I just got the absolute WORST haircut Ive ever had in my entire life. I am so humiliated. I came in yesterday and expressed that I had not sat in a salon chair or let anyone else touch my hair in 7 years and was visibly nervous. I had her take up my undercut in the back, and said multiple times that I wanted to keep as much length in the front and I didnt want it above my chin. My hair was below my chin, now its above my ear lobes!!! 😭 Its completely uneven. It looked cute when it was wet, but after it dried I cried for hours. Why would you cut someones hair if you dont know what youre doing!?!?. Im soooo disappointed and cant even put it up in a pony tail because its so short. I wasnt from the area and was just in town for business and I cant believe what I look like now I could keep crying... I also tipped the lady $15, so now Im out $40 and looking like a mental patient, but I guess thats what you get for $25. Im COMPLETELY humiliated. I want my money back! Im still crying. Dont go here. I would post pics but Im so embarrassed. I would like to send pictures to management though, its sooo bad.

The young lady that cut my hair was wonderful. Cut it exactly like i wanted it. I will return and tell everyone i know.

Lawanda is one of the nicest, kindest, and most caring stylists you will ever meet. She takes her time in making sure you are completely satisfied with your hair. She will go above and beyond and gives the best neck massages with a warm town at the end. She is great at color and did a fantastic job on my bright and colorful hair and made me feel so much better about myself. Customer service was ok. I took in mom for a hair cut and she was provided with an apprentice stylist. Well the stylist was not supervised and had to going in twice to straighten moms haircut and actually guide her on how mom wanted her hair cut. No hot towel was provided to wiped down for loose hair. Not going back. This happened on October 24th around 9:30am. Need to find another hair salon.

Kerstin Wiggins was great and very social...Not including very gorgeous.

I made an appointment with Kristen for a hair cut. I arrived about 5 minutes early. I waited in my car a few minutes and entered the store about 2 minutes before my scheduled time. I was greeted by Kristen. She informed me that the other hairstylist would be with me as soon as she finished with the client 9She had just started on the haircut) because she has some people on their way. Noe, the store had 3 signs on the front door that a mask was required to enter the store, temperatures will be taken and no public restroom. As I sat there waiting and the stylist that I had made my appointment with waited for her people. After about 10 minutes, in walks a family, no masks, so happy to see her and hugging. One person asks to use the restroom and she directs him to where it is located. Hmm, no public restroom?? As she and her friend hug and catch up on things, in walks another man with his young child, again no masks. Here I sit 15 minutes past my appointment time waiting for service. Kirsten then starts cutting one of the mans hair. Why did I make an appointment??? When The other hairstylist came to check out the people that she had finished up, she apologized for the wait and told me she would be right with me. She had to go clean her station and then came and took my temperature. I asked her if the mask rule only applied to clients but no friends and family. She apologized and proceeded to take masks to all the adults, even though the children needed them but she left it up to the parent to decide, and took temperatures. She then took me to her station. The 6 other people disappeared while she cut the persons hair. When she finished him, he went to the back and the other male sat in the chair, it had not been cleaned, ripped off his mask to get his hair cut. Amazing, Kristen had a certificate that said that she had been trained in the COVID protocol yet she was not following it. Not only were there too many people in the store, the mask mandate that was put out by Governor Abbott was not enforced by her and she did not clean or sanitize between clients. I work in health care and have seen the suffering that some people have gone through. I will not return to this location as long as Kristen is there. She needs retraining on the COVID protocol that she has the certificate for. I wear a mask because I value my life and I value your life as well.***** to Amy for her professionalism and following the COVID mandate. She was wonderful and did a great job.

(No relation) We just moved to this area and I was very stringent on who does my hair yet since my stylist is back in NC, I am stoked I managed to find another just as amazing if not better here! Friendly staff that know what they are doing.

Let me start with the fact they have other customers talk down on other customers and the employees just laugh at the fact. Melissa is the worse assistant manager of any establishment I can imagine also. The hair stylists here actually debate with you about your haircut that you ask them to cut your way. When I ask for a hard part they ask for assistance from another employee and argue with you about why you shouldn’t do what you want to your own hair. Tamara is a stylist here who last month gave me cut and a fade to high. When I came this Month to correct it they argued with me about the location of my hard part and tried to talk me out of the haircut I want. Very unprofessional staff and horrible service.

Typical haircut joint. Really just depends on who the stylist is that day, some good and care about what theyre doing, some just punching in and out. Seems like I never see the same stylist twice; turnover might be an issue, who knows. But for $14, you cant expect royal treatment.

I was model for a hair cut and color change. The stylists were being trained in the Super Cuts way. Got a super hair cut and new color. Im so happy and the services were free. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome cut and color!

Lawanda is an excellent hair stylist and really cares about cutting and coloring my hair the way I want. I come here every month and look forward to my visit. Of course the great Supercut prices are unbeatable.

I have been coming to this location since I left the military in 2015. After relocating from the base, I was forced to either make the 3 hour drive to the base barber, or finding a local place to get my hair cut. I lived down the street from this place and the staff has always been friendly. This year I moved to a different city, and have still been making the 45 minute drive to get my haircut at this location. Supercuts started using an online “check-in” system, and it seems to only be there as a formality. If I don’t “check-in” I don’t get seen until after everyone that has, comes in and gets serviced. If I do check in (like today), people who are not on the “check-in” list in front of me, are still seen before me. I arrived at the location at 2:18pm central time, and waited until 3:23pm central time before having to leave. I checked in online and was given 2:45pm central time as my “check-in” time slot. When I arrived at the location I informed the staff that I had a one month old infant in my vehicle with my fiancé, and that I wouldn’t be able to stay long if the wait time would be longer than my preset time. I was told “the wait won’t be long at all.” While waiting, 3 people were seen before me that were not on the check-in list, and 1 person that walked in at 3:18pm and was clearly added to the end of the on screen check-in list, that were all seen before me. This will be the last time that I come to this location. I strongly urge anyone who is in need of a haircut to not waste their time or money coming to this location. I will never be recommending this location to anyone again. I would give this 0 stars if it were possible.

Dropped in today for haircuts for my two boys. I have used this location several times and always had a good experience. NOT TODAY. My youngest went first and it went ok. The stylist kept repeating to look down, be still, look up, dont move or your haircut will look ugly . Not to unusual for a 3 year old haircut. Her tone and patience could of been a little better but I let it go. My 7 1/2 year old was next and I didnt sit in the chair next to him like I did with my younger, as to not distract him. As I sat in the lobby I could hear her saying the same, look down, look up, etc. Then she was physically moving his head to wear it needed to be. She proceeded to say your being worse than your little brother . My son was nearly in tears because her tone of voice was angry and hateful. His haircut is not what I asked for, but its hair and it will grow back. Another stylist came and tried to assist because she could tell something wasnt right. In the end it was blamed on the imperfections (cowlicks) in his hair. My kids have NEVER had any problems with haircuts before today. I really wanted to confront this lady but I didnt want to make a scene with my kids there. All I ask is that staff be trained how to properly treat a child during a cut or do not offer children haircuts. If a stylist is not comfortable with cutting a childs hair or a specific hair style they need to speak up. I would much rather have someone tell me they arent good at cutting kids hair then to have the experience we did today . Good news, I was able to have a conversation with my kids about how some people are just angry with the world and dont know how to treat people appropriately. Luckily, we have a month before school starts and his hair should grow out a little. I would love to get a response from corporate/management so I can share a picture.

I had Jess last week and she was fantastic! I needed a new hair do and she gave me ideas and I ended up loving it!!! She did a great job, great customer service. I have extremely dry skin and my scalp is very flaky and covered in scabs, she recommended a tea tree shampoo and it worked beautifully. I am very pleased and I will be going back to color my hair with her this week.

Kerstyn has been my hair stylist for years. She has always done an amazing job with my hair and my family compliments my hair after a cut. The few times Ive been to other salons when I was in desperate need of a haircut and Kersytn was off that day, Ive regretted it. My wife will comment something like, who cut your hair... they didnt know what they were doing. I learned not to wait to the last minute and when its Kerstyn day(s) off. X I havent had many great experiences with hair stylists, but Lawanda at Supercuts was fantastic. I lost all my hair due to chemo. and am now in the awkward phase of growing it back out. Lawanda very patiently listened to my hair goals and was so helpful in planning out the stages of how we can get there. I love my new style! Im so excited to have a stylist that Ill keep coming back to!!!! I would highly recommend her to all of my friends!!

I had an appointment for hair coloring. I had let my hair go to its orinigal which was pretty dark. I have been to many salons and never walked away with orange hair. I didnt know it was so orange until a friend told me it was awful. I knew after seeing it outside after that i could not go to work the next day. Yes i could have gone backbat the moment but at that point they were extremely busy. I waited to the next until the next morning and called to have it corrected. Unknowingly i spoke to the owner and explained my situation and made an appointment with another lady after speaking to the lady who did my color the day before. She was off and suggested someone else. I went in the next day and got it fixed. It took quite a long time to process and get rid of the orange. When i entered the shop the manager told me the man i spoke to was the owner and said to charge me $60.00 again. I dont mind paying for a good job but really charge me again for a mess up. Needless to say i wont go back again. Thank you kristin for not taking time to get it right the first time

I am so so underwhelmed with this experience. I told the girl I only want two inches taken off and before I knew it she had taken at least 4 off. I also asked for layers and my bangs trimmed which she had forgot about until I reminded her and even then she gave me tiny layers on the tips.Also,when I get a haircut I expect a shampoo and blow dry, that is standard with haircuts in any other salon I have been to. A shampoo and blow dry helps you make sure the haircut is even, and not uneven like my sisters haircut. I feel so gypped and will not be returning.

At 5:30 i went in for a haircut. when i walked in the lady told me they werent taking in anymore customers in a rude tone even though she was currently just standing around doing nothing. i do not recommend anyone get a haircut at this location. they do not not have good customer service.

I do not recommend this Supercuts to anyone this was the worst experience Ive ever had. The girl cutting my hair was nice enough but she was very inexperienced. The other girl accused me of asking for three different haircuts,she was very rude!! I came in with a picture and asked for collar length, the girl did not know what I meant by collar-length she cut it three different lengths before she ever got to the shoulder. That was not my fault. When I asked her to feather my hair on one side you would have thought that I asked for the most difficult hairstyle in the world you cant even tell my hair is feathered. But I guess all in all what anger made the most was the rudeness of the other girl accusing me of asking for three different things when that was not true even the girl cutting my hair told me it was her fault not mine but she didnt tell me that till after the other girl left. Very unprofessional place!!

I have a common swing bob hair style, but lately I seem to have trouble getting it right at Super Cuts.

Do not under any circumstances go to this salon it is horrible they cut my hair choppy and uneven i showed her a picture and my hair ended up not even looking like the picture one side was way shorter then the other and i asked for layers and i got two yes literally two layers one at the crown of my head and one at the bottom of my ear so if you not ready to basically have to shave your head to fix it DO NOT GO HERE!!!
