Heather at Sportclips is amazing. WE love her. She doesnt mind that we never know what kind of haircut to get and she is always super welcoming. She has done an amazing job every time on my tennage sons hair. We give her an 12 on the scale of 10. She is just awesome.

Lady in the first chair on the right told me since it’s my first time there at that location I’d get a free hair wash do I want to do that so we did then the started the massager then I when I went to pay she said it’d be $21 which is funny because a hair cut is $17 my mom actual runs 8different locations so I’m aware of the pricing so the lady charged me for a mvp after lying to me saying it’s be free.

Didn’t catch the name of my stylist but my haircut was great and the service was outstanding. I’ve been to about 4-5 different sports clips and this was the best service I have received.

Signed in online and waited about 25 minutes walked into the shop and barely sat down as the team member called my name. Not only was the facility sanitized but the chairs were placed a appropriate distance for waiting and if there was to many people they asked you to wait outside or in your car. My stylist did a amazing job she made me feel welcome didn’t pressure me to buy any products or push me for a upgraded package. There is no doubt I will be back to get all of my hair cuts here. There should be 6 stars on this just for moments like this.

I used to go here all the time but last 2 times Ive gone, theyve messed up a simple fade hair cut. I have tried to go back to have them fix the issue but they just made it worse.

Great place if your a guy to get a haircut. Not big into watching sports but they are on on several TVs. I always get the MVP. They wash your hair after the cut. This is great because you dont walk around the rest of the day with hair in your shirt. The head massage and hot towel are a nice touch.

I called about wait times and was told there is no wait. So I immediately went over. When I got there were no customers. One lady told me she was on the phone trying to fix the internet while another stood behind her making doing bust work or just stood there. I walked out after 15 to 20 mins. Lost my lunch break but I know where not to go next time.

I came in after forgetting to shave for a hot date so I asked for a last minute beard/neck trim. Cassandra did a fantastic job; better than I can to tell you the truth. She was extremely professional and detail-oriented. Id recommend her to anyone.

Ever since I moved back to the good ole HEB area Ive been coming to this location for a haircut. Misty is my favorite. And she is worth the wait. My son also loves his cuts from her and always leaves with a huge smile on his face. Misty and her crew has that place on lock down. Thank you for a great cut everytime!!

Amazing every time I go in I see pauline she is the most professional wonderful person you can meet. I only use this place because of her her revel for her job is amazing. The company could use some of her attributes for future and current employees training.

Megan was fantastic! I got the MVP. Megan not only cut my hair with precision she groomed my beard and really took the time to make this a relaxing experience. By far this is the best hair cut I have ever received.I am editing my review. A year ago, and many months after I had Megan cut my hair. I have been back to this place twice since she has left. Both times my hair got butchered. Especially yesterday. I asked for a 2 on the sides and a little longer than finger length on top. I guess that means a high and super tight! Went to do my hair this morning and there is nothing left. I also specifically asked for her to NOT cut my widows peak off. She DID any way. I was not going to leave a review but after getting ready this morning, I had to. I have had my hair cut by 5 different stylist at this long action and only 1 actually did a great job.Sorry ladies, you should listen to your clients.

A young girl named, Citiali completely butchered my sons hair. She took WAY TOO MUCH hair off. These women should be taught that they can always take more hair off if needed but they cannot put the hair back on. My son who works in sales and has a huge work event coming up in 2 days....now looks like he has mange. SERIOUSLY!? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the prior visit, first visit was amazing had my haircut by Citlalli so much detail in her work and making sure her customers are happy.The following visit after with a different hair artist was terrible not gonna throw out the name but there work was like changing a tire slapped on a haircut and sent me on my way very unprofessional hair was uneven and parts were missed that I had to shave on my own when I got home very disappointed and didnt plan on ever going back.July 1st 2019 I figured Id stop in and see who was there before I went and got my haircut and lucky enough Citlalli was there, I gladly waited and Im happy I did I got the same amazingly perfect haircut as the one she already did for me months ago I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a quality cut and style.

I am not much into sports but the MVP at this place is me (or you if ya go). I get my hair cut about every 6 months or so not that it does not grow it does but I just wait till my hair starts to get a Cosmo Kramer attitude. I get the MVP cut as they cut and wash my hair and while they are washing and conditioning my hair I get to sit in a back and buttox vibrating recliner with a hot towel on my face. Which comes with gentle face massage. The washing of the hair is also accompanied with a scalp massage. Just about the time I think nap time! They move me back to the stylist chair for the comb and leave in products, ie conditioners, gels, and oils, that sort of things all your choice. If your one of the cool dudes like me and have beard they can help you with that as well.

Edit: There was good loyal workers here that were there for years and were loyal but suddenly let go. I downgraded to 3 stars.I would give 5 stars but owner keeps raising prices. The ladies know their trade.

These girls were most helpful. We were trying to get my wifes hair washed while she was in a wheelchair. They put up with us for several months.

Girls are nice but take way to long in between cuts. Especially during lunch hrs. Iv come here 3 times and every time I feel like I could of git started 10 min earlier. They take their time sweeping and sometime come to the register to do who knows what. Thats while theres 4 people trying to get a quick cut. Need a better sense of urgency.

I have never, in my experience of getting a hair cut, experienced this kind of rude, ill, and unprofessional conduct from any employee of any business. The lady that was cutting my hair, who turns out to be the manager, was rude beyond measures. Replying rudely, talking with an attitude, even talking in a bad way to her own co workers. Even assuming she had a bad day, this is no excuse whatsoever. The whole time i kept my cool even though i was in awe that someone can be that unprofessional and rude to anyone, let alone a customer. I usually never write reviews, but i felt that i absolutely had too. The owner of this place has to do something about this with all due respect

I was waiting to write a review for this establishment until a long time after we had actually been here. First of all, the haircut that my husband received was the worst haircut he has ever gone in his entire life. Second, this was right before a very, very important event the next day. I was so angry, that is why I waited to make this review. The lady who cut his hair claimed to be the manager, and she did a terrible job. She kept cutting higher and higher and higher and eventually he had almost no hair left on his head. All the while, she claimed that the haircut looks good and that he had lumps on his head and thats why it did not when I finally said something. I I know they try to sell an experience, but you are paying for the TVs, not a good haircut.

Everytime I come here the haircut is lowsy. Price isnt a problem if you get what you pay for. Just about every barber shop in the area does better cuts. Your honestly just paying for cute girls and sports, the haircut is the least of their worries.

I went in today to get my haircut and the girl cutting my hair (I think her name was holly. she was asian) was really rude and super weird. she kept on commenting about my acne and how she could get rid of it for me and help me and the entire time I was getting my hair cut that was the only thing she talked about...my acne. Even more weird she wouldnt stop touching it and wouldnt stop rubbing it. I was so embarrassed and grossed out that somebody would do that and also talk to someone like that. I was pretty offended. I thought i was seing someone to cut my hair not a dermatologist... unprofessional. EDIT: now that Im all showeres and got it the way I want its messed up so bad and I dont even wanna go to work or school like this...never again will I go to sports clips

They gave me a coupon, so I went there to use it. Although they honored the coupon, the staff (one oriental lady, appeared to be Manager) was very rude while honoring their own coupon.

My son and I come here every time, Maria is always great to work with and is always smiling.

Normally every time i go there im thuroughly happy. But today i went in for a hair cut, beard trim and a shampoo, mvp package. My stylist was Chau. I sat down and told her exactly what i want. Not only did she completely ignore me when i asked for a beard trim and shampoo but the hair cut she gave me is the most lopsided and uneven thing i have ever seen. Im going to have to go back to a high and tight just to make it look right. Dont think i will be coming back again.Edit: i went back today and had the best experience thanks to Heather. My father and law went with me and had the displeasure of having Chau as his stylist and he is very unhappy. But as for me, it was great. Heather took complete care of me and gave me the full experience i requested. She is a sweetheart and will be my go to from here on out. I mentioned my displeasure about Chau from the last time i was there and without me wanting or asking for it, she comped my haircut. Heather will be the reason i go back there because she makes it enjoyable. She is good at her job and i was laughing or smiling the entire time.
