Worked at the airport through this company and let me tell you I will NEVER go back! The rules changed on a daily basis and there are workers who believe they know more than the supervisors. People drive those rental cars like they are crazy and multiple accidents have happened. $8 an hour isnt worth the headache!

Lack of information; failure to disclose fee passed on to applicant; asked to sign training documents that are not available.Lack of information - there are numerous and significant inconsistencies with training and the actual job.First of all, the procedures manual references training of hand signals and other pertinent safety features. However, the actual training fails to address these required trainings that that the applicant urged to sign off on prior arriving at the job site.I asked about this because in my field, if its written it happened. I voiced my concerns and was told that I would be trained on those specific safety features on site. That was simply not done.Furthermore, there is a fee that is passed on to the applicant for the Jobs. Essentially, it is similar to the company that has two DBAs - to allow for temporary hire as well as charging the applicant for the job.The job is posted as though its $8 to 9.50 however its only 8.The quota of 10 cars per hour is mathematically impossible, therefore there will never be a bonus or incentive raise. If you are working the lot, from processing cars to getting them through the carwash and and parking is, at minimum, a 5/6 minute task.60-120 seconds: Doing the 360 evaluation of the car, documenting the vehicles VIN number and any damages. Seatbelt, check for preventive maintenance lights, turn off radio and air conditioning.75-120 seconds: driving to stop sign driving through car wash [+ handwash variable]30 to 45 seconds:. Driving to clip safely.15 seconds: walking back to the pump station. Most days, theres not enough rental car traffic, for the number of employees, to meet quota per hour. The rate limiting factors:nhand-washing, cars in queue for the car wash, cars being returned to the airport for quick turnaround due to customer needs ... It is mathematically impossible for any employee to ever make quota.Furthermore, because the drivers have to wait for the van, it is impossible to park 10 cars per hour.Charging the applicant, raising the quota, in the already after mention miscommunication from from Google reviews seem to be a fair estimation of this long-term practice. Now the good, the office staff in the 2121 Plaza location are quite pleasant. Also, the scheduling staff are very fair and professional. After two days of miscommunication, basic disrespect... But more importantly, signing documents of training that was not completed that that would become a liability to the employee should an accident occur, it is a risk worth even 12 dollars and hour
