My worst experience at a UPS store. The store manager Matthew is so rude to customers. A lady with small dog to came in with large packages. He yelled at the lady, said you and your dog can’t be here. One really nice gentleman offered to help the lady and took the puppy outside. Matthew ignored the lady and asked someone behind her to step up. The poor lady just stood there and wait anxiously to get the package shipped.

Very helpful & quick service. Shipped over 2 dozen packages on one visit alone. Way more convenient than the post office. The staff even remembered my name on a subsequent visit. Very personable, even gave me recommendations of places to go since I was new to the area. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

I have had a UPS account for over 30 years. The boxes and packing materials I ship my products in have been approved by UPS, for the weights I ship.The owner of this store, decided he would make his own requirements for shipping, and told me he would not take my packages, even though they meet and exceed all UPS requirements. Funny how he has no problem making money of of UPSs name and good reputation

United Postal Service happily charges a premium for Next Day Air delivery, only to turn around and incorrectly sort the package, routing it to a different sorting facility, thereby preventing it from arriving by its designated arrival date. How do you mishandle a simple letter with your own label? You know that meme you only had one job? Yes. To add insult to injury, they now do not know when it will arrive. Truly remarkable. I do not recommend using UPS for important critical mail pieces. ALL LESSONS ARE LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

Apparently spending a few minutes to prepare packages using free UPS envelopes isn’t allowed. Sad part is I was about to rent 2 business PO Boxes and give a new employee a gift card as a thank you but not anymore thanks to the store manager. Jerk can keep the free envelopes….sad and poor attitude would be an understatement.

I ship UPS all the time for work. This location happened to be where I was running errands and the store associates were not friendly, and charged an insane amount just to package a picture frame! The Mooresville location never charges me (just for the box itself) employee was not knowledgeable and the other employee was down right rude. I will continue to go to the Mooresville UPS for sure!

This UPS store is the best one I have ever visited. I dont usually write reviews but always read them, so today I felt that I need to give credits to them. Their customer service is one of the best I came across in the US. Always helpful, knowledgeable and most professional. Not on one occasion but literally every time I stopped there. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your help.

This is the 2nd time that this UPS store location has charged me more for priority delivery and my package was suppose to be delivered in 2 days and we are on day 8 and it hasn’t been delivered. I had an issue with this store last year as well, not the best location for trusting your important documents get to there location on time / correctly.

Great and honest people work here!! I left my wallet on the counter Saturday while dropping off a package. After searching my house and car for hours I all but gave up finding it. Retracing my last known time using my wallet I went back Monday morning asking if maybe I had left it there as my last hope. Sure enough the friendly girl behind the counter smiled and said they had been holding it hoping I would figure out I left it there. Its nice to be reminded that there are honest and trustworthy people in our town! THANK YOU to the great employees at this business, you made my day!! Ive been here many times over the years and the employees here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. You will always have me as a loyal customer for my package delivery needs!

Henry, store owner, is the best. After a protracted tussle with UPS over failure to deliver and shipment damage claim, Henry went to bat to get a claim processed. Picking up the check today. Thank you Henry.

This UPS Store the customer service people are friendly and helpful. I have mailed out so many packages over the years and never had any problems, with people or businesses not receiving them. The store is clean and easy to find . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get packages sent or buy stamps.

I don’t usually ship UPS because their prices are inconsistent. Dropped off an Amazon return and decided to save a trip to USPS by sending it UPS. The prices quoted were 4x more than USPS and when I stated I wouldn’t be sending them UPS I was then told once a transaction is started it cannot be cancelled. Horrible customer service. With a UPS store on every block and I’ll never have to return to this one.

Forced me to pay $9 for a simple cardboard box after I refused to pay $127 to deliver a few small items in 3 days. Save your $$$ head over to the local postal office and use their flat rate boxes. Boxes are free and they actually have a faster delivery time than UPS. Box sent on Friday with a delivery time of Monday.

Ive had a PO BOX at this UPS store almost 5 years now. Nothing but great things to say about this business. Very friendly and helpful staff! Dont trust the bad reviews posted here! If you read them, its mostly people who do not understand the process and costs involved in shipping a package.

I just shipped a package to a friend this evening and was so impressed with the demeanor and friendliness of both employees working there. AJ was one of them and I didnt catch the name of the other man, but for it being late in the day, they were both SO nice and helpful.

Although I dont typically use this UPS Store I was close the day I needed to return an item (valued at $111). A very nice lady Christy unwrapped my package thinking she would be able to fit it in less expensive packaging - it didnt fit, so she packed my items back up and labeled them for shipping. A week later I recieve a call that my item was damaged in shipping and a claim was going to be filed - I sent the store the reciept and heard nothing for weeks. This week I followed up for the 3rd time only to learn that since I packaged the item it is not covered - I did not package the item, the employee packaged the item. The UPS Store says they are not liable and UPS threw the item away as it was damaged in shipping. Overall Horrible Customer Service, the manager was full of excuses and I dont have my item, the $18 I spent on shipping OR the value of the contents.

Staff was very helpful and polite. I would have given them a higher mark except when I got home and told my husband how much I paid for a roll of stamps. They charged $65 for a $50 roll. I dont normally buys stamps so I had no idea. Lesson learned.

Will never return to this place. Do yourself a favor, and trust all of these bad reviews. They charged $16 to ship a tiny 3 ounce headlamp to Colorado from NC. To put that into context, the headlamp only costs $19 to purchase. The woman that did the transaction was very nice and polite. Her manager Matt was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. This guy steps in during the transaction and tells the nice lady to fix her posture, and that she wasnt standing up straight enough. On top of that, he knocked the package off the counter to the floor, didnt even attempt to pick it up, or even say he was sorry. Terrible experience.

Four people on staff...walked in with 2 pkgs. Stood at counter, all 4 looked at me and continued to talk. ...waited, waited...waited as finally recognized and spoken to by the female behind the counter stating I will be right with you...then it made the others on staff think....ah a customer, might want to offer to assist her.Service sucked

Theyve always given me good friendly service. Ive never taken more than two minutes to get in and out. That said, Ive always had well packaged parcels with pre-addressed return labels when using them so no experience with some of the issues others have noted.

Beware :Aside from the poor quality of prints I received , the service was the nail in the coffin, Matt, the store manager, along side Henry, the locations franchise owner, are a poor representation of UPS. Their lack of respect for the customer is very evident, and accurately represented on Google reviews with their 2.9 star rating.If at all possible, I wouldn’t even give them a star.

They got the address wrong, after I told it to them twice. On top of that, it cost:$15 to pack something for meand$25 to ship to California.Just ridiculous.Now, Im out $40 in shipping, plus I have an eBay case and I may lose money on that as well.All told, this is the worst possible experience. Please avoid this place if you can.

Wife dropped off a package to be sent out to family member. Store calls my phone 3x sayin they couldn’t deliver and package needed to be picked up.wife work as a teacher with over 3 hour drive commute. Showed up 30 minutes after UPS left me a voicemail to pick it up. They told me only my wife can pick it up. Would be spending a nickel with this store anymore.

I have shipped at UPS Stores over the years, and although the prices are higher than USPS, I have liked the service and tracking.I came in to ship an xbox game that I sold on ebay, which is a very light package, and have typically paid between 8-10 dollars for UPS Ground.The rep told me UPS Ground would be $22. Who would pay that outrageous cost to ship such an item? On top of it, when I mentioned that I had paid less before, below $10, another rep said Not with UPS... with an attitude.I feel that this location either has incredible upcharges, or UPS has raised rates. Either way, I wont be returning to this UPS, and if these charges are valid, I wont use any UPS Store.

Whose service form a ups store a ever seen , they charged me $24,89 to delivery a package to Arizona after I left the store I got a phone call from the store asking me to return there because they didnt charge me for the delivery and only charged me for the box, so I went back they wanna extra $30.89 for the delivery I said no thanks Ill do somewhere else, for my surprise the goofy manager told me he cant returned my money bc I used the box , after 30 min there and after I was told that he was going to throw my stuff on the thrash the same idiot returned half of my money and I went to the other store in Davidson they done everything for me for $21.89 what a bunch of idiots put together in one place .
