Beware!! These guys sold me a 2020 Range Rover Velar with over 3k in body damage and would not pay to repair it.The car-fax didn’t show this and they were deceitful. The only way I found out about this was when I had it shipped to Vegas. The shipper took a HID light to look for damages before taking possession and found all of this damage. Stay away or take the car to be fully inspected before purchasing!!!!

I made two attempts to purchase a car at this dealership. The first ended with them delisting the car, repricing it and not honoring the agreed pricing. The second involved the same tactic but them agreeing to honor the price we agreed to. The day before transacting the purchase, I was informed they couldn’t process my out of state title and I would need to arrange my own financing. I am not saying you can’t make a deal, just get it done before they change their mind.

Great dealership experience. A used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia was posted in their inventory and it was the exact spec Ive been trying to find for quite some time. I initially inquired about the car sight unseen because I live out of state. The sales manager was very helpful on the phone and we were able to secure pricing that day without me even being on location. They were more than willing to reserve the vehicle for me so I can find time to schedule a flight. I arrived at the dealership a few days later and the car was already pulled out front and prepped for test drive before I showed up. In total, I was out the door in about 3 hours. The price discussed on the phone was honored 100%, and there were no attempts to upsell any services.The only downside to the experience was the accuracy of the vehicle condition. The sales manager noted some very minor areas of concern, however he completely excluded the fact that half of the front bumper was refinished at some point. You can clearly see the blending marks from a repaint. It takes a trained eye to notice, but I feel like the professional inspectors should be able to catch that.

Kim the service advisor is the absolute best! She will absolutely work to accomplish anything you need done to your vehicle in a timely manner. Here lately I’ve had some issues with my 2018 Giulia and even with me being frustrated and upset at times she still manages to go above and beyond to ensure I’m happy and my car is running like new. Kim is very responsive and always there for me whenever I need service for me vehicle. 10/10 recommend Kim!

I think it will be easier to list out the flaws, so here it goes:1. Come up with a better description than dealership. This is the 5th car from these guys, and each time more than pleasant. Having dealt with you guys, the other dealers are just that, a dealer (and with a negative connotation).2. Your coffee aint bad, but could be better.3. You dont have a Ferrari service center. Hurry up and get the franchise. Please dont make me go to the other guys that rhymes with hoard talkoh, and your location...Thats all. Besides the above, dont change a thing and keep up the great work.

I emailed to test drive an Stelvio and was almost immediately emailed back. I was test driving a car 30 minutes later. This was by far my best car buying experience from start to finish. Maybe when I go back to purchase MY MASERTI, the experience will be better.Purchasing my Mercedes Benz E550 on Sept 11 was, memorable, but not in a completely pleasent manner.My salesperson was kind over the phone but not as knowledgeable as I needed for my current situation. I guess thats why they say when a car salespersons lips are moving theyre LYING.ONE THING THAT MADE THE TRIP EXCEPTIONAL WAS THE COURTESY RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE DEALERSHIP. And thats where the pleasurable experience STOPPED.What shouldve been a 2 hour transaction, as I had my OWN financing & had selected the vehicle of my choosing; took upwards of 3-4 hours.I experienced problems with: removal of the front license plate, the interior panelling, wrong info on the extended warranty & the inability to price negotiate.Overall, Im satisfied with the vehicle, but I know better next time how to proceed.

Not a good experience, no loaner car available (yet car still under warranty), felt like they did not believe my car had the issue I was describing which was very frustrating. They recommended a $1000+ pre-mature brake job as a solution but could not guarantee that the issue would solve the problem. Ended up taking the car to another Alfa Romeo dealership where I got a loaner car and turns out the issue was just uneven tire wear, I just needed new front tires and an alignment. I love the car but this type of service is not going to win them new customers or keep old ones. Love the car just needs the service to match.

Purchased a Dodge Viper from this dealership. It was described as Both the exterior and interior are in phenomenal condition. I flew across the country to pick it up, and as soon as I drove off the lot I began noticing issues that were not disclosed. They told me the bottom panels were going to be touched up which was a complete lie, the doors rattled badly and were out of adjustment, head lights were cracked, of which I was told this happens with all these cars after I had already arrived.Lastly, they didnt even bother to wash the car or fill it up with gas. I wouldnt expect this bad of customer service from a Mazda dealership, much less a dealership selling high end vehicles.

Worked with Daniel and Adam on a used Ram 1500. Great to deal with. Fair pricing (no haggle dealership) when looking at other vehicles in the DFW area. Easy on the sale. Simply got my info and let me drive around solo (without any salesperson in the car.) So I got a real feel for the vehicle without any pressure. Adam went to bat for me on our APR so that we could get terms we could all agree with.Overall, enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Probably the fastest car buying experience ive had to date.

I was in search of a Giulia a week ago and visited/called all the alfa dealerships in DFW. While I don’t want to speak negative things about the other 2 dealerships, I have to let people know how good my experience was at this dealership. On receiving my request from online, Ayman immediately contacted me through email and phone and invited me for a test drive. During my first visit there, he was very patient and straightforward. And he didn’t play games about the price like the salesman at another dealership did. The purchasing process didn’t go so smooth because of me lacking some documents that’s to be issued by our dear government. But Ayman and his coworker tried their best to help me. And now I am driving my new vehicle, the white Giulia Ti!I really enjoy my experience here and I appreciate their service and help.

I traveled from Alabama to Texas for a 2020 BMW 740i that the dealership obviously knew had MAJOR issues! I wasted valuable time & money unnecessarily when I specifically asked the salesperson if it was ANY known issues with the vehicle! He adamantly said there were NONE! Initially, I told the salesperson we would arrive the following week even though he said everything was ready & all I had to do was the final paperwork. He even quoted the price of delivering the vehicle but I really didn’t want the vehicle delivered without test driving it & seeing it in person. So, the plan was we would fly to Texas & drive the vehicle back to Alabama 😒. We had an unexpected date to open in our schedule so I informed the salesperson that we were going to fly out quicker than they expected (remember the vehicle was ready for pick up). I was then told that the vehicle had to go to the shop for a couple of things. 🤔 Red flags went up in my mind & I immediately asked what are these couple of things? You said the vehicle was ready ⁉️The salesperson assured me it was only a minor dint on the passenger’s side door & he just noticed it & wanted to take care of it before we came to pick it up. I immediately became nervous about the entire deal so I asked him to FaceTime me because my husband & I didn’t want to travel to Texas under false pretenses! He FaceTimed me & sure enough he pointed out this minor dint. So a week pass & I had to make all types of arrangements (CHILDREN, WORK, SCHOOL) & we were off to pick up my “luxury vehicle” the BMW 740i 🙄! Get to Texas & finally get to the dealership & test drive the vehicle & GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?!!! 🤔 So, a 2020 BMW 740i driven (2) blocks has a GIANT 🔺light across the dashboard saying, “THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT & IT’S FLUIDS ARE HOT‼️“ 😤REALLY ⁉️ My husband looks under the hood & the engine was so hot the fluids were bubbling over 😤 & then some guy called the “inspection manager” came out with all of these supposedly important but unimportant questions & had the nerve to say, “We will let it cool down for an hour & add some water & y’all can be on y’all way with it.” OHHHHH THE DEVIL IS A LIE!!!! It’s NO WAY they could explain why we drove ONLY 2 BLOCKS & the vehicle was signaling the engine was HOTTTTT 🔥 🔥! He said it could be only (2) things something with the oil & water. I said, “& it could be the entire engine!” He said, “That’s true.” 😒 I couldn’t get away from these SCAMMERS quick enough! I received no APOLOGY, no COMPENSATION, no NOTHING from this supposedly high end dealership that were so very comfortable with selling me a SHINY 🍋! I would’ve had a major car loan & a nice looking 2020 BMW 740i sitting in the SHOP! We wouldn’t have made it to the interstate let alone to Alabama! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Y’all dealership, team, & customer service are the WORST I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past & this experience was UNBELIEVABLE! I would’ve expected something like this from the neighborhood car dealership setting up shop during TAX SEASON but a “LUXURY DEALERSHIP”?! I purchased a used Audi, and Ken Workman couldnt have been nicer and easier to work with. I was initially uncertain, so Ken suggested that I take the car to a nearby Audi dealer for a pre-purchase inspection for ease of mind, and Ken hung in there while I scrutinized every inch of the car. The condition of the vehicle was as excellent as advertised. Once I made the decision, I was financed and out the door very quickly. Thanks, Ken and team!

An experience unlike any other! After an initial online request for information, Ken promptly responded and helped me set up an appointment for a visit and test drive. I brought my wife and kids and we all enjoyed driving several models and settled on a beautiful Ghibli. This has been 20 years in the making and a gift for my wife, who put her career on hold to follow me around the world while in the military. The welcome we all received was not what you would expect from a car dealership. Absolutely no pressure, yet completely professional and receptive to our needs/wants. My wife absolutely loves her new ride and we have Ken to thank for his friendliness and professionalism.

Just want to give kudos for the great service I got from Essence Maserati in Hurst, TX. They took my Quadrifoglio in for a loud highway-speed drone complaint. Turned out to be the rear diff, repaired under warranty. They also noticed that the rubber insulation near the drivers side where I get in & out had a bad split - something I never even told them about, but they replaced it under warranty. They also found out that 3 of my wheels were out of round and sent them to a local place that fixes that but also COMPLETELY RESURFACES the inner & outer rim. (not free - $225 per wheel.) So the 1 wheel that had some curb rash (touched up with paint but noticeable anyway) is fixed. Plus, I now have 3 basically brand new factory-spec wheels. They pay for a Lyft to get you home if they are out of loaners, and today, they VALETED my car back to the house for me. Earlier, they had noticed a scuff on my trunk spoiler in the carbon coating, and replaced that under warranty, without me complaining about it. They are top-notch service providers.

Just when I thought I can’t get the car I wanted. I found them on google maps checked there website and called them. For the beginning of this phone call to signing the papers at the end. This entire process was great no stress no pressure. Everyone is so nice and the place overall looks great. Dilan was my sales guy and he was so genuine and made me feel very comfortable. I initially had Ayman as my sales consultant as scheduled online...but I showed up late to my appt and was re-assigned to AJ. Both Ayman and AJ were super helpful! AJ was my primary salesperson, and he went above and beyond to locate the exact car that I wanted. I bought the 2018 Stelvio TiSUV in black with red interior. I also had my wheels dipped black. AJ ensured I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a mean car with a little bit of sass. He was honest and to the point. My car was ready for me on pick-up day. He was friendly and funny. He made the car purchase extremely seamless and pleasurable. Communication was great. He kept me up to date with the car and loan processing. I also had a trade-in, a 2012 SLK Mercedes, and he was able to provide me close to the amount I requested for. I love my new car! I would buy again from them!

Car buying made simple! I went online and found a Fiat 500 Abarth that caught my eye and it was at Essence. This was the first time I have ever dealt with them but couldnt have been happier with my experience. I decided to drive 45 minutes to get there and luckily I wasnt disappointed. Mark came out to greet us, and I told his why I was there. He kindly pulled the car up for us to check out and test drive. Even though I was just looking at a used car, Mark treated us just as though we were buying a brand new car. There were no games or pressure throughout the buying process. In the end, I got there in the morning and by noon I was driving off the lot with my new car! Also I met Ali to finish the paper work and he was also nice to work with. I found them to be friendly and very professional and would recommend them if you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle.

The whole experience was wonderful, I have to admit that before going I was not looking forward to buying a vehicle dealing with pushy salesmen and all the back and forth that normally comes with buying a car. I can tell you that is not at all how this process was I came in said I wanted to test a few vehicles, there was no push back at all, told them I wanted to come back and let my wife try out the car and they had no problem putting a short hold on the vehicle for me! I never once felt pressured to make a decision, they were very informative and helpful. Everyone was also so polite and nice from start to finish. I WILL be a return customer!

Just not satisfied. My mother Freddie Johnson purchased a used vehicle online. At first the salesman I spoke with didn’t want to do the deal. So the sales manager called me back and he completed it. I told them when I would be there to pick the vehicle up and the vehicle had NOT been properly cleaned when I got there. I waited for over an hour for it to be cleaned. There was a kid maybe 9/10 years old doing the cleaning. The vehicle still had spilled coffee in the cup holder and hair clips in the arm rest, and was dusty. I had been there for so long I just said forget it. I would disinfect the vehicle myself and with COVID-19 I thought cleanliness would be of the utmost importance. Then I had to bring the vehicle back because it had not been inspected. I had to wait another 2 and a half hours at the dealership for the inspection. While waiting for my plates... they were delayed because they had my address wrong. I’m supposed to receive them in the mail tomorrow. Hopefully that happens. Just totally disgusted with my experience and will not recommend anyone to this dealership!

Today I went to Essence Maserati to look a car that I saw on cargurus without making an appointment and I was extremely poorly attended. An person came up to me and asked which car I wanted to see. I showed it on the computer and he said he was going to check it because he thought the car had been sold. After he checked it he said that the car had not been sold and he would bring it for me to see. I waited for about 20 minutes and without anyone giving me any answer I went to ask what was going on and he told me they were trying to find the key and the car was in service possible. I waited for another 15 minutes and no answer again , I went to ask where the car was. The same person told me that the car was coming. I waited for another 15 minutes again and without any attention I went to ask where was the car and that did not appear yet and it was answered that they were trying to locate the car. Thats when I said I couldnt wait any longer anymore and was leaving. The impression I had was that they thought I was not in a position to acquire the car and were completely careless and prejudiced. It is not the first time that I have been there and the first time I had a great experience with the person who named Al who was very attentive and polite and also once by email by the manager Paul Adkins.I was really willing to buy the car and I’ve been looking for one for long time.

Flew from Florida to pick up A used 16 BMW 435 with 14000 miles. Was told on the phone that the car in exquisite condition also in ad. I asked the salesman to check different things such as paint and worn appearances on the car and he said everything was gorgeous.When I arrived at dealership it was raining. Did not put car under cover to show. I noticed car was extremely dirty in and out. I only noticed the condition of the car after driving home. Worn marks on seats back and front , chips on mirror and front end, paint faded on hood, top and truck. I asked where they purchased car they replied auto auction.We were in a hurry to get on road and they were extremely slow doing the paper work. I sat in waiting area for approx an hour before I was called. No one else in office. Less than half a tank of gas. Believe me no special treatment for customers at this dealership.These people are frauds. Beware of purchasing from them.

They refused to honor their advertised prices. I watched prices for a couple months and then got an email from Essence about recent price reductions. I setup financing and told them Id come pick it up that evening. They informed me the cars were accidentally listed as demos before meeting demo criteria (2k miles) and were not actually for sale at the advertised price. Glad I didnt waste my time going to the dealership.

The buying process was very pleasant, but the car was not properly detailed and wiped down inside nor washed well outside. Even worse, they did not even put gas in it, it was on empty and they didn’t air up the tires either. They were nice, but at a high-end dealer, I expect nothing but the best and that was not what I received.We are just realizing that when we traded our vehicle in, we went to go grab the rest of our things out to put them in our new car, and the car charger and phone cord had been taken out.

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!I came with a pre-approval letter from Capital one and my credit was still ran 7 times even after specifically demanding it not to be. I was told by the finance manager that the finance director Mo would call the credit bureaus to have them removed, which was never done. The finance department never returned my call -after countless attempts.I have 3 family members that wanted to shop with Essence and I have told each one of them to shop else where which they agreed.The sales associate Johnny, never showed my any features about my new car, how to program it or anythingThen to top it off, the day after purchase the battery in the key fob died along with the battery to the car, and nothing was left on. I am furious, never again!!

Wow. I can not say enough about this dealership! I purchased my used Maserati from another dealership only to discover it had some mechanical issues within days. I contacted John in service and was met with such a friendly and warm voice on the other end of the phone. In person he was so genuine and empathetic about my situation. He went over and above to work with my scheduling needs because I lived out of town. Every employee I met was friendly and even offered me soda while I waited. Their work was performed quickly and thoroughly. They even found a few things I was not aware of and promptly took care of those issues. Evan followed up with me a few days later to ensure all the work was done to my satisfaction. I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a dealership quite like this one. They REALLY did care about forming relationships with their clients. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to make your next purchase from. Service is certainly part of the sale with this organization. And to top it off.... the vehicles there are stunning and will certainly turn heads. Thank you Essence for such a positive experience!

Amazing customer service! We were from out of town and the manager went above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible. We purchased a pre-owned Alfa Romeo and they made sure that all items on the car were up to date and up to standard, really offering a piece of mind and conveys the sense of pride they have in providing excellent customer care. Its no wonder they have so many #1 ranking awards!

Modern, efficient dealership and sales staff. If you carefully shop around you will find them to be the best priced in most cases. I would encourage them to be a little more particular in presenting and delivering the customers car of choice. I was not over whelmed have low tire pressure, dirty carpets and some minor cosmetic issues leaving the lot. For that, I hold back a fifth star.

After having 2 very bad experiences a few days before at other local dealerships, we walked into Essence Maserati Alfa Romeo to look at a pre-owned 2019 Jeep and was greeted right away by Ken. He was very welcoming and nice. He was extremely helpful and attentive. He made sure all my questions were answered and didnt make me feel like he just wanted to sell a car. He made the car buying experience easy. Overall, everyone here was kind and made the whole experience a positive one.

I called inquiring to see if a car on their website was still available. I began a chat session with Brad. He took all of my contact info and said, “someone from the sales team would follow up and confirm in a few minutes. Almost 3 hours go by and NOTHING! I check in again and this time I get Arnold, tell him what I’m looking for, mention my interaction with Brad, etc... He apologizes and takes my information AGAIN! It’s 9:30 CST and still no CALL/EMAIL/TEXT from this “dealership”. This has to be THE WORSTcustomer service I’ve received in a very long time.We bought a car TODAY (from a reputable dealership), no thanks to ESSENCE!I wish I could’ve given them ZERO stars!

My 1 star review is simply on the car buying and processing experience. I am (for what I can tell, since I dont technically have my car yet) very happy with my car purchase! However, most of the decision was made online before even getting to the dealership.I came to test drive the car with salesman, Erik, and the car was great. I notified him that a warning message came up as I exited the car saying that there needed to be an oil change and an inspection. Erik assured me that that message was a mistake, they service all their cars before selling and he just need to reset the sensors.So when I bought the car, I was very surprised when someone came to tell me there were bubbles in the tires and the car needed an oil change and I was not going to be able to take my car that night. I agreed to a delivery next day. The following day I got at text just a half-hour before the drop off time saying that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. No explanation, random number, just saying they couldnt give me my car. I called and got a half-explained reasoning about a wrong air filter and needed to order a new one.Frustrated, I got in contact with the sales manager, Adam, who only could offer apologies and a new delivery day for the following day. After 2 days, several missed calls, ignored texts - I deserved more than an apology. I asked my windows be tinted and I would even pay $50 (when it should have been free). Adam told me I could bring it back next week to get it done.I am very disappointing and frustrated with this luxury dealership. For a first car buying experience, I would definitely recommend you go almost anywhere else. You need people who want to take care of everyone on the lot, not just their highest spenders.

Drove from Mississippi to your dealership since we had none close to where I live. The car I picked out was ready and clean when I arrived. It was a quick process and they were very helpful. Allen Johnson went over everything in detail and was extremely helpful. He made sure that I didnt have any questions about the car before I left. He spent the time needed to ensure I was educated on the cars functions that I was not aware of. I love the new Alf Romeo Giulia that I purchased and it is surely turning heads.

The staff greeted my family with a warm and friendly welcome.They made sure we were comfortable as they finalized our paperwork. The communication before our visit set the right expectation. Had a great experience when I bought my Gran Turismo, easy, seamless process and I wrote a glowing review. Then, after three months still didnt receive my personalized license plates and all they could say was that it was too long after purchase, they couldnt do anything about it. Also, the trim on my paddle shifter broke off a week after I bought and took 3 months to order. I had to keep calling them to see if it was in. I ended up taking to Boardwalk Maserati where they went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Customer Service after you buy doesnt seem to be a priority.

I will start with saying that the vehicle we purchased was priced correctly and we are happy with it. But overall I will say this was the WORST car buying experience my wife and I have had! We had put a deposit down on the car and were already qualified for financing before arriving at Essence. Our salesmen Ash said wed maybe be there for 2 hours since we had everything done, but we were there for a total of 4 hours.We drove 6 1/2 hours. Ash was working on a few other sales while working with us, which we did not like and felt it was very unprofessional. Any other vehicles we have purchased, the sales rep was focused on us only.

Purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. Service was great. Received a call was advised that we had to sign additional documents. Well this made me nervous. Went today and was advised that the initial bank that was going to finance declined. They found another bank at a lower interest rate! Most unreliable high end dealership, to it is always an hassle to speak with someone for service. I needed my light bulb replaced on my vehicle, the service person recommended that I replaced both side at concern which I did, for over $500, I should have known something was off when one side was dimmer than the other right on spot, and eventually shortly after, a little over 13 months went out, this is on a vehicle that I barely drive, barely 5k miles a year. Now I was told told that the year warranty is gone and i should pay for another replacement.Many times i have my vehicle service i had to make efforts to get status update, very poor communication.Stay away.

This dealership sold me a 2017 jaguar XE with 8,000 miles on it. I drove less than 40 miles before the car completely leaked all of the coolant and began to overheat. I was lucky enough to get it to a jaguar dealership before permanent damage occurred. The salespeople essentially told me that it’s not their problem and there’s nothing they can do. Stay away from this dealership if you don’t want to spend almost $30000 on a vehicle that will break down in less than 12 hours.

SA Greg was great. My vehicles service began at the scheduled time and was completed within the estimated time. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the secured guest network with no posted password in the building.
