I have been to multiple agencies , and by far this agency has made me feel at home, i do not know what these comments are about . They are very professional and helpful. I worked at a company where an employee contracted COVID and it was a coworker of mine . Reliance paid him 75% of his check to help him with bills while he was out . If i could give negative stars i would, this people are rude. The girl there has no idea what is going on, yet she continues to post ads for jobs supposedly available. Do not waste your time, you would think people would be more friendly or helpful during this difficult times. Worst agency i have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

Very Disappointing Experience!!!Very Unprofessional even the office manager Zach (I believe) dropped the ball.Both Priscilla and Zach (during my first and last days of working with Reliance) told me theyd text me their email addresses so that I could email them my resume, which neither did. The first day I had to call Priscilla back and she promptly sent it but I spoke to Zach Tuesday because I was suppose to start Telvista that Thursday and (no one had emailed me) was told allegedly someone had failed to put me on the roster and they were working to figure it out - so I then asked of they had any other positions available (since I didnt get the job because of some elses mistake and I was getting the run around) Zach seemed as if I was annoying him so I told him I had already emailed Priscilla a copy of my resume and that I would email him a more detailed copy of my resume to show my skills and experience, I said thank you and before I could ask another question hed hung up and I NEVER received a text or call back from neither of them (including his email address), even after sharing my disappointment and sadness with the outcome with Telvista. Both of them promised to get back to me about the situation before Thursday and todays Sunday.Its ALWAYS disappointing when youre looking for a job and experience the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced (ESPECIALLY last Friday from Reliance and Telvista and again on Wednesday from Reliance) KNOWING 100% that you could do a far better job...at the very least Id make that call to reassure a potential client/employee that I hadnt forgotten about them!a. I most certainly didnt feel as though. Reliance experienced professionals was truly dedicated to me in the least bit.

Very unorganized. The ad showed a different pay and schedule. Gave wrong time for training schedule and was never clear on if we should pick up the checks or if they would bring them to the work location. When asked about direct deposit they kept saying “it’s delayed” after having my direct deposit information for a month. Chaos from the first day. After all of that here it is payday again and I am guessing because it’s Black Friday the office is closed and I am not receiving my paycheck.

I was asked to write a 5 star review by the staff at Reliance. They cant even pay you on time and they want 5 stars, this people are a joke.

Everyone has an attitude. They never have any real work available. Worst customer service i have ever received. The staff talks bad about other temps out loud so anyone can hear.
