I work for a facility that has used KONE since 2005. Recently I had issues with the state for a nonworking bell. I have made 40 phone calls to KONE, replaced the board, battery and chip. It finally is running but I still have no bell. The Indianapolis office gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No follow up, phone call are not returned from the service manager or my account rep. I am looking to replace this vendor as they are not addressing my concerns or needed repairs.UPDATE after sending ignored emails and phone calls my bell is now working. They finally returned.

I wouldn’t use kone if you value working escalators and elevators and your time.We’ve had several issues with them calling us back and leaving us with broken elevators several weeks.
