Generally, they are pretty helpful, but do not rely on them for advice. I bought my house almost 3 years ago and had never had a pool before. They were very helpful with everything, but the pool chemistry was never quite right. They kept saying try this or try that and have me buy expensive chemicals, none of which solved the problem. This year my we hired a pool guy because I was out of town for a while. One of the first things he told us was we had to drain our pool, and that its normal to need to drain your pool every 5 or so years. We asked a bunch of other people, including the people at this store, who all said the same thing. I dont know why this wasnt suggested to me instead of hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in chemicals. Not to mention, the chemistry being off for so long has had a clear effect on my pool surface. I dont blame this store specifically because when I looked online people said this about Leslies all over the country. Whatever you do, do not rely solely on Leslies for your pool advice.

My Jandy Valve o-ring failed and it started leaking profusely. I came to this store and they found proper repair kit just by my word mouse. Actually they saved my Sunday when I was without much hope already. Thanks.

Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. The BEST Leslie’s Pool Supplies I have ever been too. I will be a loyal customer. The ones I had gone to before fell so low below the bar that I refused to return. So, for me to say I’d be a loyal customer of this location says a lot.

This is an excellent place for pool and spa supplies, and I think they still test water for free. Some pool chemicals would be difficult or more expensive to buy online, and the staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. However, be prepared for the smell of chlorine before walking in. Regardless of that smell, this store is a very good asset for people in the community.

Walked in here today Emonte Was working the register she saw me and my Neicy walk in and walk up to the register..... she turned around the opposite way to work on a little machine we stood at the counter for bout 10 seconds she did not say one word until I said hello and then when I said hello she said hello did not turn around it was like she didn’t want to be bothered..... not a good representation of customer service for my first time at this store..

I wish I can put 0 star.This is what happened:Aug 27 I went to this store a lady name Erica helped to me to purchase filter. I paid In Full.In the meantime I got twice from auto message for the installation date of sept 10I am one hour 30 minutes away. My husband went there 8am. Around 10am I got phone call. This store overcharged me . I said that okay. Just refund me.Then the guy named Bryan told me he didnot find my payment records. I told him my receipt number But he said he need see it in person. I am asking email or cellphone since it rained badly and 1hr 30minutes driving. Bryan said no email no cellphone.He let me call corporate and find out where payments goes. He let me check with my bank where my charges goes.He is not willing to find out what is wrong with this deal but just cancel the installation appointment as this is not his business. He has nothing to do with my situation.
