They have plexiglass dividers at each station making it easy to talk with the associate. Very friendly.

Terrible customer service! Female employee was of no help and didn’t even bother to pretend to try and help.I chose this location specifically because the reviews were better than other locations near me. Now looking through all the reviews this location seems to have 3-4 good reviews pop up (back to back) after bad ones.....Not one person in store was Wearing a mask. Oh no I take that back the female employee had one hanging off an ear but did not even bother to place it on her face. Employee said she could not get her Boss on the line to “help us further” even though she had just gotten off the phone with him not even 5 minutes prior. Another employee then came in (no mask either) and was at least able to get his Boss on the phone - who only got on to state that Verizon customer service was wrong and that “Verizon customer service does not know what they are talking about.”

I’m not sure how many of these reviews are accurate, but as for me, I could not have had worse customer service. First off, when we entered the store the employee was not wearing a mask, and it wasn’t until we were in the store for 5 min before she decided to wear one. We were there for SIM cards that Verizon Customer Service said we could pick up in store free of charge, and she simply said she wouldn’t do it. We contacted customer service in the store, and they confirmed we should get the SIM’s free of charge regardless of location (retail or corporate location), and even with written proof they refused to do it. After multiple requests to speak to the manager/owner, they contacted him, and he simply said the customer service team does not know what they are saying, he is right, and they had to charge us. He offered to lower the price of the SIM’s “to make us happy”, but when they’re supposed to be free, I didn’t see the benefit. Suffice to say, I will NEVER set foot in that store again.

Misleading I was promised a $150 gift card for transferring a line, the Indian guy offer me a phone to purchase from him and now my Gift of $150 doesnt apply because I had to purchase a $699 phone. CRAZY!! Misleading people!!

I went in for a new car charger since mine broke againfew days back. I told my frustration to the rep helping me at the time, that this would be my 3rd charger. He gave me few tips that why my car charger is keep breaking I was really satisfied with the customer service also the rep gave me 50% OFF the new charger with the lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

After hurricane Harvey, we needed new service because the previous carrier (coughATTcough) wasnt cutting it plus we had other issues.We were surprised this location was open but grateful for it. Our rep was patient with our questions and concerns. We had a couple of hiccups with getting our service started due to congestion of their program, which wasnt at any fault of his. Our rep powered through and manage to get our lines working perfectly.We are grateful for all the effort he put in for us to make sure we are happy with his service.
