We celebrated our Daughters Sweet Sixteen (quinceranera +1) At the end of July 2021. Chrsitian and his staff always were easy to work with allowing us to add our personal touch. They were always willing to help in making reality our vision. The food and cake were delicious. We used some of their vendors and they didnt disappoint. Our guest enjoyed the photo booth. Awesome ambiance, great hall for events! Attended a sixteen year old celebration and was quite impressed with the grand hall! Bar area, photo booth area, Awesome stage area, catering was also impressive! Tables and chairs were decorated quite well. Great place for large family celebration!

When it comes to a special occasion we want to choose the right place to celebrate. We definitely made the right decision to pick Perla’s Deluxe Hall to do our venue. I don’t regret anything about our experience and the relationship we built with the staff. They accommodated our needs, requests, and expectations. DJ Oso kept the place going, the bartender amazing, the decorating staff, and the servers amazing. I want to thank everyone at this hall who was involved in making my event the best experience ever in my life. I totally recommend anyone this place for any social event.

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU!!! This day turned out better than I could have ever imagined. EVERYTHING was perfect. The next morning I woke up to so many compliments about the entire party. One of my friends even told me that she couldnt believe how much fun I was having being the mother of the 15 and I told her, it was all thanks to everything being perfect the way it had to be for me to not have to worry about anything. Chloe was so happy and amazed with how beautiful everything was. I had another friend call me to ask if he was at the right place cause it looked like a wedding hahaha!!! I definitely recommend this place. Gabriela has such an amazing team and she is great at responding in a timely manner. Always available to talk to you even when she is extremely busy and if she cant take care of it she will get back to you ASAP! Thank you all for everything! Most important she actually remembers you and knows who she is talking to without you having to remind her :)

I had two events at this hall and I loved it as well as our guests, the staff was very kind and excellent. On top of that the food was very delicious my guests loved it, totally recommend for any event it was worth it completely. Gabby and Christian are very awesome people they do a great job.

This place was everything we wanted and more. They only have the Deluxe hall now and is very upscale and beautiful. My wife and I had our wedding here Oct. 11th,2019 and they were very professional. The food, cake, drinks, and price was very good. Thank you to Ms. Gabby for all your help!

The Perla’s Deluxe Hall is totally awesome! The facility is bar none, number one, second to none. It is a very beautiful and clean place to have a very big gathering. After the COVID pandemic band was lifted for us to have my daughter’s graduation party at a 25% capacity, the staff did a excellent and remarkable job in accommodating and servicing us with the best customer services to the utmost.Gaby Villarreal was extremely courteous and professional in keeping us updated on our current status leading up to our event. She is a very kind hearted person to communicate with. I rate her and the rest of the staff I came in contact with a perfect 10 rating.👍❤️I would definitely recommend Perla’s Deluxe Hall to anyone in accommodating and rendering services for your next big planning event.

The day of my daughter Sweet 16 party Christian was there to help with whatever was needed. He didnt let me lift a finger. What a beautiful place to have your reception at!

Just had my sister in laws quinceañera this past weekend and it was so beautiful!! My mother in law was very happy as well! We had no problems with any of the staff. We had an open bar and seated dinner and everything went smoothly!! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who is looking for a venue!

Nice little place for a smaller more intimate event. Place probably holds about 250 to maybe 300 tops comfortably.

How can this establishment call themselves professional when in their own contract states that they would use bracelets as a form of counting the number of guest in order to determine if and when the capacity of the package we purchased was met, instead THEY arbitrarily decide to not hand out the bracelets and then halfway through the night tell us they we have reach the capacity of the number of people we paid for. When I asked them what their method of counting people was(instead of accepting responsibility for not following their own protocol of using bracelets, they tell me that they are using their “eyes” and vast experience of visually counting people as a way to count the exact number of people we paid for. Ridiculous to say the least, especially when they themselves state in the contract the use of bracelets as a means of counting guest. Their excuse for not accepting responsibilities for their own breach of contract was to say to us that most people don’t like their guest wearing bracelets......did they bother to ask US if it bother us to use or not use the bracelets.....OF COURSE THEY DID NOT. Yet they decided to keep a portion of my deposit because THEY with their apparent bionic eyes were able to count more than 175 people in a semi-dark hall on the night of our event. I warn anyone with caution in doing business with this establishment. Theirs nothing worse than a business who doesn’t follow their own written contract. We paid them exactly what they asked, we did everything that was asked of us, but to have them pull their shenanigans to attempt to squeeze as much money from me tells me the kind of business and ownership that runs this place. PLEASE BEWARE!

Be very cautious about what you ask and sign for them. I was extremely cautious to ask the right questions but being typical sales people the sales rep Belkys said things just to get a sale. They later bring things up during the event, which one is trying to enjoy, and then charge you extra and take out of your deposit. The people are horrible to deal with and will make any excuse to charge you extra. I had an event and asked questions about the Amount of people allowed...they told me there were no issues only to attack me with threats about not letting anymore people in because to the guys (Christian, the bartenders) “professional” eye there was too many. Which at no point did they count. They said “per my contract” that I signed I knew this. Which goes back to the lies the sales people told me, which was as long as I’m within occupancy, I’m good. Then they bring out more tables and chairs which we did not request (it was close to 12am and the event finished at 1am) more than half the hall was empty by then. Only for the lady patty to say..no worries...we won’t charge you!! Guess what?? They did!! They kept saying per my contract but guess what they didn’t do?? They did not follow their own rules in their own contract!! They at no point gave out the bracelets for the amt of people that we were “supposed” to limit ourselves to and so they they went based on what they thought was too many!! Everything was an excuse for them. The manager, Gaby, would not give us the owners information and once we found it ourselves Mr. Ricardo Martinez was unavailable to speak to us. Worst management there could possibly be. The DJ was also lacking. He did not MC practically the whole night. I spoke to him directly prior to the event and told him specifically what music we were looking to have and he played maybe 2 different kinds of music all night and we were constantly requesting him to change the music (which he never would). Us, the parents and the quinceañera requested several times and never did he change it. Steer clear...better to pay a bit more and go to La Fontaine!! My biggest regret ever! Instead of enjoying our night, I was having to tell my daughter her friends couldn’t come in and celebrate with her!! DON’T DO IT!! I’m sure they will respond with every excuse you can think of but as a consumer....trust me...not worth it!!

My daughter had her 15th at Perlas Reception Hall. The service was amazing Mandy is an extraordinary lady that can help you with any thing and make everything for you. Mandy customer service is incredible as much as Gaby. Gaby was so good and helpful getting the hall ready or us. Do not forget Roberto the owner; He can work things out the way you can get satisfy.If I have to have another party I will have no doubt selecting this hall. Unfortunately we did not get to use the hall because Hurricane Harvey flooded the hall right before my daughters party. But Gabby from Perlas went out of her way to make sure we would have a place for my daughters Sweet 16 on the day that we planned. When disaster hits you can count on this hall and their employees to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

We held our Quince (15) on June 20th and this place was decorated elegant It looked very nice. The staff did a great Job bringing out the food and never complain .They were fast and friendly. The food was very tasteful and bartender was very sweet. They ran this Hall smoothly and made our night a night to remember. Thanks guys for a great job!

This is a wonderful place to hold any event. The staff is personable, they serve with a smile and a great attitude. Gabby and Mandy are wonderful! The place is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our churchs Annual Womens Conference.

I recently had my wedding at Pearl Deluxe Hall (1/27/18). Originally, my wedding was planned for September 30th but due to Hurricane Harvey it had to be postponed until December 9th. One month before the given date, they called me to tell me that the venue would not be ready for my event. It was a great disappointment to have had to tell our relatives who came from afar (by plane) that they would have to change their flight again for another date. I understand that the circumstances were not ideal but there was not much consideration from the owner’s part. A week before the wedding, the organizer called to tell me that I would not have the dishes that we had originally chosen because they had been broken, and that I had to understand that it was due to the circumstances for which I could not have my complete decoration with the original colors (After arguing with her, ten minutes later she call me back to tell me that she had found the dishes.) Last Saturday, we finally had our wedding, after so many arguments with the venue, the food and the service from the waiters was exceptional The only complaint I have from our event was regarding the owners attitude. He was the bartender for a few hours, and he was extremely rude and blunt with my guests. The owner must have been nicer, and humble, especially because he gave us many problems to begin with. The cost is not bad, but I would not use their services again nor would I recommend them. I prefer to pay a little more in some other venue and have my guests well treated.

Service personal was terrible the lady who sold the place to us its a liar so be careful I would recommend this place to no one ever. Can you believe only 1 bartender for 300+ people and the servers super slow they have no idea how to host party. DJ was terrible too. Again be careful place its not worth it.

THE BARTENDER IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS GUY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN REGARDS OF THIS TYPE OF SERVICES. HE WAS CHARGING US A DOLLAR PER SOFT DRINK CUP!!!! WHAT IS THAT SUPPOUSED TO MEAN? I ASKED THE WEDS IF THEY AGREED ON THAT WHEN THEY HIRE THEIR SERVICES AND THEY AGREED ON PROVIDING ALL SOFT & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES EVEN THE CUPS AND NAPKINS, 500 DOLLARS FOR THE BARTENDING SERVICE. BUT NEVER EXPECTED THE BARTENDER TO BE THIS GREEDY AND CHARGE THE GUESTS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMED THESE PLACES PERLAS HALL & PERLAS DELUXE HALL TO ANYBODY!!!!! THEY WILL EMBARAZED YOU AND WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUESTS.

The food was super tasty, the rocking chairs and lounge employees gave us an impressive service and the decoration was more than beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to move our event that would have been from November 17 to April 21 due to the recent hurricane, but regardless of that, we felt we were given the best possible service and at the end of the day, my sister had an unforgettable experience of his party.
