I called MailSafe Express to follow-up on a knife that I had to mail home due to no fault but my own. I had a great experience with their kind and professional staff. I was given a basic timeframe to know what to expect and that I should expect an email when the item is mailed. Well, Ive got the email for shipping in the timeframe that I was given and now I have a tracking number. Great customer service and good program. Thank you!

In early August I traveled from Houston to Tegucigalpa, Honduras for a long-term, Army civilian assignment... Due to some confusion during the ticketing process a bag I intended to check became a carry-on...Long story short, two knives I always stow in my shaving kit rode through the x-ray at the security checkpoint and received the proper attention they deserved... The TSA agent assisted me in packaging up the knives and getting them into the MailSafe Express kiosk on the gate side of the checkpoint...After a bit of trepidation with the inability to actually track them and my wife making a couple phone calls my knives arrived safely back home to Oklahoma and have now found their way back to me here in central Honduras...Should anyone from MailSafe read this review the lady my wife spoke to in NC was pleasant, explained that just two employees were managing some 30 airports worth of confiscated and shipped goods, and assured my wife that I would receive my items as promised... You delivered...I would only recommend a better online tracking program so folks like me might have better peace if mind... Otherwise, I was satisfied with the results..

It takes a very long time, but reliable process! My item was taken by Orlando Security and finally returned to me in about 6 weeks. I had to put in work to get my item back so be sure to stay on top of the company with returning your item, if you really care about the item you lost. Also theirs a shipping fee of about $25.00 - moral of the story, don’t travel with a torch :(Thank you Mail Safe for returning my item safely.

Horrible service. For the price I had to pay I should have received my item next day. Still 16 days and no package.

I used Mail Safe Express in the Tampa airport to mail home a pocket knife that I left in my bag by mistake. It never arrived and the company had no way of tracking it down for me. They said it was probably thrown out. Kind of infuriating. If youre going to offer this type of service at the airport, at least make sure its a company that can deliver on the service.

Dont use Mail Safe unless you have no choice. Its taking 14 Business Days for our package to be delivered a whopping 16 miles. Dropped it off in Houston, TX with a destination of Houston, so naturally it would have to go to North Carolina first. Support email is responsive, but essentially just tells you that it takes 14 business days and as long as its less than 14 business days, shut up already. For what its worth, the first time 14 days was mentioned is in the email we received after shipping. At no time did the postal kiosk say anything about 14 days, or we would have simply overnighted our package via Fedex after we landed at our destination.

A month ago on February 14, 2020 I used this service at the Tampa airport to ship a leatherman multitool that I forgot and left in my purse. I have repeatedly called and emailed. Calls and emails are not answered. I want my leatherman or a replacement.

Ive had an excellent experience with MailSafe. I forgot to remove my multitool from my backpack before my flight from the Portland airport. Rather than forcing me to throw it away, TSA brought me to a MailSafe kiosk where I could mail my tool back to myself.This alone was a wonderful service. However, I wrote the incorrect address on the package. After it failed to deliver, MailSafe reached out to me via email and phone to correct the issue.Wonderful customer service, highly recommend.
