I used this service once and it only took once for me to know they dont do a good job and suspect at best. First the guy text me the wrong address and told me he is on his way. I text him back and told him he has the wrong address and then I text him the correct address. Then about 7hrs later he said he been here and service my house and told him my dogs are out and they bark at anything that has a pulse and I didnt see him either and I told him you must to went to the wrong address. He then text me the address he went too which was the wrong address and I text him back again and told him he has the wrong address again. Then he calls me and told me he came and I told him the address on the text is wrong and I told him my correct address again and then he said I meant I went to the address you just said. I immediately call the service and told them I wasnt happy with there service and I want be using them again. I cant believe how unprofessional it was. Also they dont leave anything letting you know they been to your place and service it. Even Terminix leave receipt of what they did. Under no circumstances will I ever use them again and to all who read this, you should heed my warning.I will say the customer service lady was very nice and thats why I gave them 2 stars instead of one.

Had an issue occur and I was contacted by the owner. Within 30 minutes my issue was resolved and the owner even sent a text expressing gratitude. I really thought my complaint was not going to be addressed, but I was surprised to how the owner went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of appropriately

We were paying $70 to have our yard treated and deodorized. The guy was only here for 5 min. He half cleaned the yard and didn’t deodorize at all. Customer service is great though!

We met the owner and he is amazing! He takes pride in his business and does not have a problem with getting his hands dirty. He came on our first appointment and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond our expectations. He heard about my husbands neck surgery and did extra cleanup to help us out. He has a customer for life now and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price! I am a working professional that loves my animals, but dont have time to clean up after them. Our HOA hired Doody Calls to service our neighborhood about 6 months ago. We have a few Dog Depots scattered around the boulevards in the community. We have noticed a wonderful difference since they began. The area around the Dog Depots is always clean and smells so much better than before. The residents have been much better about picking up after their dogs since the area around the Dog Depot is mine-free and easy to get too. As a resident I highly recommend Doody Calls for even high maintenance areas.

Even on the rare Houston snow day, they came out, did their best, found most of the poop and went on their way. I did not really expect them to show up, so good way to go the extra mile.

Cant be trusted do to Lies between the website and quotes. Website clearly states will be no additional charge for initial cleaning, yet emailed quotes say there will be extra charges if there is too much accumulation, also does not say what the price will be leaving it up to them as what to charge you.
