Called today and the lady was rude, another staffing place is staffing for the same job I called sterling about so I went with the other one. Next time come correct and maybe you’ll get the recruit.

Applying a getting a job was easy and the warehouse I worked for was great. But my complaint comes with the fact that when I had moved out of state I couldnt pick up my final check. I had issues on my end that prevented me from getting the check in a timely manner but they in no way did anything to help. It came off as completely rude and insensitive. And then when I finally was able to sort everything out they told me they wouldnt send the check unless I agreed to release them from responsibility if something happened. According to TWC thats illegal. I informed them of that and they said your check is on the way. So that let me know they were just being petty. So that left a sour taste in my mouth for sure.

The staff didnt help me they sent me to a boring factory it was to easy I didnt like it so I quit I wouldnt recommend this to nobody

One of the bad experience i get in my life time. The lady in the front was not listening to me, she just had her words and didnt even let me fill the application. She was telling like she knows everything about the immigration but she didnt actually knew how my EAD work.

Worst experience working at an employment agency. I applied for a professional position to match my qualifications, education, and wages. They sent me to an old run down factory for less than the pay I requested. They had no operations manager just a couple off unqualified guys who have worked there for the company for over 20 years. They dont want you to learn anything they want all the companys high wages for themselves. I was trained to do the work about 10 different ways by each employee. Their quality control also sucks. I got a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome doing the heavy labor they expect. I was told by the company to call them if I had any issues getting to work. I called in and they called the staffing agency to tell them i didnt show up so I wouldnt get hired again. They still called me back to return but thats not for me. I need something that can pay my bills, my undergraduate degree in business administration isnt gettin paid and their practices arent for professionals. I guess the company decided that if I dont work for them they will sabotage my status with the staffing company. I also operate an appliance repair business with much better pay than the slave work sterling staffing offers. Wouldnt recommend to nobody. Rude, unethical business practices across the board!

Apparently anyone can say are who they arent there. Someone used my identity saying they are me. I plan on finding out who, if need be I will sue.

The lady (in glasses) who is at the entrance desk is very rude, she is not a good receptionist, she lacks respect and education towards the staff that she applies. I have taken staff to apply and always behaves in the same way.
