I originally was looking at another Alfa dealer. We had spent about 4 hours at another dealer getting the run around. They really tried to sell us on a car we didn’t want because it did not have everything we wanted. It was high pressure and after leaving that dealer, we received multiple calls daily from different people at the dealership trying to get us to take the car. I decided I would go look at Essence since the pricing seemed to be better than other dealers.I set up a time to look at a vehicle and was introduced to Johnny Tran. When I arrived, they pulled the vehicle around and left me to look at it alone. Johnny said to take my time and if I needed him he would be inside. It was fantastic! Once I decided I liked the car, I put down. $400 deposit for them to hold the vehicle to give my wife a chance to see it.We decided we wanted the car. With No haggle pricing, they did discount the additional warranty which was nice and we got the exact vehicle my wife wanted. We did all of the paperwork online and they worked to get us a great interest rate.When we showed up to pick up the car, they offered asked us about additional warranty and a tire and wheel warranty which we declined both and it was a no pressure sales pitch. We were out the door with our vehicle in 30 minutes. It was a great car buying experience and I would definitely go back to Essence when looking for a car. Ask for Johnny Tran, you will not be disappointed.
