guess what, never happened! Worst experience ever!

Drove about 80 miles from McComb to get service. The service dept was great for a. busy Saturday. The oil change was fast and they were very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions.
