I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

Though I did not use the company, we went w our family plumber, they were very attentive. The serviceman, Duane, was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. I will keep them in my contacts to call for my next plumbing nedds.

Quality work and couldnt be more pleased. CJ and Colin did an excellent job in replacing an old water heater in the attic and building out a platform to disperse the weight. They were more than happy to assist with all of my requests. Jill was kind and kept me up-to-date with appointments. I really appreciate the work Bluefrog did. I had a leak in my faucet and called a few plumbers who only seemed interested in selling me things I didnt need. Bluefrog couldnt have been more helpful or more professional. CJ came over and fixed the leak on the hot water side of my faucet and while he was there also took the time to replace the cartridge on the cold water side. Great plumber and he definitely knows his stuff. I highly recommend them.

Duane (a Bona Fide Plumber) was extremely polite and professional. Upon arriving he reassured he would do everything he could, to unclog our main sewer line. He offered to run a camera so I would have an absolute understanding of the condition of our sewer. Turns out it’s pretty good for a home built in the 1940’s.Prior to calling Blue Frog Plumbing, I had someone from Craigslist out. This so called plumber said he could not clear the line and would have to “jet” our line and it would be a minimum of $1,200.I am very grateful for Duane and the honesty of Blue Frog Plumbing.

From start to finish, this company did a great job. From the time I scheduled my appointment to when the plumber arrived, they were prompt and updated me upon arrival. Randy was professional and immediately diagnosed my sink clogged issue. He was careful in lining the wooden floors with blue mats from the doorway to the sink area. After the job was finished, he cleaned the area and left the area spotless. Randy was friendly and was informative on my issue and upfront on my costs. I highly recommend this company. Good, honest, and hard working group.

I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Blue Frog. My aged water heater started making rumbling sounds from over a decade of sediment build-up. Blue Frog assessed the situation and determined that while my unit was old, it was still in good shape without a need for immediate replacement. CJ & Kris did an awesome job helping get water back into our house after we had 5 broken pipes after the winter storm of TX - 2021. They repaired piping into our water softener and replaced an exterior hose bib and in-wall piping among other things. CJ was great I showed him the damage another person did right after the freeze, and he did all the repairs in about 20 mins. On top of that the price was about 1/2 what another company said it would be. Very pleasant to work with and I didnt even worry about my dogs as hes a dog person too. Very important to me. This company has a customer for life and they are the only ones Ill ever call.

Great experience from start to finish. Their technician did a great job replacing a broken garbage disposal. He also quickly diagnosed why our bathroom plumbing kept clogging up and even replaced a supply line that was leaking after we turned the water back on under the faucet for free! I am happy to say that bluefrog Plumbing kept me updated on the details of my appointment. I received text messages/calls to let me know when the plumber would be at my house so I didnt sit around and waste time waiting for someone to arrive. When he did arrive, it was a matter of minutes for him to determine the source of the problem. The leak was found and repaired in less than an hour.
