Very Dependable and Honest Business! This has been my Mechanic Shop for over 10 yrs!

Have been really happy with Metro Auto Repair. Have brought my car in multiple times for repair and they do a great job and have been honest. They arent a cheap auto repair place, they may appear to charge a bit more than some other places but they dont try to sell you items you dont need and will fix your car with quality parts.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE! I PUT MY CAR IN THE SHOP FOR A COOLING LEAK! THAT WAS ON A THURSDAY MORNING THAT EVEN HE CALLED AND SAID THE CAR WAS READY AROUND 3 SOME! I PICKED MY CAR UP WENT HOME WHICH IS .6 MILES AWAY END UP GOING 7 TO 8 MILES DOWN THE STREET WHEN THE CAR RAN HOT AGAIN! I CALLED TO LET HIM KNOW REMUND YOU I JUST PICKED MY CAR UP AT 3 SOME ITS five oclock now! He told me to bring my car back in the morning I told him that I was bringing it back today. When I made it there he said he will look at it in the morning and will give me a call at noon well noon came and gon..I called him at 3 he told he still didnt know what was wrong...his words was well its a new model car and we really cant tell whats wrong give me till MONDAY at 10! Monday came I called him on my lunch break...HIS WORDS WAS YOU CAN COME PICK YOUR CAR UP WE SPENDING WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON IT..WE HAVE OTHER CARS TO LOOK AT..WE MISSING MONEY ON THIS ONE CAR! I had to get my car towed from over there to another shop to find out the head gasket was blown n that they would have to replace the motor! Its wrong how they knew what was going on but took my money for some else! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

My husbands family has used Metro Auto for years. When I married my husband he told ne to take my care there. The owner and all the employees are amazing. Metro Auto will take care of you. Honesty is was this company portrays. I will not go anywhere else.

These folks are one of the few honest car repair people in the area ,Im not sure what all the negative reviews are about their oil change may be a little more than the quickie lube people but they use top of the line oil and filters ,you get what you pay for! They also use quality repair parts and they will not sell you something you dont need ! I have lived in this area for close to 30 years and I have been screwed over by crooked car repair people in this area many times and I am glad I found this place!

Went for a regular oil change. Cool place and all that. But ended up paying 47 bucks for just an oil change.They did not even change air filter. On the other hand, I remember paying 25 buck for oil change at Good Year in champion car care. I regret that i went there

I love these ppl I take both my personal jeep and company van here and they always get the job done

Great mechanic you get what you pay for so if you want the job done right pay the price and be worry free

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE THIS MAN WILL SCAM you FIR YIUR MONEYI recently purchased a vehicle from here and turns out he had ran the odometer back from 270 thousand miles down to 97 thousand milesIt also had many problemsWe called him out on what he had done and he gave us our money back but just thought I should make this statement because if he did it to us then he will do it to youSo once again I highly suggest you DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
