I rented a 20 yard dumpster. Dumpster delivered was 12 feet long which is length of some 15 or 18 yard. I was expecting a 20 feet and 4 feet high, with a shorter height which would have made it easier to load. If you rent, make sure you understand exact dimensions of what you want. This was harder for me to load additional stuff with it being so high; after had closed the gate. It turned out I had a lot more stuff so I ended up having to rent another from elsewhere but longer length. Delivery and payment was easy , prompt. My problem was with the dumpster.

James and Anthony are a great team! They showed up and were so friendly and professional, gave us our quote, we accepted and wow they loaded up our renovation trash pile unbelievably quick! Im not sure how they puzzled all of our trash into their already almost full truck but man, they nailed it!! Much appreciated and we would definitely use Trash N Dash again in the future thanks to them :) I need to add, I dont remember a name when I initially called for info, but she was also very nice and professional. I had booked an appointment for junk removal and then the day of 2 hrs before my appointment they said i was a little out of there zone and could not service me. Why book a appointment in the first place is what I dont understand. Very disappointed

This is the second time Ive used these guys and I cant say enough great things about them. The admin communicates so well, it is extremely reasonably priced for the work you get, the process is efficient and streamlined, every guy that has come out to help has been extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly...seriously, there is not a single thing I can think of that they could do better. They handle everything - you just point to what you want gone, then it disappears. If you need trash/junk/debris removal then youre crazy if you use anyone else.

10/10/20: Update to my last review: I have to do a 180 on this one. Trash n Dash went out of their way to fix the damage. They repaired the floor. Its nice to know there are contractors who take pride in their work and service. Very much appreciate Brent and Kenneth!9/30/20: First I was surprised that someone would come into my house wearing workboots -- no slip on booties to protect the floors. Second, the crew knew they would be removing a sofa, but they didnt use furniture moving pads to protect the walls or the floors. My floors are freshly refinished hardwood floors. They left deep grooves in my floors from dragging the feet of the couch across the bedroom and then my foyer. Their reaction? That wasnt us!. I have pictures. Its distressing they did not apologize or take any responsibility. Dont use this company.

Two guys came and went above and beyond. I had some heavy furniture on a second floor. Knowing it was heavy I was hesitant to request the removal to begin with, but they never complained. They stated it would not be a problem and proceeded to remove everything with great care to ensure no damage was done to my home. We called to get two large items (a television & an elliptical machine) on our second floor hauled off. They were very heavy. The guys showed up on time, broke the items down, and hauled them off for us. They did excellent work and kept the integrity of our home in place (no damage to walls, stairs, etc.). They were great until I asked to have the dumpster emptied and brought back for a second fill. First I went over to the site to meet them and they called to tell me the truck had broken down, and that they wouldnt be able to pick up the dumpster. They said they would call me monday, but rather than getting a call they just showed up to get it (good thing I was there already) They did bring it back quickly which was nice, but it did cause an overall delay in our renovation (we had people there to demo things and a full dumpster for a couple days) They were nice enough to not charge me for the additional days I kept it though, because of the delay, so that was great. Unfortunately, I was not informed when I called that having the dumpster emptied would be a fee equal to the initial amount of renting the dumpstern I knew there would be an additional fee, but assumed it would be a haul fee slightly less than the initial dumpster rental amount. This was not the case, and I was charged an additional nearly 400 dollars for having the dumpster emptied once. The total was nearly 800 dollars, and I wouldnt even have minded that much if they had just told me when I called to have it emptied so I would have known, rather than wondering why another 400 dollar charge hit my account after the fact. They do cited in their contract that there are additional haul fees, but it is not up front about the actual price of that.

The drivers arrived during the arrival window as expected which I really needed. The two gentleman were courteous and worked promptly. I would have no issue using again if necessary or recommending.

All items removed and my condo is clear and clean of all stuff.

They removed a huge mound of trash in garage, another smaller pile of trash, couch, large ottoman, and lumber…enough to fill up the trailer and had to put more in the truck bed. Trash N Dash followed through with everything the website states and more; called with approximate arrival time, prompt, upfront pricing, thorough work, and a receipt through email shortly after they drove away. They we so extremely quick and made it all vanish stress-free. An additional big bonus for me was the ease of scheduling online. Their website is easy to maneuver and a wonderful resource. Hired Trash & Dash to remove abandoned filled refrigerators (over 1 year!) and a full size empty freezer. They were efficient, professional and definitely priced very well. I scheduled for Trash N Dash to come out and quote a complete home removal. After given the lowest quote I booked for a Saturday slot. Their customer service was very helpful with booking, since the job was going to take some time to complete. The team showed up in the given time frame and got to work. The 2 gentlemen were very polite and professional. The job actually cost lower than the estimate, which was a great surprise. The only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 is that due to a scheduling conflict the guys had to leave halfway through completion to go do another scheduled job and then returned to finish. That meant we had to wait around for them to return, which added a few more hours onto an already long day.

They helped me empty a storage shed. Their price for hauling my old furniture and items away was terrific. Their service was even better.When they had loaded it all in their truck, they took out 2 brooms in good condition and swept out the unit for me, getying every last bit of the dust in the unit! The end result of a clean white slab speak volumes. A 600+ SF workshop from years past had collapsed and decayed - becoming an eye sore to all the neighbors. Brent, the owner of Trash N Dash, impressed me with his positive attitude – not being intimidated with the size of the job – assuring me that the Trash N Dash team could tackle and complete the job in two days. The job was dirty, challenging, and just a huge mess. He and his team proved their strong work ethic and tackled the job of removing the challenging junk & debris. Do not use this service!!! We hired them to remove a desk and two bookshelves when we were moving out of our apartment. When we went into the backyard for a moment to grab something, we returned in the house to find they had thrown out four antique chairs belonging to our landlord which they were explicitly told not to take. On top of that, they broke the chairs immediately to throw in the truck so they were completely unsalvageable. When we talked to the managers about it, their stated policy is that they will only reimburse items they destroy by mistake if you are standing there watching them do it, you tell them not to destroy the item, and they refuse to stop. They also insisted we were lying about telling them to not take the chairs, and because Trash N Dash does not give you any paperwork or contract we apparently have no recourse.Not only are we now being charged hundreds of dollars for these antique chairs by our landlord but Trash N Dash left broken glass and sharp screws in our driveway when they left that we had to clean up. Ultimately, Trash N Dash is extremely unprofessional and has cost us a lot of money.

The guys at Trash-N-Dash came over and removed a lot of construction debris from my back yard. They had to carry the debris for some distance because you cannot drive into my back yard. It took them two loads and they worked well after normal hours to complete the job. They were very professional and even raked the area and removed every last bit of debris and made it look like a landscaper had been there. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!

I cant rave enough about the professionalism of these young men. I called a day before I needed old furniture moved from the apartment of a deceased relative. I spoke with Anna first to set up the appointment, then a follow up was done with Brent to confirm. The young men who arrived to move the furniture were EARLY and FRIENDLY. I was already stressed about incurring fees about cleanliness of the apartment, but all of that was dashed (see what i did there) when they arrived and cleared the apartment.
