Nick Spillios with SW Exterminating came to our home and quickly identified our bug problem. He had a technician ( Eddie ) who came out very next day and serviced our residence quickly and efficiently for a very fair price, We are very pleased with their service and pricing and highly recommend their company for all your pest and rodent issues.

Great exterminating service they get the job done!! Ezekiels customer service is very thorough in his work and polite upon arriving and leaving after hes finished. I Highly recommend their service!!!

The quality of their service was poor and my house is still full off insects. I had a lot of hope in this company but am sad to say that there quality was not worth the money I spent. I would not recommend them for the job go find someone else. I have done the treatment twice but it is purely ineffective. Anyway if you are trying to get the job done hire someone to FIX your PROBLEMS.

These guys just jerked me around for weeks and never really responded to my complaints. Id recommend going to a company that actually knows how to get the job done and done right the first time and these guys are not it.

If youre depending on this company to take care of you properly, youre wasting your time. It appeared of the week Ive lost Mary three days pay attempting to schedule things with Southwest Exterminating.We set up an appointment for a termite inspection. After taking time off from work that I cannot get back, I was told that the appointment was too late in the day and we needed to reschedule. So a second appointment was setup. I took off a half a day for this as well. These are hours / pay I cant get back.Southwest exterminating called and stated the disappointment too, needed to be rescheduled. When did this, settling on today Friday July 21st between the hours of noon and 2 p.m.Now here I am 7 days from the closing date on my house. And I receive a phone call from you-know-who, Southwest Exterminating. Talk about being left high and dry?!I was told my workers that I did that Southwest Exterminating would not be doing any inspection for me at all. The reason given was that my address was too far away from their service area.Are you kidding me?! After three different appointment times? After losing Saturdays pay? Now? Now you choose to tell me that youre too far away from my house to serve it?! Where the heck is this determination whenever I first called you? But can you look at your Google Maps or whatever you use and determined that I was too far away from you then?Fortunately, I found another provider who was more than willing to come out today and do a termite inspection on my own.Again this leaves me with bad feelings for this company as well as a loss of income for this week.I hope someone pays attention to what Im writing. I hope someone out there that was considering using this company maybe reflects on what Ive have said.Is this company worth taking a chance on? If you need something done and you need it done properly, do you want to take a chance with Southwest Exterminating?

Unprofessional and I will be cancelling my contract with them. Im so losing clients because of roaches they I PAY THEM TO FIX. They come in for a total of five minutes and are unprofessional at that. Total waist of money.
