Jose Lira designed the foundation for my shop building . Smooth sailing thru county permit office. Gave me excellent advice on buying the correct fill dirt. Was able to supply surveying services and elevation permit at a fair price. Have had no problems with the foundation even after installing many tons of heavy surplus machinery for my hobby machine shop. Would use him again.

I am not one to write reviews but, I had a fantastic experience with Las Haciendas Design & Engineering LLC. I purchased a vacant lot with no existing water and sewer services, also this lot is situated in a flood zone therefore our house required special designs. They helped me with all the plans and permits required to build my home. I am more than happy with their services and will definitely used them and recommend them for any future projects.

Staff was very friendly and assisted me with the many questions I had . They did the full trip to the City for me ( extra charge) and it was worth it , I did not have to worry about taking days off from work or filling out incorrect documents . They provide you with a free estimate that is fairly accurate and all documents are given to you for your records . I paid half up front and remaining balance once everything was completed + City permits.I would definitely recommend for any projects that you may have in mind .

Had to get some engineer work done for some rental property and las haciendas design and engineering was by far the best priced and most reasonable, also the time frame for the work that I needed to be completed was also quicker then others estimated times, if I need anymore services again I will definitely be back to see Jose! This place is also on Harris County engineers dept reference list, witch I called about 30 of them on that list and he was the best priced! Top notch work!

Having a very bad experience with this engineering service. I called him twice to get the address so we could bring our documents to him. He said he would text us right away and I had to wait 3 more days before calling him again to ask for his address. Also,these guys just kept asking more money from me to do the plan which we agreed at first and still havent finished it. I ended up losing bunch of money without having my work done and had to go to another engineer.
