I beg of you DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from Lowe’s unless you like your time and money wasted. Home Depot is down the street just go their instead you’ll safe yourself a lot of grief. I wish I did so. Poor customer service from the appliance department to the poor management skills the 3 managers I spoke with. After voicing all of my frustrations that had occurred. Both seemed like they couldn’t care less about any of my concerns. All one manager could say was sorry no type of resolution for any of my concerns. I hope this makes people rethink from purchasing here they clearly do not care. Just look at the other reviews with good reason don’t purchase from here.

Excellent Service! Even at 9pm, Monique at the pick up counter was so kind and helped me right away. I didnt get the young mans name that pulled my order, but he went Above and beyond. At 1st they couldnt find my order and he went above and beyond to help me. Now That is Quality! Thanks So Much! As a Female Contractor, its Really Awesome find a local store that not only gets what you need, but it was correct and with a Smile! #ServiceMATTERS.

Our dryer went out at the beginning of the week & we were dreading going through the process of getting a new one. We tried Lowes as our first stop & it did not disappoint. STEVEN took care of us & answered all our questions. He was very patient & knew his stuff. We spent more time hanging out with Steven & talking then we did actually shopping for the dryer. Will definitely be coming to him for our home appliance needs, yall should do the same.

Today we went in with our minds set on PVC piping for a specific job. Jermaine, who works in plumbing, was so helpful. The piping was too long for us to fit in the vehicle, so we asked about cutting it. One associate told us to pay for it first but stopped there. When Jermaine asked if we need help he told us he just started working there. After only four days, I was surprised at the level of customer service he displayed! The best customer service that bae and I have received together. There were other associates who had just simply told us, ‘no!’ But Jermaine went above and beyond. We are pleased with his help, and confident about the project we are going to be able to complete.

They sold me a defective fridge 5 months ago. I immediately contacted them. The manufacturer authorized a replacement months ago. I have made multiple attempts to follow up on the replacement request. I have called multiple times, went to the local store, emailed, and called their corporate office. All attempts have been to no avail. I wasted so much time trying to get this issue resolved. I must also add that I also purchased their extended warranty plan. I will advise anyone purchasing a major appliance there to proceed with caution since it appears that this particular local store does not replace defective items.

Don’t buy from this or any other lowes!! Bought a brand new expensive appliance that couldn’t handle what I needed it for and was denied a return 2 weeks later because it was ‘used’ I literally turned it on once. You cannot get them on the phone, customer service number sends you running around in circles and then usually back to the same store that denied the return in the first place. Absolutely awful customer service experience, even Home Depot is better!

Horrible customer service. Self check out charges taxes on tax free items a ceiling fan. Then they wanted me to return item to CS. Then repurchase item. Sadly I left without any help from customer servu w but my money back. As they had to look up if my fan was energy efficient or not they wouldnt honor the memorial day sale. Although it was plastered everywhere about thos sale.

Well, Lowes is a Nice Hardware Store but, I was very Disappointed about 2 Items I purchased anyways about Prices: There is a Macho Fern not a a Big Vase,used to be around $4.00 plus Taxes and The Swing Door Hinges when I looked Online both Items were around $4ish Dollars plus Taxes but going Shopping in Person, I was Shocked the Fern Plant was $8.00ish plus taxes and the Hinges were $17.50 each plus Taxes! Since my Car broked down I had to get a Ride from a Friend so I bought at Higher Price.

Purchased a fridge here for my new home. It was loaded incorrectly and we almost weren’t given the instruction not to turn it on after they loaded it laying down. Brough it home and set it up now it’s leaking from the ice maker. Gushing water onto the floor. I called customer service. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Purchased a fridge, washer/dryer last week. All in store service was great. But the Delevery guys delivered at dented fridge and refused to install washer in the laundry room bc it was too heavy to lift over counter top. I called a buddy and it 2 mins to get over the counter. I did install myself and come to find out I did put the hose far enough down the drain (not an installer, first time) Now my new home has significant water damage in the laundry room. Not a happy customer

I purchased my washer and dryer and the delivery experience has been the absolute worse. 3 times of such huge disappointment. First experience the guys were out here and couldnt deliver due to them having the wrong address. I understood and rescheduled since oh well right. Second time the delivery had to be rescheduled due to whoever answer the phone putting me on the wrong day and wrong time! Third and last got the confirmation call and no one showed up between 8-12pm! I called and kept getting tossed around just to be told different things that my items were not loaded,  another that my stuff was out for delivery but couldnt contact no one to confirm another that no one was home when yes i been here all morning waiting and no call and no washer and dryer. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Going on a month almost of this and here I am another day wasted waiting for nothing and having to go to a washateria to wash clothes when i should be home doing that. The worst! I have never delt with such unprofessionalism and so irresponsible. The lack of communication with whoever delivers is horrific! I had such a better experience with home depot and seems like I will have to go there to buy my washer and dryer that which are not free by the way I paid money for bad service nothing in the end. Never going to lowes and neither is my family who owns 4 construction companies and lowes is the go to but after today we are no longer dealing with lowes. People make time for these deliveries and their time frame and for another half a day to be wasted its beyond frustrating for someone who works 12 hours a day 6 days a week and had to time make time for lowes to fail to do their job is a no for me.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

I made online orders for curb side pickup twice for items that were indicated online as being in stock. When the notification came that the orders were ready for pickup, I was routed to an entire other part of town, not my local shop! Fine. I ignore the inconvenience and drive to the store they sent me to and wait. And. WAIT. AND. WAIT. I waited over an hour on the first occasion and only got a bunch of excuses as to why I had to wait so long for an order they said was ready. I finally gave up and cancelled the order and left. I forgave. I ordered something today and nearly the same bloody thing happened again today. What I cannot understand is if the item is listed as being in stock at my neighbourhood store, why am I being sent to the other side of town to collect my order. This is either idiocy or poor organisation…or both. Not acceptable.

Last straw.Getting it cleared up.Rude attendant at return register. Defective item was not returned even with receipt. Excuse was it was the item was from other location and I would have to go to the other location I purchased it from. This was a first.Not very knowledgeable employees.Finding things should be easier, for example. I was looking for hose clamps and they are in separate isles 13, 14 and 15 and I still could not find right size.Maybe it was just a one off?Separate incident:Pro-desk does not have a designated cashier and I have to wait 10 min. to pay. What gives?There is a no consistency from store to store. I shop for a lot of materials. One location asked me for ID to do a phone sale.Said it was for security but when he called the office he wrote down all the credit card information on a scratch note book. I told him they should type it right into the machineThat’s enough if that, enjoy your day.

The customer service at store #0681 is amazing! My husband and I rarely shop at Lowe’s. We went 4 times within 24 hours and received wonderful customer service from Adrienne each time! The manager Golie, was very understanding with our situation and was very helpful! The staff members were very nice, friendly and welcoming. This store can definitely count us for any future purchase! Although we don’t live in the area, this is now our home store!

This is geared more to an employee, Cynthia at the N Loop West location. I was looking for an item - 1620646 $3.98, of which they showed they had 39. I couldnt find it on the rack. Cynthia came over and looked. Couldnt find it. So she retrieved the ladder stand and went to looking. She checked every box overhead and they werent there. I was going to give up and look at another store. She moved the ladder to the next section and started looking. Boom! She found three boxes of them. I got the one I needed and she proceeded to put the items on the rack and place them where they belonged. Because she took the initiative to do her job right, she saved me from having to drive to another store, or the competition, just to get a $3.98 item. Thank you Cynthia and God bless you.

Zero help and trash inventory management.Showed 93 units of 3 packs of air filters. Each 3 pack is 8 dollars. Associate tells me theyve been entered in the system incorrectly, that theyre sold out of 3 packs and wants me to buy singles at 5 dollars a piece.No thanks, but after a lot of nonsense and trips to Lowes leaving empty handed. Never again will i shop there.Dont get me started on the time i had to return extra bulbs and was accused of trying to return merchandise for credit that wasnt sold by them.Trash.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a wash/dryer set that was missing legs for installation. They sent someone out 4 different times after calling back every time telling them they needed the legs for the dryer without the legs. I’ve had the set foe 3 weeks now and have still yet to use the dryer. They promised a new dryer model fir the inconvenience and having to be home a fifth time for installation and the day of they told their contractors nothing about their promises. Save yourself time, energy, and happiness not doing business with them they’ll also have you on hold for an hour as well as just hang up on you. Horrible place.

This location is always busy. The clerks are helpful if you can find one, that may be an unfair criticism, as it is the size of several football pitches. It is. stocked with everything from tools to riding lawn mower s. It is organized and clean. and has several cashiers as well as self-service. The carpark is high.

Don’t ever buy a major appliance from here. Go to Home Depot. The delivery service is horrible. Took them two attempts to install my fridge, then scratched my wood floors and didn’t hook it up correctly. Had to comeback a 3rd time go level it and be told the doors are missing a gasket. 4 weeks since install and still not fixed.

Staff is not helpful at all.Return policy was the last straw. Wanted to return online ordered items (online order only as they are not stored in the stores). Did not accept parts back, apparently the return policy is 90 days for online ordered items.Well if you ever built a deck and had to wait on Lowes deliveries you have to calculate 4 weeks alone for order delays. Start building and adjusting you are quickly over the 90 days.Was not able to return unused (still packed) materials after 120 days.Last purchase ever at Lowes!Go one block over to the next gone improvement store and that does not happen.

It only takes one terrible experience with a company to say, wow I’ll never shop here again. We spent almost $1900 on a new fridge to be delivered. They don’t call you with a notice when they get there and we’re being very rude with my fiancé. I mean it is your job, if you hate it that much find something else. We payed for the fee for them to take our old fridge away and you guys keep saying no we didn’t. It is literally in the receipt on the email confirmation, but obviously that isn’t good enough. Terrible customer service by everyone involved, especially the delivery drivers. But let’s not forget the employees at the store that kept transferring you around person to person and putting you on hold, some of them also had a attitude too. Nobody cares at all about their job at this store. Should have stuck to Home Depot

Store Displays need addressing in the Tool Department for Hitachi Power Tools. Seems that Store Manager needs to follow Corporate Policy (Port Authority) on Displaying and Cross-over of Discontinued Brands. Hitachi Tools is still in Business and authorization for Sell Down was not meet by Federal Standards at this Location. Serious Port Authority and Lowes Corporate Matter.

Wood offerings are much more promising online. Have to really pick through the piles to find usable pieces and even then, there’s no telling how long they’ll last. Had shed siding warp beyond repair within 3 days of installation (no rain, either)... Checkout staff has always been friendly (at least in the lumber section).

We’ve found the staff at this location always friendly, helpful and courteous, particularly the appliances dept. However, the third-party delivery service they use is really horrible. It took us numerous calls and complaints, and their 5 service trips to finally get a simple order taken care of. And it was almost impossible without the great help from the appliances manager Ira, which we appreciated very much. The delivery problems include messed personnel arrangement, damaged appliance (on purpose to avoid the work, as told by their other delivery folks), and refusing to follow the order specified by Lowe’s. Lowe’s can provide excellent services at this store, but their effort will be totally ruined by the horrible delivery service. It really needs to be straightened up. Otherwise, customers will be scared away and Lowe’s will continue losing their businesses to other competitors who can provide better delivery services.

Be careful at this location we recently had a vehicle stolen. This is not the first time this has happen and the store is aware of multiple vehicles being stolen here. Yes they have multiple cameras but that does not stop criminals from stealing the cars. Also they apparently have security at the store but when I asked about it they said security leaves early on during the day. Also the store lacks enough lighting in the parking lot making it a perfect place for them to commit the crime and with no security in place except for those cameras that maybe don’t even get reviewed, these criminals will continue to steal cars without getting caught. Avoid this location as these criminals are also stealing cars during the day and is just not a safe environment until I see an actual security personnel patrolling the parking area from the moment the store opens until the store closes.

TERRIBLE customer service from the associates with the exception of 1 guy by the power equipment station. I was looking for matte black spray paint. I asked one woman where the spray paint was and she told me the aisle to go to very plain and with an attitude.. but ok. Im used to service like this here. I couldnt find the paint, so I chased down another lady which told me to look closer in the aisle.... alright. So I looked closer, found an empty slot where the spray paint I needed was, and took a picture of the empty slot, and went up to the paint services area. There were 5 people in line and only 1 associate. All I needed was to ask if something was in stock, so I went up to the 3rd associate by the name of J J (not too tall, glasses,) I kept saying sir? Sir? and he wouldnt turn around. When he finally did, I asked politely if there was a way he could check if something was in stock. He said well there is 3 people in paint services who can help you with that me:can you look something up by the item number? JJ:No. Ill call someone there is 3 people there. Did you check? You need to check. Me:I just came from there ... At this point he ignored me and went up to page someone for paint services. Kept walking and the whole time he had a super nasty attitude. Finally I just went up to the 4th associate ( wish I could have gone to him first) and asked if he could call the manager, at which point I waited another 10 minutes for 1 of the managers to come and I guess they were all busy. Understandable. The 4th associate ended up inputting the numbers into his mobile device and in a matter of seconds told me they were out of stock.Im not upset that the managers never came up, or that it took so long. I am giving a 1 star because if youre working in retail customer service should be a priority. If you work here you should not act as if youre too good or too busy to help someone out bc thats the job! Coming from someone who worked retail as well..

Besides the young lady who greets you, the service is horrible. Nothing is located as indicated by the app. Disorganized, had to track down a large cart (had to stalk parking lot), and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Do not order anything from here! Just filed a complaint with corporate as my complaint could not be resolved at the store. Ordered online and showed in stock. Received a call later saying that it was out of stock. Thats fine. Partial payment was through gift card and was asked how they would credit my gift card. Unfortunately, they couldnt credit my gift card electronically (same way I bought it and paid for the items) and informed that they can only mail a gift card. Supervisor (wouldnt provide her name even though corporate has confirmed that that was not the right policy) told me that they never had the item in stock. So they charged me for items that they didnt have in stock and told me I never had the gift card in hand since it was an electronic gift card. If it wasnt in hand, how is it possible that they were able to electronically pull the funds from my account for an item that they never had in stock on day of purchase? All I wanted to resolve the issue was to reapply the funds you took out of my card and reissue the funds same day (couldve been on a new gift card in store) so that I can apply it to another gift. Spoke to corporate and they informed me that that was an option but the Store supervisor apparently cant do that. Rather, she just told me to purchase out of my funds (again) and when the gift card comes in I can do a refund refill. Sounds like it is a lot of wasted time that is required from me for flaws of the system/store and for something that they charged me and pulled funds from on items that they didnt have in stock. This store really sucks. Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service!! Went in at 8pm on a Wednesday. Online it said 35 in stock. There wasnt any in the location labeled for the item. I asked a guy named Eddie for help. He said he needed to call someone else. I waited 30 min. No one helped me and Eddie never checked on me again. I saw him on another aisle. I told him no one ever helped me and he said oh. Thats all.

This is probably the friendliest Lowes location that I have ever visited, and I have been to quite a few. I had to order a tub, since I couldnt get one delivered to Lake Charles after my home suffered significant damage in Hurricane Laura.When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, taken care of, and the run was at the front of the store within 15 minutes (I had not told them when I was coming).I must have talked to a half dozen associates, and all were friendly and asked me how I was doing, and 3 helped me load the tub. This is a fantastic store.

I bought a $400 ladder from here and I bent it the same day I bought it. I came back the next day to see if they would exchange it and they did without any hassle! Yesterday I was shopping in Lowes in the garden center. I was shopping discounted plants. I lost most of my garden last year to hurricane Harvey. Most of the plants were in pretty bad shape but most people who garden know how to bring them back with tlc. As a former retail buyer I wanted to see if perhaps I could get my originally priced $14.98 now $5.00 plant down to $3.00. My husband pointed out a gentleman in a hat and I sought him out. He was with another customer. I waited. When there was a break I asked if there was any way he would consider marking my plant down. He said no. He then said if I didn’t like it I could not buy it. He picked it up and held it very close to my face then put it back down. I replied that I wanted the plant. He proceeded to give me a “math” lesson on how the markdown was calculated. I looked at the woman’s cart he’d been speaking to before me. I saw him mark her $19.98 plants to $3.00. I said then why are her $20.00 plants $3.00? He said they were not $20.00 plants. I asked ok why are her $19.98 plants $3.00? He said I said if you don’t like it don’t buy it. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to because I felt he was being extremely rude. He intentionally directed me to a head cashier. His name was Ryan. I did not seek out the head cashier but went to customer service and asked for a manager. They directed me to a gentleman named Sean. He listened to my story, thanked me, and gave me a discount on my plant. He also told Me Ryan was one of their most complimented associates. My husband and I have made Lowes a destination in protest to some of your competitions policies. It’s not always convenient but it’s been our choice. I’d like to believe we made the right one.

Poor customer service. My father bought some cement today. He paid for it and asked the cashier if someone could help him upload it to his trailer. No one was able to assist him. Employees were telling him they didn’t understand him because my dad only speaks Spanish. One employee had “I speak Spanish” on the back of his vest.

Horrible service. Helper was as knowledgeable as a door post. Smfh. Disorganized. Was trying to get some bulbs. After 45 minutes left and went to home depot across the street. Got what I wanted in 10 minutes. Is there a zero star possibility?

I ordered a washer and dryer online and it lists this store as the fulfilling store so it is getting the review. I purchased a washer and dryer on April 10, 2021 and requested delivery on April 19, 2021. I get a call on April 18th stating that the dryer that was in stock at the time of purchase was now in backorder status and it would not be delivered until May 24th. I rescheduled the delivery for April 24th to decide if I wanted to continue with my purchase. My washer was delivered on April 26th. Two days later than requested. I call to get the status on the dryer and now I am told that the date is moved to after June 1st and they do not know when it will be delivered to me, that I need to call back around June 1st and ask again. Terrible experience and I do not believe I will ever do business with lowes again after this. I missed the same dryer on sale for half of the price when I was waiting for my delivery that I was expecting until the day before it was supposed to be delivered. It is ridiculous that my order that was purchased nine days in advance was pushed to the back and now I have a washer with no available matching dryer because of this companies poor communication and expects me to just buy a dryer and wait until it is convenient for them to get one to me. Do not make major purchases online with this company.........Update: they delivered the washer and they canceled the dryer order next day without notification so I have now a washer without the matching dryer which is now unavailable

Never buying generators from them because their protection plans are garbage. First of all they sold me a refurbished generac generator for a price of 649.99 plus their plan. A year later I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me 465 dollar for the repair. Its a total ripoff.

This Lowes is horrible. Their Lumber department is all over the place. I was given the wrong information three times by different employees who didnt want to work. Their customer service is horrible. Home Depot beats them for sure

Their merchandise return line is not good. The last three times I had returns they only had one person working returns and the person in front of me always had some complication with their return. A person should not have to wait 15 mins for a return. 👎
