I had an amazing experience with this automotive shop. I had engine failure covered under warranty. They provided excellent service with helping me with the warranty company. They took the time to explain the repairs. Also educated me on how to maintain vehicle. They made my overall experience great.. My vehicle is running like a brand new vehicle. This is the only place I will be taking my vehicles for repairs.

As of 3/11/21, the business is working to remediate the issue below:Posting on behalf of my sister: they misdiagnosed a $671 service after which the car broke down again. When they took it back, they misdiagnosed again, and after a $2,800 repair, the car broke down again. Now, theyve requesting another $450 for another repair. How do you misdiagnose a motor failure from a starter?! Even Autozone can tell you if it was the starter from the beginning. Do not use this company unless you have money and time to waste.

KW Auto Center is a great place for all your car and trailer services needs! These guys are really experts and offer a one year warranty on trailer repairs unlike other there competitors! And best of all these prices are absolutely affordable!

This place is great. Service is fast reliable and reasonably priced. Owner takes time on hearing out the problem and working with you with your options. I personally cant think of a better place to take our daily driver to get fixed or maintained.
