I havent received my paycheck for the past 2 weeks.i received the first one in the mail no problem. I signed up for direct deposit twice, unfortunately the information was not updated.I call NO RESPONSE. extremely frustrated at this point.

Ms. Lacy was incredible and a wonderful and sweet woman. Such great customer service and she steered me in the right direction and guided me through the whole process. She was on top of everything and fast and very accurate. If you or someone you know needs a job, call Staffmark and ask for Ms. Lacy!

Beware of this company they’ll promise bonuses and then keep pushing you off for a whole month promising every week that you’ll get paid and then they just stop responding!! Find a different agency cause they’ll use and abuse you!!!

Theyre a wonderful staffing agency, they help you find something reasonable and flexible for you.

This office does not call you back. I get e-mails from this office saying that they are hiring, but I never get calls back. I went out on an assignment once they job description wasnt anything like the actual work performed.

The absolute worst temp agency I have ever used as a client. Zero communication skills. They have flat out ignore emails regarding their employee whom we have working on-site at the moment. Ive been waiting 2+ days to get a simple answer on when I can convert a temp without a fee. This hurts the employee more than anything. I would highly recommend any company seeking to utilize an agency to look elsewhere. It doesnt matter how good the employees are they send you, if you cant reach their office they are no good to me.

None of the branches in the DFW area have more than 2.5 stars. That says alot about the quality of the people and service that operates this company. They will not pay you on time whatsoever and will blatantly lie about everything as if they dont believe in karma. All they do is cackle like hens and gossip all day without being productive about peoples livelihood, Im providing a service and should be paid on time for my time.

Don’t take the time to make sure their employees are ok at the job site. Instead of investigating anything they assume what they being told is the accurate truth. If you not they kind dont apply.

Very unprofessional...they srew up your paperwork...This is the second time I WAS NOT PAID ON TIME...Friday is payday & my day off, NO MONEY...its Saturdat & still havent gotten paid...they LIE & tell U your money will be there before 5-LIES LIES LIES...needless to say, I called in because I cant get to work because I have NO MONEY, MY LIGHT BILL WAS DUE YESTERDAY!!! I AM TOTALLY DIGUSTED! I will be going to Cornerstone Staffing, so I can get paid like I supposed to!!! Staffmart needs to be closed permanently .

This is one of the worst Staffing agencies I have worked with. A few bad apples definitely spoils the bunch. They dont take their clients lives seriously, incompetent, and will try to low ball you if they can. Definitely will not get any referrals from me.

They assignments dont last they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend that paycard I had to go a whole weekend without my check and its still not here when I asked Jennifer about it she tried to get attitude saying I called her cell phone but that the same number you called me from about the job. Despicable service with respect to their professionalism in notifying me. My background check has been in processing, for over a week despite my record being clean and they continue to tell me to call back and that they are expediting, my background check. If they didnt want to find me a position they should have just said so instead of beating around the bush. Do NOT use this staffing company.

Dont like how they pull people quicker than others concerning the background checks other than that i like their personalities inside the office.

They prevent people from receiving unemployment AFTER they are the ones who say your assignment has ended. And they will lie to unemployment to prevent you from getting it

Unfortunately I had to give a one star. Listen they dont care about people or what problems people have they need training on customer service. The lack of communication is ridiculous that they lie and say leave a message and someone will call back and nobody call back which is crazy how hard is it to pick up a phone. Then i have had to worry if I was gone get paid when I was supposed to and nobody has answers and could care less. I had to call them when they were supposed to be calling me and it was the person that was supposed to call me.So if you really want something serious as in a job look for something better. When people dont care it makes a huge difference especially the so called manager. So they definitely need some training on how business should be done and good customer service because them lazy people have no idea.

Terrible, Unorganized and they over promise you for jobs they do not have. These ladies are untrustworthy, save your self Alot of valuable time and go elsewhere!

Yall are so unprofessional... if this office isnt located in lewisville then why is the lewisville address still on google? And when people call and ask that you should tell them... I Had to burn MY GAS because of unprofessionalism... then when I called and ask the lady was this the lewisville office she had a attitude and kept saying WE ARE LOCATED AT 5525 N MacArthur Blvd Like I was supposed to know that! Im not the one to get smart with because Ive got a good resume of getting people fired... so if I were you Id lose the attitude!
