At first they seemed to know what they were doing and were very nice about getting us on their busy schedule. However, overall they were unprofessional and didnt address any of the problems that they were called out for, so we had to call them out again. They still didnt fix the problem and expected payment for both visits. They were dishonest about the time frame they were here as well. The second company we called we out for 30 minutes and fixed the problem that Otis couldnt fix. I will never use their company again.
