Called them because my iPhone was broken, and all I can say is These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. being a single mom with kids and technology, Im in these types of places often. Recently moved to Houston and needed cell phone repair twice and I was left thoroughly impressed! If I could only find a mechanic that I felt this way about. Bought this speaker about a month ago have dropped it about a dozen times and still looks good as new. Everything is very affordable and they arent pushy on making you buy or rude. Best customer service overall

I called them to see if they could replace my battery on my MacBook Pro and they said yes and quoted me a fair price. Took it to them and they replaced the battery in less than an hour! Afterwards, we had an issue with my wifi not working but I brought it back to them and they repaired the wifi antenna at no charge! Definitely recommend.

Bought a laptop from them for my sons school work, got it for 149.99 works great kinda slow and old but it’s worth every penny the sam was very helpful with explaining to test it out before we buy it as there was no warranty my son and I played with that thing for over an hour and then we finally decided to buy it. Good store will be back.

My experience with INQ WIRELESS was very short and brief compared to my other encounters with mom and pop repair stores, but Id say that they get 5 stars for integrity alone I mean these guys are amazing, and they go the extra mile for their customers.My note 5 had been having connection issues and could not fast charge anymore. Even on their site, it says that replacing the battery and fixing the connection was going to run me around 100 dollars. Considering that I use it for work, that it was out of warranty and an older phone, and I had a hurt back so I couldnt run around everywhere, it was fair. I was willing to shell out the cash just so I could get back to normal.They looked it over took them a few min, cleaned out the connector, and double checked everything with the battery and didnt charge me for anything. I mean at first I was getting a little short because they just fixed it without a major repair and I didnt have time for it to go south later on. But they kept pushing that they had no reason to take out the battery and replace the connector because they couldnt replicate the issue.Solid guys, very patient, and they didnt charge me for it. They could have easily taken the money and ran, but they didnt, and that goes a long way for me. Thanks, guys. Giving a detailed and positive yelp review for the guys was the least I could do, all aside I couldnt be happier, my phone is still working great, an I am their customer for life.

Needed my cell phone repaired. Called a day ahead and spoke with Maria who told me they could fix it and how much it would cost. It was much cheaper than the competition and ended up being even less than I was quoted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and best of all crazy fast. Will refer friends family n strangers to go as well as be a return customer without a doubt. Thanks again guys!

Walked in with a shattered IPhone X screen. I was told it would take about an hour to repair. Got some lunch and caught up on a book before I came back to check on it. It was ready to go like brand new. Easy, fast, reliable, reasonable price. Would recommend.

Brought in my sons Apple Macbook which wasnt powering up Off course while I am there it did fire up like nothing was wrong with it. Awesome opened up the computer to ensure the innards were clean and had no water or fire damage. after closing the computer; it fired up again. He provided some really great useful hints on how to keep it running smooth and said if it continues to have issues to bring it back in. I was pleasantly surprised when he didnt charge for the diagnosis. Nice to have honest business people still around.

Great customer service....Austin is the guy to go to for all you wireless needs and karaoke speaker...just move to Houston this summer and found this place...highly recommend INQ wireless...inside Latino city jewelry market...give him a call....

Sam Replaced my Daughters iphone screen in 10 mins and for a very reasonable price, $30 bucks and he gave us a free screen protector. They are very friendly. Stores was very clean and well stocked with phone accessories, huge Bluetooth speakers

My fiancé and I desperately needed new phone batteries for our old iPhones (gotta play Pokemon, you know how it goes). We originally went to the Apple Store in Memorial mall, but on a busy Saturday the wait was over 4 hours to see someone.We ended up calling INQ Wireless and they were awesome. They had the parts, and we came in right away. They quoted the fix at around an hour, and when we came back to retrieve our phones, they were right on time and BRAND NEW. All in all, a great $50 well spent.We can play Pokémon like a charm- thanks

I found this place after realizing that so very few iphone repair shops are open on Sundays (WHY?). After one visit. I really dont see why id go elsewhere. They show such meticulous expertise with their work.They also have warranty on their repairs and the price is beyond reasonable and they seem open to working with you depending on the amount of work done.

Terrible service!!! Takes your money but doesn’t give you any product. Don’t shop here EVER!! Very rude and no communication scammed people out of websites and so much more trust me this isn’t the place to go to for any electronics

These guys are on fleek I took my iphone 6 in because it wast charging anymore and I thought,,,, shoot Ill probably have to pay a lot to get a new charge port. The dude that helped me used some device to check everything in the phone and another device like a flossing pick and removed a big wad of lint preventing my iphone from charging. Viola:: its charging like a babay now and i didnt have to pay anything.... Thank You so Much.
