DMG pools did an ok job with my above ground pool. I bought a 12X24 pool that was set up as a 10X24 pool, they left it crooked. Their response was to fill up the pool with water and it would push the walls out to be 12 feet wide. Well that didnt happen. I called them to let them know and they havent bothered to call me back or come see as they promised they would. They also said they would come to install a piece I was missing at the time of installation. They give you 1 year warranty on the labor but they dont show up when you call them. Very disappointed because I liked the crew who worked on this project. I personally didnt hire them, it was my daughter Jessica. Im letting you know this because theyre gonna come back trying to say they dont know who I am and they havent worked in our pool.

DMG replaced my vinyl liner on my existing in ground pool and replaced the walk-in steps October of 2017.The liner is still in great condition in our 4th swim season and the installation was excellent. I will use this o pompano again when the need arises.

DMG Pools did an excellent job on cleaning out our pool and replacing the vinyl. Had a small issue a week later, called them and they came out to fix it without hesitation. Good product and good service. Thank you for good work!

Daniel and his team recently replaced the liner in our inground pool. They did a fantastic job and price was very reasonable. They also refinished the steps and the piping around the pool. I call DMG POOL BUILDERS to help me fix my liner that was put in from a different installer who measured it wrong. Daniel came and gave me a quote and pointed out alot of issues that the corners and wall heigh of the liner werent matching up. I decided to go with Daniel and Im happy to say everything is back to normal with my pool . Thank you Dmg for bringing me happiness to my pool again.

Do not use this service. Will say one thing to get your money and never follow through. Was warned by previous owner but found out the hard way Daniel only wants to get a check. Liner tore after 3 years and refused to service. So I pay to have a service call and tried over 3 calls to get me to buy a new liner when the cause of the issues was not addressed. Said he would come finish the work if I would cover the fuel but then wanted normal service charge. Very dishonest and incompetent.
