We had our own inspection done and wanted to write this review because I was impressed by it. We have bought a few houses in the past from older homes to newer builds and this recent house being in the middle of the pack, was somewhat tricky because of a pool and a garage housing the electrical panel. Zach who did the inspection called us and then met with us for an hour explaining all the details. He was very detailed and found some great issues we needed to follow-up on. The report itself was the clearest report we have seen with a color coding of issues that represented safety, maintenance, and recommendations and with the qualified person who could fix it. Amazing experience actually.

Called Friday evening and was able to get on their schedule for 9am Monday for our Home Inspection. Bill was our inspector. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Moving from an older home in NJ (aluminum siding), the newer homes are built differently here in TX. Bill walked me through different parts of the house and explained the placement of utilities in the attic, the roof insulation, the purpose of weep holes, the homes drainage and various other things. Our experience was positive from start to finish- scheduling, status updates and the thorough and complete inspection that was done. I loved that Bryan & Bryan was able to schedule an inspection for me within a 24 hour notice for my new construction home. Vivek was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. His report included general exterior & interior photographs for reference along with photos of specific deficiencies that needed to be corrected. He had a thorough list of specific things to check and proper tools, so I felt comfortable knowing it was a comprehensive inspection. I met him on site (zoom option available) and he explained why he flagged each item and how it could turn into a bigger issue in the long term. While on site, there were a few additional cosmetic things I asked him to add to his report which he gladly accepted to do for me. Once I received my final report, I was also able to call him to add a few more notes regarding the soil grading and missing sod, which he also promptly added to his report. The process was so much easier than I expected, highly recommend.
