I love that they notify me by text the day before they are scheduled to come. If I will not be there to let the technician into the backyard, rescheduling is very easy to do via text. We have been very pleased with their service.

Mosquito Joe has been very responsive to all our requests. After the first spray, there was a DRAMATIC decrease in mosquitoes. I could sit in my backyard again. Around the time of the second spray, there had been days and days of rain and we noticed an uptick in mosquitoes. TERRIBLE business operations! I spoke to the Sugar Land Mosquito Joe two years ago and agreed to have them come perform a spray at my home. Everything was sent via text message. They claim they came out twice and performed service but I never saw them or received any type of communication they completed the service. Every other company I use will leave something if you are not home notifying you they were out. They put a lien on my home for $122, also without calling or sending me anything. I also have a driveway gate that prevents access to my backyard and is always locked if no one is home, so I find it hard to believe they came out. I called and spoke to the local contact, Brooke, and he said they performed service but dont have any type of paperwork. How convenient, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Weve used this service twice and if I rated by the first time, it would be 5 stars. Its been nothing but terrible service since then. They were scheduled to show up 3 wks later & no one showed. The appointment was pushed back several days and we were never notified so needless to say the mosquitos were back in full force. When they finally came out the tech was not thorough in her spraying and was done in under 5 mins for nearly 1 acre of yard! There was never been any relief from mosquitos. Ive called twice and am still waiting for a response.... maybe this review will change if I ever hear back.......

We love that our backyard (and our home) is relatively free of mosquitoes. We have a house full of dogs. Each time I go out back during the course of a day, each & every dog thinks he has to follow my every step! The back door gets left open longer than it ordinarily would each time I go in & out. My husband is a magnet for mosquitoes and used to complain about there being so many mosquitoes that would come in the house before Mosquito Joe came along . Its not an issue anymore!

The office does not communicate with its technicians. Ever.We have repeatedly asked that our service take place at end of day or before 8:30 because we have renovation activity on our property, and Mosquito Joe will not spray when people are working outside (rightfully so).However, we have had service techs show up THREE times in a row to spray during the work day --- after repeatedly asking the office and getting confirmation from the office that our services would be performed either before 830 or after 5.It has been 2 months since we have had coverage for mosquitoes because the techs continue to show up at the wrong time.It seems others have had much better luck with this company. Perhaps our situation is too complicated for them to work around.That said, we are moving on and will be referring folks elsewhere when they ask who sprays us.
