This is sharp collection and recovery system that I started to use it since 3 years replacing my old stericycle who were charging me too much.now sharps compliance cost me maximum 270 dollars a year.The best of that company is the customer service , they take immediate care of my concerns and questions.I highly recommend this business.

First, I paid for a collection bin for my home-injection needles. Then, I pay for a return label online to ship the full collection bin to be properly recycled. Here I am thinking Ive done a good job safely disposing of my needles, when it turns out this company just doesnt have their act together! It has taken over a month to get my return label. I ultimately had to download the image (after 3 attempts to get it mailed to me) and take it to a printing service and pay a third time to get these needles off my hands. What a ton of effort for something that should be really simple. Never again!

Our company has been working with sharps for a long time, and we can always notice when theres a new staff which happens often. The new staff usually doesnt know what to do with our account and delays happen most of the time. It seems like they are changing their staff often and the new ones are not properly trained.

Owner is disrespectful to employees and constantly makes irrational and conflicting demands. My 3rd day there, during my very first staff meeting he publicly tried to humiliate me in front of the rest and screeched at me for following instructions I had explicity been given to follow

We needed to dispose of some expired controlled drugs from our veterinary hospital and the process was made simple and straightforward. I was able to speak to a representative whenever I called and also able to communicate via email with multiple employees. The process of placing the order was easy and I even received a coupon. Filling out the inventory form for the controlled substances was more involved, but it was explained clearly and I was able to complete it without issue. Shipping the medications back was a breeze and I received notice of their destruction within a timely manner.

Ordering from Sharps Compliance is always quick and easy, you can just order off of their online website and they ship out your item quick. Return the sharps box is also quick and easy.

My company had contracted with a waste disposal company for 2 of our facilities. This original company was not able to pick up at one of them so they contracted with Sharps Compliance, Inc to do our pick ups. This was all done months in advance. Then the day of the scheduled pickup we find out that a law in our state prevents third party contracting of waste pick up. Sharps should have known this. Meanwhile, I have no place to store this stuff. I got the contract worked out again and they told me they were going to pick up on a Tuesday and now they say Wednesday. This is a whole 6 days after they were supposed to pick up from us. Whenever I call, I get the runaround and/or get put on hold for 10 or more minutes. Find a different company to pick up your waste even if it is a little more expensive. These people seem to not know what they are doing.__________________________________________Update: 29-MAY-2019I have not heard from any Sharps Compliance rep asking me how I felt to date regarding my service. Today was a scheduled pick up which I knew about but I have also repeatedly asked for a telephone call to alert us as to when they are on their way so we can have everything prepared. Today, the driver, whom I believe was Bryan, just showed up out of nowhere. I let him know that he lucked out as we normally arent in the office at 8:10AM. We have requested pick ups be between 9AM and 4:30PM. I also mentioned that we have asked for phone calls. I was met with the response that they leave from Easton, PA at 5AM and they cant call. However, they did manage to call us the first few times so I am at a loss.When I made my first review, I got a call from the representative who helped me originally asking if I would change it. I said that I would if things went well through the end of us needing services. Im pretty sure that this review may stand as is pending future updates.

Received the container very quickly. Instructions were very clear. Shipped it back same day and, like magic, my sharps shelf was cleaned up. I will be ordering another container very soon. Much better than paying for a pickup every quarter when I did not have much saved up. This way, I can only pay when I need the sharps removed and disposed of. This is the best system I could find and it worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

Two years ago my doctor prescribed a medication that was injected once a week. No big deal, but finding how what to do with the used sharp was a pain...until I found Sharps Compliance. I spoke with Terry, who was professional and helpful. He told me about their process, from sending the empty container to the container being recycled safely. This is the second time I have ordered a sharps container. They make it very easy to dispose of my insulin needles correctly and safely. Disposing of used insulin needles locally is quite difficult, this makes it so much simpler!

I have been getting sharps containers from Sharps Inc. for my husband for a number of years. The service has been great whether I order online or call in an order. I like the fact that I can choose different sizes for different locations (home or boat). Having the new container come complete with proper medical waste packaging & paperwork for returning it AND the postage is paid is a great advantage.

I had to change by address, there was no problem and the girl who helped me was very courteous.
