They are very manipulative and not a good staffing agency to work for or consider. They dont care how the company treats you and the whole time I was there I only talk to someone twice smh never ever. Brink Home Security and Apex idk who is worse. Wish I can put a negative

I was approached by Marcos A. Salinas from the Dallas office about a role at Southwest Airlines. The interaction was less than pleasant only because of the pay rate. He was condescending about the fact that I make substantially more than what his firm was willing to pay for this role. He simply wouldnt believe me.Heres some unsolicited advice for you guys, do some research about the pay rates for the roles youre trying to fill. Also, dont be condescending to people who are telling you what they make.

I worked for Apex on the same contract for nearly 2 years now and I have had nothing but great interactions with them. They treat all of us contractors with respect and genuinely want to ensure that were comfortable at our assigned positions. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but I cannot say Ive seen any of the type of behavior thats been mentioned. Maybe Im lucky, or maybe Apex just wasnt the right fit for those people. Take what you will from my comments, but I love working with them.

Best agency Ive been a temp at so far

I applied online. I was emailed by a representative and offered to interview for a position at Microsoft. When i confirmed my contact info i got a serious of spam calls. About 30 before I ended up changing my number. I feel they are compromising private information IF NOT SELLING IT.They never called back or returned their calls.

They like to call you on a Friday and end your contract with b.s. reasons as to why. Then they act as they are doing you a favor.

LOL! I had three interviews with them to actually work at Apex. The first was a phone interview. The second was face-to-face where I was asked inappropriate questions by a male manager like, sooo....do you live with your parents? The third was a half-day experience where all the employees had been given my resume (which I didnt appreciate). I knew I wouldnt get the job because ALL, and I do mean ALL, of the employees were white. Im not. Of the few women there, I saw at least two miniskirts. So....*shrug*

Very unprofessional, they don’t care about their temporary employees. It’s all about money, they will let you go ASAP based off of any reason their client give them. I dealt with racism and disrespectful situations while working under a contract for them and they fired me for coming forward regarding my situation. Smh I’ve never worked for an agency as such. I wouldn’t refer anyone here.

Great experience working for this temp agency. The workers are great and the jobs were also.

Very bad i will never think to go agian or to deal with themthey have to change all the employe because no one respect you when you go therecall the apex systems number and you will know what i said not lies

Very bad, non responsive, unprofessional, very disorganized, not supportive once started, bad benefits, system is broken, recruiters left before I started at my new contract, did not even inform me my manager is a different person.

Most unprofessional recruitment agency I ever dealt with.

Unprofessional, pay you less than other temp agencies in the area in IT, do not support you the contractor if issues should arise at work and benefits are inferior to Tech Systems or Signature contracting companies.
