I attended a wedding here. The inside decor is phenomenal. Great customer service. Really impressed with Maria. She was so professional, warm and very helpful.

Went to wedding there this weekend and ac was not working properly. Very uncomfortable. Cake frosting was melting, guests were hot. While they did apologize. The venue was already warm several hours before the wedding. Some accommodations should have been made. Very disappointed.

This was a very nice party venue. They also had good people clearing your table. Also still they had good clean restrooms.

A hidden gem! I recently celebrated my daughters quinceañera in at this FANTASTIC venue. Its stunning with stupendous & beautiful chandeliers. The Crystale Ballrooms presentation, decor and the staff were amazing. I had the pleasure to work with Lizette, Britanny ,Gloria and Abraham. They were very helpful throughout the process from the first day. My daughter had the quinceañera of her dreams! Our guest are still talking about it. Thank you Chateau Crystale for making this possible!

Ive been here three times half of my family when they have events they try to come over here. The places good, the rooms are big. what I like the most, are the chandeliers on top of the rooms. they have two. Ballroom one is called a Remington, and the others call Crystal, we had a party at Crystal the room holds 500 people, and the other one holds 200 also what I like are the packages. or you can also do a la carte if you have a chance for more information ask for Rodger he is one of the captains and helped a lot with our event also ask lizet or Taylor.

Was here for a wedding. The safety measures were great with twmpreture check at the gate and masks encouraged. Staff were respectful and maintained safety measures for themselves. Wedding goers follow their own rules once inside. The parking was ample, but not pristine. No one cares about pretty parking spots. The actual Hall was beautiful. The bride and groom had a well decorated stage and space for a backdrop. Their was good positioning to get a photographer that isnt in the way and a DJ that is to the side of the major activity. Tables and chaira were clean with coverings.

We are so happy and thankful for the great service, amazing place, our wedding was perfect, the Chef speciality of food was tasty, every staff was kind and always had a smile, even though everyone was wearing mask because of this pandemic. We knew every since we step a foot in the doors and Lissette welcome us to give us a great tour and answered our questions right then and there. My guest complimented the food. It was an answered prayer, close to our home, and loved ones. I wouldn’t trade this place to have my wedding again here. I would do it all over again in this beautiful venue!

This place is beautiful... Until you step behind the scenes. I recently was bartending here for an event. It was disgusting behind the counter. Ive never worked in a place so gross. I had to clean the area before I set up. And I had to ask about 5 times to get some hand soap for the hand washing sink near me. The drains were clogged in the ice bins, and there were black particles floating in the water that couldnt drain. I had to get a bus tub and clean it to hold ice in, because I wasnt about to give someone a drink full of sludge. They definitely dont take the cleanliness of this venue seriously. And I definitely didnt eat any of the food they prepared in the kitchen. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the back of house here needs to take a food safety course again, and seriously clean up.

Beautiful, elegant, and clean

Attended a wedding at this location. The best thing about this hall is that it comes pre-decorated so you don’t need too much to get it looking nice. It has enough space for big activities like weddings and other parties, has a large parking space and a designated place inside the hall for a bar if one would be needed for an occasion. Bathrooms need to be updated for sure. Lastly, it photographs beautifully and has a lot of potential. Would recommend.

It was HOT at our event..... Servers and staff are 5 STARS! They handled everything and treated us great... I had a lot of guest leave however being formally dressed in white and sweating.... We will be willing to host another event... Hopefully we can speak to management about correcting the issue.... Beautiful venue

This is a great venue. I worked with a wedding planner here, and everything was amazing, the bride and groom love the entire setup. This venue is very flexible and has beautiful rooms to have small weddings celebrations up two very large ones. Its very accommodating and I would definitely suggest anybody thats looking to have a celebration or wedding or whatever, definitely give this place to look over before you decide on anything else

I was disrespected, insulted by the manager (Asian race) just because I was pushing a cart/dolly out the door that I had no idea that their metal door is broken. It only says use the other door no warning signs or diversion path. How are we suppose to carry big wide boxes that contains wedding stuff if that door cannot be opened wide? I was treated rudely, I choose to walk away and let it go, but to get insulted by someone who does not know me well is way out of line. After he had that attitude he called some guy to weld/fix the door. Pretty slick to avoid any safety issue. Just because someone is wearing rugged work clothes that does not mean can be rude and disrespectful. My wife and I own a small Wedding Event business. Its something we do besides our 8 to 5 normal jobs.

Had a wedding there back in January, overall it was good.Pros:1.) Their food was amazing. Everything was really good. I did not expect such quality in the food but I, and the other guests, were pleasantly surprised.2.) The staff are very friendly.3.) The floor manager was very good.4.) They are very willing to work with you and are flexible about most things as long as you have money to pay for it. As far as adding tables and extra guests or bringing in outside food, etc.5.) The venue is very beautiful.6.) You can reserve both halls at a reasonable price.7.) Kelsey was very friendly and helpful.Cons:1.) As mentioned by some of the other reviewers, they do go back on some of the agreements and charge you more at the end. This is an issue if you do not have every detail written down, which was the case with us. We discussed some of the details but did not think to write every single thing in the contract.2.) The serving staff will eat your food (that we ordered from an outside restaurant for catering) without asking, which was fine for us because we had a lot extra. Make sure you order extra so you have enough food for your guests and the servers.3.) They only gave us 1 day and 2-3 time slots available for the food tasting and rehearsal dinner. If you are somehow unable to attend at these specific times/dates then you just miss it.Neutral:1.) Other reviewers mentioned that the staff stole their alcohol. I cannot deny or support these allegations because my uncle took all extra bottles when we were close to the end of the event to prevent such an incident.

When i first viewed chateaux I loved it! But my comeback experience (the day I was gonna put down my deposit) wasn’t the best. The event manager was very welcoming but lisette was not. This made me rethink giving chateaux 12,000 to host my event.

Every since I been working with Brittany things has been so smooth. She is a great wedding planner and she has very good patient and understanding. She knows what she is doing and she wont let you down!!!!!

Its a great venue for wedding receptions,events and parties. I really love how they put up the the names of the celebrants on their advert boards. This helps people easily find their way to the venue. They also have halls of different sizes and can cater for the occasion.

We had an event here and the a/c was broken only in our reserved room. The other room was perfectly fine, the hallways, even the restroom was ice cold but ours was like the Sahara desert! We had 100 guests confirmed and maybe only 30 stayed due to it being so hot. On top of that the plates they provided still had food stuck on them so they took 2 stacks of plates back bc the more we picked through them the more we kept finding dirty dishes! Management has not rectified the situation either. This was a huge loss for us!

What a great place to get married. The food was good and the staff was awesome.

Nice place, but questionable security. There were two event going on and no security in sight. Went to my car during our reception and there was a guy smoking pot out in the open. Really seems to be an adult only place. The other event next to ours was a birthday party for a child and I became more concerned for the safety of the little ones.

A little hard to find, but great place. Excellent catering.

Venue is ok...not recommended for a large event. Staff there is very rude specially to the event setup guys and sometimes to the guest. Venue is trying to keep up to date although very slowly it is still outdated compared to other even more nice venues. Not highly recommendable. Restrooms are not well maintained.

We had our wedding here on Saturday August 15th 2015 the venue, food and atmosphere were perfect. We were very disappointed when our napkins with our date on it wasnt used as directed on a log given to them to follow even with the bartender. We have 2 boxes of napkins not used. My fiance fell off the stage in the Remington Room which needs to be marked with something thank god she didnt break anything just some bruises. When it came down to cutting of the cake we did not see anybody from the staff assisting with opening up the Champagne someone had to get us a glass of Chardonnay instead to make the toast and no plates to put the cake on none of our napkins were put out and our guests had to go the cake table to get the cake vs. having it put on the table for them. We were extremely upset about the food we wanted to take home all of it mostly was dumped in the trash before we could say hey we want that. They never asked us first. The food was just wasted away. I had brought 3 boxes of baggies to take it home for the guests. They gave us some to go plates which only equaled 4. I thought there would be security for our room but we found kids from the other event in our room roaming around and dancing. I paid this venue well over 8200.00! Also we had complaints from our guests there was no ac in the mens restroom and had a smell. At our head table we had no silverware to eat our food, we had to borrow it from our guests. We were very happy in the beginning and went over everything and very disappointed at the end the most important part our wedding reception!

I was in the smaller of the two rooms and it was beautiful, it has 3 beautiful chandeliers and it was clean, there’s a outside sitting area and parking was easy

Sizable parking lot, it is a very nice and clean facility. Been to several functions there. Staff is friendly and helpful.The management is quite flexible to seating anrangement, tables and chairs. Bathroons are clean and well stocked for events.Location is very accessible in a central location off of Westheimer and not far from Beltway 8 South.

Very restrict when it come to bringing your own stage decorations, no floating candles, you have to tell multiple people in the management team to get small thing done such as having a gold linens cover for a cake table...

I will start with saying that the hall is classy and very very beautiful. This review is getting a 4star because of the condition of the hall.Next. Although it is beautiful I believe that the hall is over-priced. This became evident when we got to find out about other locations and couldnt change because we already paid half way..The downsides/cons: if you plan to use this hall for your wedding please be ready to deal with A LOT of restrictions. There is huge poor communication between the management especially between shifts. Someone will tell you a different thing and another something different. There is no consistency and cohesiveness. Before you sign the contract please make sure you have asked all the questions because after signing the contract, they start bringing out different rules and this is because of poor communication. From the tie after signing the contract till the dy of the wedding, consistence was ZERO and they keep coming up with a lot of changes.There is no laid down standards/principles for running the hall. The management personnel we dealt with are highly unfriendly and not fully knowledgeable on running the business.If we had our options, we would pull out from using the hall. We almost had some flops on the wedding day because what is stated on the contract, the manager decided to have a different interpretation of it until our wedding planner screamed at him and he decided to give in and adhere to the contract. Honestly we werent satisfied with the services provided but if you are ready to deal with the BS (pardon my choice of word) that comes with renting the hall, then go for it because like I said, the hall is beautiful.Cheateau crystale management needs to improve in training their managers, having laid down rules and regulations and making sure whomever takes a management seat is equipped with the right knowledge and decision making skills. Also improve on communication.

I wonder who used to own this place.We book this place three years ago for my oldest sister wedding. Everything was beyond our expectations, our coordinator was amazing and on point.Because of first experience we booked again for my brothers wedding, well eveything change.From bad service, horrible food, nasty floors, dirty restrooms, stained walls, not mentioning the center pieces provided by CHATEAU CRYSTALE as our vendor.I wish my brothers wedding was memorable as my sisters.During event we were like babysitter telling the staff what to do, following with chef, asking people to clean, after dinner took them three hours to remove plates. no drinks were served, our liquor was missing. We got charge $1,500 for extra hour. even after we told them to make all the corrections. Valet parking ask our guest for big tips.light bulbs of chandeliers burned. Blond lady eating our pastries.We were short of food, they did not cook enough. cake was cut horribly (instead of slide, crumbles were served)Smelly table clothes were used.We were emotionally stress, we were frustrated, they charges us $25k. on top of the other vendors, our dresses, time, some family flew here to attend to my brothers wedding.Please write down everything, this place is gorgeous because of the chandeliers but the staff in here sucks. by the way my sisters channel purse was stolen.During our event their landscaping guy came and help the staff to pick up the dirty plates.a short chubby guy also helped and he spilled the drink on my mothers dress.This is how we remember our brothers wedding.Thank you chateau.
