This place was the best tool rental place Ive ever been to. No hassle and good service.

Tool rental was outstanding. Pro desk order was put in and verified by email 1 day prior to pickup. Entered store at 7 am today to pick up order and absolutely nothing was pulled. When finally pulled, my lumber was bowed and twisted. Absolutely no attention to detail. I am still standing here watching this mess.

I didnt think this place could get any worse but - shocker! - I stand corrected. Every time Ive gone here theres always a problem. The other reviews for this location all bear this out. READ THEM. Unfortunately for me, this is one of the few locations that rents tools.I have a HD account on file and when my contractor makes a purchase, they simply call me for credit card info. In this case, he needed to rent a jackhammer for a few hours, I called over to the Spring Valley location and spoke with a manager, Tree, and explained that Im at work, have a longstanding history of purchases via phone order, and would appreciate if they would call me when my contractor got there for my credit card info. I explained that wed done this countless times before, and had also rented a sand compactor from his location less than 2 weeks ago. Easy breezy, right? Uh, no. When my contractor got there, Tree told him that they couldnt rent it to him without me physically being present. Wasted time, gas and just plain aggravating. This location is always a problem - whether it be lack of associates or just lack of communication. Its as if they go out of there way to run off customers. Do yourself a favor and use the Lumpkin location - believe me, you wont regret it.
