He helped get my auto quote very quickly and was even able to bundle and save. He was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions. Okay. Talk to JORDAN, just ask for him, he will assist you and set things straight and actually take his time to thoroughly explain in detail about your bill, or questions with you. He gets back with you as soon as he can with whatever issues you ask them. Hes efficient and good at helping clients, he makes the foundation of this office way better than expected. Prior certain people I talked to did only so much, this man has been able to help me through countless questions and situations Ive been in. Honestly without him I think I may have changed insurance with the lack of communication statefarm gives me. Just ask for the guy and your life will be easier. Also he needs a raise. Just saying.

Ive been insured with Tommy Tran for about 3 years now. Their office has been nothing short of helpful and attentive. My rates are great and have even been lowered over time for loyalty and good driving. I have never had a hard time getting a hold of someone for help or answering questions. And Davis is a superstar!

I have been with State Farm Insurance for over 10 years and with multiple cities, thus multiple agents. This is the worst agent I have EVER worked with. The worst part, is this is not even an agent I sought out. My former agent, who was amazing, retired and transferred her accounts to Tommy Tran. I have had issues with my insurance since that moment! His office is rude, unprofessional and lacks knowledge about ANYTHING insurance related. I have never had an agent that i could never get a hold of but have to talk to someone incompetent who wastes my time. Every time you call, hes unavailable, and when you give his employees an opportunity to help you, they cant. EVER! One time I called, The person I spoke to asked me to spell out an entire sentence. I speak perfectly good English, but because she lacks comprehension, I am asked to spell out: H-I, I - W-O-U-L-D - L-I-K-E - T-O - K-N-O-W .... Literally, a whole sentence, not my first and last name or my email, A WHOLE SENTENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have cancelled my policy then! When Tommy Tran calls me back, he states he has 12 employees so he has no way of knowing who it was. Moving along. Every agent Ive had prior to Tommy Tran works their hardest to make sure I have the best rates, care, etc. NOT TOMMY TRAN THOUGH! Im not sure what type of operation hes running, but hes definitely not trying to retain customers. My insurance goes up every month. For the last 7 months he has been telling me that my insurance would be adjusted due to the changes we made on my account, and guess what, it just went up again. Every month it goes up. I call and every month he gives me a different reason why its taking underwriting so long but that I would be receiving a credit for all these past months. But what actually happens? My rate goes up more! So this man is actually lying to customers to get them to stay around so that he can bill them another month, knowing fully well that the rate will just keep going up! Completely unprofessional, more importantly, UNETHICAL! I will absolutely be filing a complaint with the BBB and with State Farm Executive Customer Service. Its unfortunate that this one AWFUL agent changed my opinion of this company as a whole, and I will be leaving State Farm due to his and his employees egregious behavior. Update..While Im waiting on them to follow up with me, they have the audacity to call me to get me to refinance or get credit cards. They are all about selling something else, but not about helping actual customers. When I let them know Im waiting on calls about my ridiculous bill, they have no clue what Im talking about! I finally just spoke to Tommy Tran, and this man has been telling me for 7 months that he was waiting on underwriting and now all of a sudden, he has no recollection of this! FRAUD!

I have to admit that when I first started to call them, I had a lady who I barely understood what she was saying. And it was hard for her to understand me! But now I have Minh and if needed, Tommy. My premium is high, but thats our fault as some things in our policy have changed also insurance everywhere has changed because of Hurricane Harvey. After 6 months of good monthly payments, per Tommy, our premium should go down for good behavior 🤣 . Anywho. Weve been with Tommy since like 2012.. and anywhere else I go its 200 to 300 dollars higher. So.. for those who talk bad about him and his premiums.. youre being cheap honestly. Premiums have gone up ESPECIALLY in the South Houston side due to hurricane Harvey. I can understand it can get frustrating with his office staff due to the language barrier, but he has MANY agents to choose from and MINH was one I could THANK SO MUCH for. Very reasonable and understandable lad. 👌🖒

I have been a customer of State Farm for many years, specifically with this branch only a couple of years. I had the most amazing rep working with me, Davis Ngo. He would go above and beyond to help me out with lowering my premiums or any other problem I may have had. Davis left a few months ago, and ever since then, its been downhill. I did have one rep who was ok, his name was Minh, he tried to be very helpful, and was always nice and polite. What really was the last straw was a rep named Angie. She is very rude and unprofessional. I would go into details, but its not even worth it. Just know that if you call and ask for someone do not speak with her! She is incompetent and not a asset to the team at all. Trust me. Go for anyone but Angie. She is the reason I left State Farm. I want nothing to do with them because of her.

A few years ago, I initially went to Tommy for motorcycle coverage and ended up switching my auto and home insurance as well. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. Tommy, Davis and Thuy are always cordial and quick to help whenever I needed it.Well, one day I was faced with an extremely stressful situation and I cannot thank Davis enough for providing assistance every step of the way and going above and beyond in handling what I can only describe as a clusterf**k of insurance issues that spanned several months. Davis was patient with me, listened carefully to my needs and was empathetic to my frustrations. He was proactive to notify me of any hold ups and made sure I was kept in the loop during the whole process. Davis fully resolved my insurance issues and I am 100% satisfied.******If one of my friends were to ask me, “Zara, are your insurance agents any good?”I would just pull out my iphone, and play them the music video for Will Smith - Men in Black.

Worst Customer Service and Customer follow i have ever dealt with. I have to follow up several time if i request a service, and had hard time get a contact back. If they promise you a call back, just forget about it.
