Like many events scheduled in 2020 we have to reschedule to 2021 and the owner accommodated us with no problem. The hall and the staff are exemplary, especially Maria who is so gracious and kind. Everything and everyone we dealt with, as we used all their package services, were outstanding. The hall itself is fantastic and beautiful. You wont go wrong if you decide to book with Imperial Banquet Hall!

We had the most pleasant experience! With our even having to move 3 times due to Covid- the hall was more than understanding and helped and so easy to work with! If I had another daughter we would definitely book again however I highly recommend Imperial Banquet Hall! Great service and a beautiful hall! We loved the private parking!

This was a spacious place. Two stages it was wonderful to give my aunt her 80th birthday party. The drinks were nice for the price. But the food had no seasoning but I must give the waiters their due diligence. They were Grand they did their jobs and they were very nice. And forgive anybody who was not nice to. So at this point I would like to say we had a great time and thank you very very much places to your business

I’ve had two major events here at Imperial Banquet Hall and they have yet to disappoint us. The service there is excellent and the staff go above and beyond to make sure we feel very comfortable and we have everything we need. Ms. Maria is very lovable and treats ALL her customer with the up most respect. I feel very welcome every time I walked through the doors she always has a smile in her face and is always there to help you with what ever you need. That’s why we booked again with her for September 2021!!! She makes me feel like family❤️

Nice place to have any tips of events

It was absolutely enraging working with these people! The manager went behind my back and broke both a verbal and written agreement we had made about cleanup. My husband and I were told at our final preparatory meeting that it was okay to leave the linens (200 chair covers and 30 table cloths) the night of the event and pick them up on Monday morning. We were told that as part of the cleanup, the staff would just put them in our boxes out of the way for us to pick up on Monday morning (theyre closed on Sunday and only have events on the weekends). A few days later, we then get a phone call from the manager, Maria, stating that this isnt something they typically do, but since the former staff member told us they would, theyd do us the favor and honor the previous (written) agreement... great...I shared the news with my family since they would be helping with the setup and tear down of the event, but it wasnt until the next day (Sunday) that they informed me that Maria had forced them clean up EVERYTHING! My parents, sisters and even relatives that came from out of town were having to remove 200 chair covers after midnight in their formal wedding attire all because my husband and I were lied to! If we had known this in advance, we wouldve hired a separate cleanup crew or something! I am still utterly disappointed and angry that this happened and would not trust anything these people tell you! We also had different people give us different pricings for the drinks if they were bought prior to the event. I always thought it was fishy that they wouldnt give us a formal printout of their prices, the most I was able to get was a post-it note with pricing, which turned out to be more than we actually paid... maybe someone was trying to pocket a little extra cash or they decided to reduce prices last minute...There were a few other things that rubbed me the wrong way but Ill reserve those for a later date... long story short: beautiful venue but horrible management!!

Very nice and elegant place

This has been the first time I came to this hall, and it honestly looks nice, but my experience was not. Once I got here, there was no power, and it was only in this location. All the surrounding buildings and facilities had power, and still, they did nothing to fix it. The power was out even before I got here and it is mediocre that they would allow something like this, especially when it was supposed to be a big day for someone. I honestly would give no stars.

HORRIBLEEE i would give it no stars but i can’t do that, our experience here was VERY disappointing my friend had her quinceañera here and the lights were out since 4pm and security made us leave the hall at 10. A quince is supposed to be a wonderful memory but instead was a night filled with tears 👎🏻.

Quinceanera was planned at this hall and was promised a great party. AC, light, electricity, everything went out, they had no backup generator. Party had to be cancelled with no refunds, officers were kicking us out, threw us all outside and was left with no party. Bad place, this hall is not recommended at all.

Really bad experience on this place, they should be prepared with a back up generator, since 4 pm the electricity was out and the party was canceled for that!!! Thats some really sad situation for a girl expecting a beautiful 15th party... give one star because I am not allowed to put a zero or a minus one

Really bad security. Had two “sheriffs “ at my event. Family members truck was stolen from parking lot. Sheriffs wouldnt get off their phones. Two or three camaras outside really poor quality they were unable to resolve anything for us. They require you to pay for security yet they dont do their job.

Excelente wedding and quinceaneras venue in the north side of Houston where Quinceañeras Gallery | Juan Huerta Photography have covered so many precious moments. We truly recommend this venue for its ample space and great service.
