This store is very clean and radiates with positive energy. Which is no surprise from the service I received. This is a great group of employees under the leadership of a great Store manager Kristin. The way she runs her store and the positivity the puts out to her employees and the way they receive this and put it back out to us the customers is awesome. They have definitely ensured a customer for life. Kudos to the reps for their great service Jesse, Kendrick, Mairon and Chris! Great jobs guys

The customer service here is fantastic. Filled with smiling faces, the staff was pleasantly attentive following a full greeting once I stepped through the doors. The manager was well rounded and very knowledgeable while providing answers to all of my questions and concerns. A must when it comes to a one stop shop for all of your cell phone mobile tech needs.

The experience was great more then what I was expecting. I switched from Verizon because I was paying to much for my 2 voice lines $200+ a month.The store manager and the rep Mairon were more then accommodating (because we came within a hour of closing) and helpful in setting up the plan and helping us choose new phones and moving the info over from our old phones to the new phones. Thank you guys for helping me and wife out so much !

Had a really bad experience here. Tried preordering the new iPhone 13 Pro with the $1000 trade in promo, and the sales person was forcing me to sign up for the AT&T next up plan which was an extra $5 a month. I told him I didn’t want to add it, and that you didn’t have to have it on the website. After I said that he stopped helping me and walked off. I ended up trading in through the app while in the parking lot. What’s even a point in having a store if you’re not going to let me choose the plan I want? Shouldn’t have even bothered.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. The Manager that works here is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a store (Not an exaggeration). She has zero customer service skills. When I say zero, I mean zero. I do not know how she still has a job, its actually embarrassing for AT&T to have this individual as an employee. If you do decide to come to this place, please make sure she is not working, she will ensure you have a bad experience resulting in you writing a similar review.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I had previously tried to visit another at&t location, but there was a long line and understaffed. I called this location to see if they would be able to take us, and they gladly let us walk in without an appointment. The staff were all very helpful and nice, especially Tyler, who made the experience so easy and great. I give this store a 10/10, I would most definitely come here again.

The worst. On June 25, 2021 inquired about a new Samsung phone. Showed them my old Galaxy S8. They said I would get $700 off purchase of Galaxy S21. They even looked up how old my phone was when we asked, so they knew what phone I had. Shocked at the discount amount we asked several times, everytime being assured the $700 discount, the remaining $100 over 36 months was less than $3/month. Everything sounded great -- and then checkout time.Oh, you have S8 and not S9. I can only give you $350, not $700. Casually playing it off as no big deal and still a great price, they tried to push us to checkout (apologizing about a new employee [Kedrick] not knowing, even though the senior employee with him was playing video games with a third employee during some of the transaction).We instantly knew the bait and switch scam was on. We declined the new deal and kept the old phone. Then he (Chris) tried to charge us a restocking fee for the phone we never purchased, which we adamantly refused.We asked for a manager, but she was in the back busy on the phone. Eventually she came out, aggressively rude with zero customer service skills.We went there to buy a phone. If they had been honest from the start with a $350 deal, we probably would have thought it was great and bought the phone. As this scam happened and became obvious we declined on principle. Had been ATT customer over 20 years, but changing carriers as soon as possible. Such poor service is lame and inexcusable. ATT name is trash to me forever.

I was having problems with not having any network connection on my phone, called customer support with the help of another person because my phone didnt get any network, I waited for a while on the phone to get helped, after that they finally tell me that it is my Sim card and they tell me I can go get a new SIM card st a AT&T Location and get that fixed, keep in mind that after i got off work I was only able to do something about fixing my phone situation, they tell me which location I can go, and there is only 30 Mins until they close, I had to bring a long my 2year daughter with me due to wife being at work still. I get 7 mins before they close to this location, im getting my daughter out the car and I knock at the door and the employee TYLER just looks at me with my daughter in my arms and just make a hand gesture that they are closed, although it was not even 8pm yet. I keep trying to get his attention because i know that it should not even take more than 10 mins to get this new Sim card and put it on the phone and test out that it works. I finally get TYLER attention to come to the door and I tell him the situation and he just tells me we are closed, and I look at the time and there is still 5 mins before 8pm . And I asked him, you guys close st 8 right ? You really cant help me with my situation which I know it shouldnt take much of your time because I had already talked to a customer service representative and it should be a quick process. He just looks at me and says we are closed, there is an AT&T Close by,, nods his head and closes the door on me. Honestly its the worst customer service from.this employee tyler because I told him the situation, and sees me outside with my daughter and I told him I couldnt get here sooner. He did not care and just closed the doors way before 8pm and couldnt even bother to see how he could help me. This is ridiculous.

The worst experience I ever had in an AT&T store. The man that helped me didn’t even want to help me set up an account and transfer my phone. When I first walked in all he can do is give me a long stare. When I ask for help he try to send me to another store or whatever he can do to get me out the store. He was very lazy and rude. I felt so disrespected. I felt profiled. I will never come back.

Just... go somewhere else to get your phone situation handled. I went in to trade in my old phone for the iPhone 12 already purchased and in hand. Crystal was great, still training. But the guy training her or the manager whatever he is was SO aggressive with his approach. Training her about checking my iPhone before trade in like I’m not sitting literally right there in a very aggressive way. At least tell me she’s training before you very loudly and publicly tell her to be skeptical about turned in phones and side eye me like I’m trying to con you.Then another girl walked in & left, and he (again) loudly in front of everyone was like β€œwhere she think she’s going? Not going to find a good place. Go to Conroe if you want who cares.”I mean cmon. Be courteous and just the tiniest bit professional.

Brittany was fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me with a problem that was way beyond the scope of her job. She actually took time after the store was closed to make sure the products she recommended me were functioning properly, taking her tine off to do so. Worst AT&T location and staff I have ever been to and I have been a member for 15 plus years, so that says a lot. Was looking to upgrade my phone where I ended up upgrading and was told I would receive a $300 credit for my old phone. It has now been 8 months and still have not received the credit for turning in my old phone. Have been to the location about 10 times to try and resolve the situation but none of the manages are willing to talk and the staff usually say β€œcome back when their not on lunch” with no idea on how to resolve this situation. I am extremely frustrated and will probably look elsewhere for phone service in the near future. With that being said, go to any other At&T location but this one. They are clueless and have 0 customer service etiquette. Would have given a 0 star but it isn’t possible.

I have - never - in my life - received such attentive and competent help at a store. I worked with the store Manager Brittany who genuinely salvaged my experience with AT&T.I’d say - I’d you need help skip the phone and home service which proved to be more tedious and incorrect and give Brittany a visit. Even when busy she worked to make sure I was at least getting checked in, called and worked with her corporate colleagues to help me and my complicated situation.Brittany went above and beyond and made me feel like I was her top priority at the store - and for that I’m grateful.

Ive never been disappointed that the sales team didnt sell me anything. I wanted the new note but also wanted to see other cool options. They showed me nothing and just told me to wander around the sales floor to see if I liked anything and just didnt seem to care at all. I wanted options I wanted them to help me compared features etc. Nice people, bad at their job. I walked out with nothing because I had no knew information to help with my decision. I wouldnt be surprised if sales were low at this store.

Good store layout: everything is spread out. There is ample couch seating and stool seating for guests. All furnishings are new as of fall 2019.Staff: The store manager Brittany is THE most helpful and knowledgable cell phone personnel with whom I have ever dealt in my 19 years of using a cell phone. She knows the system better than most reps, including the customer service phone line folks. Once when I was at a different location, that store called HER to get advice on how to conduct a a transaction.Brittany helped me save $90/month for phone plan + $4000 for successfully trading in my devices.There are a few ATT closer to where I live, but I will continually conduct businesses with this one.

Plus, he took the time to text me a potential cost saving after I had left the store. Further, when I called him after-hours he helped me trouble shoot my iPhone setup.
