101 Mobility was very helpful helping us decide which mobility assist we needed to purchase. Their showroom with several products gave us a feel of using the chair lift. The installers were on time and efficient with the installation. The purchase and use of the Bruno has getting up and down stairs life so much easier

We have purchased several mobility aids from 101 Mobility and are extremely pleased with the company. Working with Kerry and Jon to determine what equipment would work best for us was a piece of cake. When the equipment was delivered, it as set up quickly and with instructions on how to use. The installers were knowledgeable of the products and very personable to deal with. We would highly recommend 101 Mobility for any ADA equipment you might need to resolve your mobility needs.

We have made 2 major purchases with 101 mobility, and we are very pleased with our purchases. Both Kerry and John were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations to help us understand how everything would work and how our stair lift would be installed. Everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. 101 Mobility and the Bruno stairlift have been the answer to our needs. A stairlift was one of those things we said we would get someday. But when my wife fell and broke her hip, that someday became right now. A call to 101 Mobility resulted in a visit to our home a few days later day, a demonstration at the companys facility the next day and and installation in place before she was released from the rehab hospital. 101 Mobility was willing to install the basic model to meet our immediate need and follow up later with an extra feature we had ordered. Installation was good and a follow-up servicing a few weeks later made everything work just as we would want. The product is great and meets our needs completely. All our interactions with everyone at 101 Mobility have been 5 Star.

My daughter fell down the stairs and injured her leg and foot badly. Living in a 2 story home was going to be a real challenge. I went online and found 101mobility and they provide RENTALS for chair lifts. I called Kerry and she was FABULOUS. Her crew came on short notice and installed 2 separate lifts, as there was a landing. The gents who installed the system were EQUALLY impressive. Very professional. Now even after 2 surgeries my daughter can get up and down the 16 steps with the push of a button, actually 2 buttons. The bottom rail portion easily folds up and out of the way to keep the stairway entry safe and clear. We are VERY glad to have found Kerry and her crew and would MOST HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in need of these types of products!

Very easy to work with - very prompt service. I had to get a custom chairlift for my husband - they came out, took precise measurements, ordered it, & it even came in earlier than expected. It was installed promptly & when my husband came home he was thrilled to be able to go upstairs & not be confined to the downstairs. Well worth the money spent.

My wife and I moved my parents from California to our home in Greenwood indiana. They are 82 and my father needed a chair lift to get up and down from the second floor. This wasnt a planned in advance kind of move, that being said mobility 101 in Indianapolis really came through for us. They came out, advised me of options and had everything installed very quickly. I spoke with John this morning about my need for a portable wheelchair ramp because I am paralyzed. When I said I did not understand why they didn’t have something in stock that I could buy, he LAUGHED! I’m sorry, John, I did not expect to get paralyzed, probably from Agent Orange. I hope your insensitivity wakes other buyers to look elsewhere for their mobility needs.

Excellent experience. The owner came out promptly, explained it all, and gave a quote. We visited the showroom a day later by appointment (covid compliant). They arranged installation just a few days later as we had an immediate need. Installation crew was well prepared and efficient.. Equipment works well, no defects. I am highly satisfied

In the beginning they was good with everything and with the issues that my dad had with his chair lift. They told us that if anything happened that they would buy this chair lift back. 1st year they would pay 30%, 2nd year 20%, and 3rd year 10%. My dad passed away in July of this here and we had it for just over 13 months and now they dont want to live up to their end of their contract. I called them and they said that they will only give me $400 and when I asked about the 30%, 20%, and 10% Kerry said that she would get back in touch with me and she never has. So now I will never buy anything from 101 mobility again since they cant live up to their contract

Weve lived in a small town-rural area for decades. There, over years, we developed trust-based, friendly relationships with many contractors in the remodeling of our one-story home. We were spoiled.Last summer, a home near our grandchildren became available in Northeast Indianapolis, so we bought it. The house needed a lot of work, and improvements. The luckiest thing that happened to us was walking into 101 Mobility to discuss options that would enable us to access our 2nd floor despite mobility limitations.The process of selecting and installing a home elevator was pleasant, mess-free and surprisingly inexpensive. The installation process was surprisingly straightforward. The workers were classy, neat and efficient. The end result fits in with the house. It isnt garish, imposing or an eyesore. Before we even entered into a contract on a home in West Lafayette area we called John at 101 Mobility to be sure that we could successfully install an elevator. We were negotiating from out-of-state, and John actually was kind enough to go several times to meet with the realtors to take measurements and figure out how to retrofit a Stiltz Duo into the space of two closets which are stacked on top of each other. The purchase of this home was depending on the ability to have a lift for our two aging parents, so we were extremely grateful he was willing and able to do all the preliminary work involved. In the process of the install we learned that things can get tricky while working with an already existing structure. These guys did an excellent job of overcoming the obstacles and made it work out perfectly. We are very grateful that we chose the team at 101 Mobility to help us move forward with our plan to give our parents a safe place to live.

The Product is outstanding.The install/ordering was rough:1. I was given two different patterns for the floor opening design.2. The sales rep seemed confused about the product, the size of opening needed and the electrical requirements of the equipment.3. The install was a week behind the propsed schedule.4. My lift was lost, then found that it had been shipped to Ohio rather than Indianapolis.5. There was a potential factory price increase which shortened the preparation construction time and created a very tight schedule.6. Additional demolition work was necessary for the installation that I had been told would not be a problem AND this resulted in additional drywall repair cost to me.7. The web site says it ts typically a 2 day install, mine was three and the a second visit (1/2 day) to do adjustments.The installers were courteous and worked hard to complete the project.As I said, the product is well worth the price but the follow through can use some improvements.Our hope is that the installation of the lift in our home will allow us to live here into our 90s which will offset the cost ten fold, comapred to an assisted living facility.James K. Schedule was setup for one of the owners to come out and look at the site and provide us with a quote. Very friendly and answered all our questions. Talked more specifically about our site once measurements where takes and ideas where discussed. Did not try to upsell us on anything. We made an appointment to visit the showroom to check-out the stairlift to make our final decision. Its was installed in a day and we love it. Very easy to use and the installer went thru everything about how to operate.

They listen to your needs, to my budget, examined the property and came up with a plan. Our Dad did not like the ramp we built out front so the Team drew up a plan. Our back porch and stairs were a nightmare. We put up a new door and the team put in a lift from back kitchen door to the back door and we put one in from back door to basement.
