I honestly felt blessed to work with the people that I did, as they were just really encouraging and helpful in my efforts to secure a job. Jody helped me prepare for an interview I was really nervous about (I hadnt had an actual live interview in over a year) and provided some tips to help me. Im pretty sure the process from me hearing about an ideal position, to performing both phone and live interviews, to ultimately hearing a better-than-expected job offer took less than a week, so, if anything, you know that theyre really efficient :)

I met with Shelby, who was very nice and told her that I was looking for positions that were not in a call center & were within a reasonable commute from my home. She also told me about an internal position, so I applied. Long story short, this agency did nothing for me at all. After proposing a good temp to hire position to me when I came in for an interview, Shelby sent me low paying CALL CENTER jobs that were far from my home. The jobs were the complete opposite of what I was told when I came in. She sat and empathized with me about my struggle to find a good job after college only to offer me terrible positions. On top of that, I interviewed for the internal position and got an email the next day saying the position was filled. Why waste my time if y’all already had a potential candidate? I wouldn’t recommend this agency. Sorry.
