I’m never again buying appliances from this place .Dryer stop working 2 weeks after I purchase .I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .☹️ guess that’s the downside on buying second hand appliances. With this pandemic I’m trying to save every dollar I can .

If you purchase a clothes dryer here they charge $15.00 for the dryer hose. In my opinion it should come with it. You will not be informed of that transaction until they get ready to set it up. I bought a used dryer. Cannot complain about it. Works great. The guys were very polite and helpful. When I saw the dryer hose I thought I was getting a new one, No cost $15.00. I used my old one. Delivery is plenty high to cover that. This company needs to add that transaction on their advertisement on the internet and also put it in writing on the contract. Other than that all is well.

Apparently someone else bought a fridge and it failed to continue to work properly and these folks kept procrastinating sending someone out to repair it which caused the lady to lose $500 in groceries and $700 in fees for the cost of the refrigerator and pickup and delivery, they need to treat customers better than that if they expect to get a positive review?

I bought a washer and dryer from here 3 yrs ago and they are still working ,, i had to have the washer repaired twice ,, once still in warranty by them so they fixed it for free and the next time they fixed it for a really good price ,,, i always recommend them to all my friends.

This company is the best i recommend to everyone to please purchase your appliances here. The price is awesome. Thry work with you and hive you warranty on the product you buy from themThey really set my sister up delivered the product and set it up for her. You will not find a better deal any where else. BUYER BEWARE. IF U DECIDE TO BUY HERE TAKE PICS B4 LEAVING AND PRAY YOU DONT GET A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR!!! Came to buy a refrigerator. They do not deliver. So we went to get a uhaul and took it home. Jenny, I think thats her name, was very helpful. After one week it stopped getting cold. I called and they said they were going to send someone out because it came with a 3 mth warranty. I had to keep calling to follow up on status because I wasnt hearing back from them. So at about 6 pm they call and say the person hasnt responded to them and they will find someone tomorrow. I asked if I can have someone else fix it and they reimburse me. They said no because itll void the warranty. So of course i have a refrigerator full of food because of the quarantine. So 500.00 worth of food was ruined because they didnt do what they kept saying they would. The next day, I had to call following up AGAIN because I didnt hear anything from them. They called back and said i can exchange it or return for refund but i had to bring it. So AGAIN i had to rent a truck to take it back. I lost 750.00 for a 550.00 broken refrigerator. After bringing it back, the man tried to say i cracked it and there was a self missing and the glass for the drawer was not the correct one. I told them thats how i bought it. Jemmy had to go bring up the pics to show him i was right and he was wrong. I tried my best to stay local and support a small business but i will NEVER REFER SOMEONE TO THIS PLACE!!! I WORK FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND WILL WARN EVERYONE!!!

I had a horrible experience. I dropped off my dryer on Wednesday to get fixed. I called them back that Friday for an update on my dryer. They told me they would call me back and they NEVER called back. I called them on Saturday and they just kept making up excuses as to why they wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my dryer. I NEVER got a call back. I was finally tired of them not telling me anything and went to pick it up on Monday because they did nothing to fix my dryer. The company has very bad customer service. When I went to pick up the dryer they did not apologize or no sort of sorry. OVERALL DO NOT COME HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED, it’s a waste of time. If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would.

I had a great experience with Houston Champion Appliance. I had a dryer that went bad, but didnt want to spend Big Bucks on a new dryer. Houston Champion Appliance, not only saved me a great amount of money, but also compensated me for the old dryer and matched the new dryer with the existing washer. They showed up when they said they would and didnt try and crazy talk with me. Id readily and do recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

This is the second time we have purchased from Houston Champion. Could not be happier! Excellent prices and service! Delivery time and service provided could not be beat. Love our new refrigerator!

If you are looking for exceptional customer service then Houston Champion Appliances is the store for you. Very knowledgeable about many brands. They strive in giving each customer the best buying experience as possible.

They lie about the price online and lie about the warranty. They didnt say the warranty was only for certain products or that prices vary. When we got there the whole story changed. I would never buy from nor recommend this company.

Bought a fridge from this place and 6 months later it stopped working. They gave me the contact to the person they use for repairs and he came to inspect my unit. He said the damage would cost more than a new fridge so I ended up paying for a fridge that lasted only 6 months then had to buy a new one. I would never by anything from this place again as they provide no warranty nor take provide repair services for the units they sell. For me it was a total waste of money!

Got a dryer here about a month ago still working

I am absolutely disatisfied with the service I received this location. I bought dryer there and come home that he does not work and make my clothes stinks. I Literally have to dry the same thing 4 or 5 times for it to dry. They told me I had a 90 days Warranty for parts and Labors come find out there is fee for servicing or exchanging the dryer. That was not communicate to me at the point of sale. only gives them 1 star because I had to to write this review.I am still waiti g on the manager to call me back. After your purchase you are technically on your own.
