Rachel has come out two times for us now and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome she has provided. We have used several companies in the past, but we settled in Bulwark because they are responsive and have always tried to alleviate our red ant issue. A majority of our neighbors don’t use pest management, so the ants can quickly get a foothold and find their way onto and eventually into our property. The first visit it was unfortunately raining, so Rachel slogged around in the beds and bushes for 45 minutes spreading granules and looking for entry points. Then days later when things dried out she came back and did a focused ant treatment on the entire exterior. She took almost an hour again. We have seen little to no activity since and we are very pleased. Rachel is great, she takes her time to do it right and we appreciate that because we have small children and we don’t want unwanted guests in our home.

Brandon came by our house this morning and sprayed down the outside of our house and inside of our home for roaches ants and other critters, as well as providing answers to all of my questions. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Sending Bulwark to do another job for me at my grandparents house tomorrow, and will be referring others. 5 stars for customer service.

When I signed up for the outdoor bugs treatment, Bulwark said that they would also remove any bug nests they find.The first guy Bulwark sent only did the spraying and did not remove any nest, said that his tool is broken and he will get someone else to remove them. But once he finished spraying, he said that this would take care of the wasps issue we had and no need to remove the nests.Things did not go as he expected and we continue to have the wasps return to the nests. So we called Bulwark again, and this time they sent Clifford who took good care of us and got rid of the nests and gave us free termite inspection.Overall, I am happy to give 5* as Bulwark did the follow up service and very happy with Cliffords help.

Weve used Bulwark for the 8 years weve lived in our house. 8 years, zero bugs ever! James texts us when he is coming, answers questions about what we need to do, and takes pictures/sends text updates to let us know everything he does. James comes once a month for regular bug treatment, and now weve added mosquito service. He is a pro and also the nicest guy!

I’ve been a Bulwark customer since I moved to TX in 2019 and they have always been kind and helpful. Recently we had our bi-monthly service and there was an issue with wasp nest. Brandon sprayed and we so polite but the wasp got mad and came back and built another nest. Yikes. I called this morning and despite Brandon’s busy schedule he came back to our home this evening and took care of both nest. We had 10 above our front door. With two very young kiddos, an elderly person in the home and someone disabled it was so important to get this issue fixed ASAP.I want to thank the Bulwark customer service and Brandon for prompt service and always being respectful to our families needs. I love the text updates when they are done because I’m usually busy so stopping to chat all the time isn’t usually an option.

Omar W was my technician yesterday and he did a fantastic job making sure that the entire area of my home was sprayed and secured from all the creepy crawlers. Because of the rain he’s actually had to come out three times in the past month, and every time he’s been very thorough with the pest control. We’ve been using bulwark for almost 2 years now, and they’ve managed to do a very decent job keeping most of all the critters out. Every now and then one gets by, but we can’t win all the battles. Been using their service for the last 2.5 years and have no pest problems. The scheduling is always quick and easy. Never late. Staff is always very nice and professional. Just had a treatment today and the young man was so courteous. Made sure to warn me he cleared out a wasp nest because he didnt want my kiddos to get stung. Great co.

So when we were seeing some spiders ,one of which was a black widow, all I had to do was call Bulwark and they sent out a technician right away to take care of it!Juan was very helpful and took care of the areas where we were seeing issues and he also walked our fence line and perimeter of our home and serviced as needed! Ryan was my technician today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered questions and gave me advice on cracks or openings he noticed that may be allowing some of my critter guests in. He also took care of an ant bed that I had noticed but forgot to say anything about. He made notes on my issue I was having with them scheduling with me and not the person who signed me up with them who lives in Philly, not Houston. This is why I can’t give a 5 star rating. Maybe as time goes and they get their scheduling under control, I can.

Story time: A snake made its way into my house at 10:30pm. I am terrified of snakes, but I evicted it and immediately got on Thumbtack to find an exterminator. I contacted several companies along with Bulwark Exterminating. They had the best prices and friendliest people from start to finish. They squeezed me onto their schedule for a full service visit and quarterly service package. The technician just left and I am very happy with Joseph’s service. His customer service was great. We have been with this company for couple of months now. They are very helpful whenever we have questions, or we see more bugs. Also they are helpful in rescheduling our appointments. George, the quality supervisor called me after reading my review, he understood my plight, showed a great deal of customer service and offered an amicable solution. They made sure they assigned the right technician to service my property, which is what I had requested initially. George has also checked in with me on multiple occasions during this time which I appreciate.Im usually not critical about such things but this was not the level of service they usually offer. And I know that because I was referred by a friend who have had them for multiple years. Everyone makes mistakes, but I had to give them a chance again since they went above and beyond to remediate the situation.I cannot complete the review without mentioning Ray, our technician. Hes great at what he does and takes the time to explain things. Definitely ask for him and he wont disappoint.Old Review****Do not waste your time and money with this company - they are an absolute joke. I had them service my property for a little less than a year and see no change in the amount of activity both inside and outside the house.I had made multiple appointments complaining about the pest activity. I recently found out when I watched the tech on the security camera spending less than two minutes servicing my property. I had requested them to service my property on the inside as well but the tech did not even bother to knock on the door and simply drove off.

They are horrible...the person came the last 2 minutes of the appointment window. Came in my house with spray cans and only sprayed my window cracks, no floor treatments done. Had a long hose that did not reach fully around my home. None of their treatment worked. There are still wasps outside, spiders inside and outside and ear wigs.

Jordan Rochelle did an amazing job. He came yesterday to set Rodent traps in our attic and did General pest control around our yard. Today he came again to check on the traps set yesterday and set up few traps for mosquitoes too. He was very polite and helpful.
