I NEVER COMPLAIN about businesses and this was by far the WORST BUSINESS I have ever dealt with. Check engine light came on my vehicle 48hrs after purchase. With the 30day 50/50 warranty they offer at their mechanic shop behind the building, I tried to get help. The dealership pushes you off on the service department. It took 9 days for the service department to repair a valve they could access from the back seat. I called for numerous days to find out about the ETA on repairs and was not contacted back for 6 days. The dealership called on day 6 as well to inform me that my registration and plate were in so I told him I would get it when I picked up my repaired car. Well, went to get the car today, and Justin has lost my plate and registration! I was not not the only unhappy customer at the time either. This afternoon was an absolute circus show and I would never recommend going there. They also purchased Merchant Auto down the street from this business so I would not recommend going there either.

Just traded car with them feel like they did me right as always.

Purchased a jeep and within driving it 30 miles. We discovered it had a headlight out and a taillight out. The gas tank leaks and check engine light came on. Took the car back so they could make the needed repairs. It took them 9 days to fix the problems. The first week they had it they wouldnt answer the the phones or return our calls. Then when we go get the jeep service tells me that they made the repairs. And that the leak was some valve was stuck open, and they replaced it. Well it still leaks gas. Also in the 9 days they had the jeep it got a scratch in driver door. And to top it off Justin calls while car was in their care and says he has my license plate. Told him cool pick it up when I get the jeep. Well go asked justin for the plate when we get there and he tells my wife she came and picked it up already. And he was not able to find our plate either. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership.

I very much so recommend this place to anyone, Justin was very cool and did his best to hook me up with a car at a really good price!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The bank was having a hard time approving us due to us living on server wages and Justin made it happen and we left with a new car today. Amazing friendly people to work with. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you avenue auto!

It started with an email to the dealer regarding a truck they had in their lot. Jamie replies back promptly regarding an offer I had made on the truck. they agree on an offer that was quite good for me in my opinion. This dealership is quite far from my residence. However the price on the truck was too good to pass for me not to drive there. As I approached the dealership which was very easy to find, I see the truck parked ready for me to take a test. I was greeted with a smile and with the key on their hands. truck seems to have new tires, and is extremely clean. As I take the drive I am beginning to realize this is the truck I have been searching for. I come back to the dealership to close on the deal I had offer and they accepted. I already had a check on hand so I cant speak in regards to their finance company they work with. However, the process took about 30 minutes, they put the tag on the truck and I was on my way. Because I do not know how how their finance company works is why I gave a 4 star. other than that I would give a 5 star. Thank you so much. I really like my truck.

Justin was amazing! I was looking for a newer vehicle, found one here I liked after snooping around after hours. I test drove it, knew I wanted it (2011 Ford Escape). My car that I was trading in was in bad enough shape that Justin didnt want me driving it anymore, and let me keep the Escape while finalizing the paperwork.

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. I bought a vehicle sight unseen from Colorado because I couldnt find this particular vehicle elsewhere. It seemed like a good deal. The body and interior were in great condition. The frame and undercarriage however were in horrible condition. I asked the salesman about rust and he told me that it had some superficial rust and that it wasnt an issue. I trusted him. The vehicle has needed numerous rust related repairs and will likely need more. When I approached Brian about being dissatisfied with the purchase and that I felt misled, he offered to buy the vehicle back from me for $4,000 less than I bought it for! This was three weeks after I bought it. I would shop elsewhere!

Had my jeep fixed there twice. Once years ago (over four years) for a new belt. Never had a problem with the belt since.Then radiator cracked two weeks ago...Took it there again to get that fixed and an oil change.Its runing good again.Great service and friendly staff, in my opinion.Prices were good, too.

I only stopped in just to see what they had in thier inventory. It was the second place I stoppped and we found a vehicle that was well priced based on the high mileage and how great the engine sounded and smoothness on the road. I felt equally as comfortable in my Nissan Murano, as I did in my Chevy Impala. We were treated with respect and the sellers let us be buyers, rather than to show us what we did not seek. Very good business and I recommend at least stopping by. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Update. I’ve had this truck for about 4 months now. I changed my previous rating from 5 to 2.They’re great AT PAINTING OVER RUST.Truck is covered in it. Started bubbling over rear fender. Cladding is falling off. Had a mechanic look it over and he believes it was in a wreck. So disappointed to be stuck in this truck for 4 years. I was so excited to get my dream truck.All in all it’s my fault. I should’ve inspected it better. They did their job and got me into it. Be careful.I bought a vehicle may 3rd. 4 days later I was broke down. So far they have be great but we will see how they do now after Ive signed my life away for 4 years and know Im stuck.Hopefully theyll stand behind it.Im currently at the dealer dropping it off for them to fix. I will give an update when were done here.

Took my brother here to browse some cars. I had to laugh when we pulled up in a car that didnt look very nice and the one sales man I seen in the lot looked over and quickly walked away. Nobody from inside even came out and acknowledged we were there. It made me wonder had we pulled up in my nicer vehicle would we have been helped? Im guessing yeah, I wonder if they would regret not bothering with us knowing my brother was there to spend almost 10k on a vehicle. Couldve been a good sale for a used car lot. No matter, most of the vehicles we looked at were higher mileage and way over priced.

I bought my car from there a year and seven months ago. I was very happy with it, still am. Brian was on top of it and very helpful.

Bought a truck of them that had paint over about 5 gallons of Bondo, a broken sway bar and has been breaking down regularly for the past 2 years.Also they slipped an extra thousand dollars into the paperwork and when I mentioned it later rather then try to fix it told me to prove it.If you choose to deal with these people after reading this I hope you have better luck then we did.Buyer beware.

Great deals on vehicles, got our 2012 Sierra Nevada GMC truck for $18,000 with 42,000 miles definitely a great deal.

The owner sold me a car he has driven countless times yet failed to mention the service engine light comes on, that the battery wont charge fully and it is a electric car and the tire pressure light always stays on. I noticed all of these things just on the way home. I wasnt given a plate by them and have to wait 5 days for secretary of state to put it in the system because they didnt tell me to bring insurance for it when I asked three times what to bring. They also were firm on the asking price of 5500$ even though the car was forsake for 160 days online, claiming that is their cost..hummm all of this added up to me leaving a bad review and leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

My friend bought a car from them for $3000, and they said they would fix the brakes and fix all life threatening issues. They did not. Within the first week, the tires were shredded due to not having caps on them, he bought new brakes and had them put on, and a few months later we found out that the car should never have been sold to anyone. We had gone to get the wheels aligned, and the big boss at Firestone (Amazing guys) told us that they couldnt do it because everything was glued on and ready to just fall off the car. A week after that, the transmission and a few other things stopped working.Bottom line? They care more about money than they do about a persons life. Dont go there unless you want to die and waste your money.

Jamie was the best sales person I have ever worked with.

The owner is a shyster!!! We shook hands and agreed upon the selling price of a SUV. I come back a couple of days later to finalize the deal and he not only raised the price 1500 dollars but also changed the length of the loan from 60 months to 48 months. He will tell you what you want to hear but is not a man of his word. Save your money and your time and go to a real dealership and not this hole in the wall place.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THE DEALERSHIP I have only had my 2005 ford f250 for 5 weeks my truck was never inspected at all rear driveshaft was bent now I have bad head gaskets and head studs blowing coolant all over witch is going to cost me 4k to get fix and no truck to drive to work could have been fixed before I bought it so looks like they will be hearing from my attorney for not doing what they where supposed to do and get the truck checked out before selling it to anyone
